*** This cabin is not located on the main Elk Springs Resort Property. This cabin is located off ski mountain road in Gatlinburg towards Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area.

You and your special someone will enjoy a romantic getaway at Cozy Creek. You can even bring the kids and the dog as there is an extra king suite with full bath. Enjoy sounds of the creek just below your deck, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and dining area as well as FREE wifi. The cabin is conveniently located about 5 minutes to downtown just up ski mountain road.

*** This cabin is located in off Ski Mountain Road towards Ober Gatlinburg and is just 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This cabin is about 20 minutes from Elk Springs Resort.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The hot tub was the only plus! House was 62 degrees all weekend until we used the cook stove to get it to 68. Complained to the management people and vrbo and finally received a call from the owner who offered a refund and that never happened! Drove 6 hours to be miserable!

The teens enjoyed the jacuzzi, almost more than the hot tub. The surroundings outside were gorgeous! There were some maintenance issues that would’ve been hard to catch unless you were using the item, and they were very responsive and handled them really quickly. We’d definitely stay again if we had the same number of people.

It was us and my inlaws, so four adults and we took the downstairs bedroom and let the "grown ups" have the loft. I will say that if you are sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, the Jacuzzi tub is directly above you, and if the jets are on, it is LOUD. VERY LOUD. It probably louder there than in the Jacuzzi tub. That and the dryer didn't work, and I was freezing so I tried to use an extra blanket out of the closet and it smelled like people. We washed it, but had to hang it on the porch because the dryer would not rotate. We did report that issue so they have probably fixed it. All in all, we loved this cabin and will definitely consider it if we come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a quaint little place that needs some TLC. There really isn’t much room to put your clothes. There are no closets or dressers. There is a small Chiffarobe but you can’t use it. It’s storage for blankets and such. The downstairs shower smelled musty so someone used Pinesol to mask the scent. We opened the windows that had screens but it took a couple of days to air out. I think the shower probably has a leak somewhere. The beds are comfortable. The living room furniture is decent. The view is amazing. Lock your car doors the bear can open them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was super clean and well furnished. It is set up more for visitors coming for a short 2-3 day stay than longer. It has a beautiful setting close enough to Gatlinburg that getting back from the great restaurants and events were not a problem. Being able to go the back way into Pigeon Forge was also a bonus. There were a few glitches for us since we stayed two weeks. Bringing our own supplies for a long stay was a challenge for storage when we got there. We rearranged and managed. The upstairs bedroom is especially nice. I am sure that most people that can climb stairs and don’t have a little blind Yorkie would chose to stay upstairs.We loved being there. We did had an adventure with a bear looking for food. Fortunately we did not leave any food goods in our pickup and it was not damaged.We look forward to coming back!

I don't believe that the square footage is as advereticed. there is no grass for your pet , do even go to the restroom. Left a day early because of the condition of this 'luxury" rental.
