The property is mostly pet friendly, maybe not pet owner friendly. Two flights of steps to take a pup out was alot, but something i should uave seen and thought about when booking.

Gatlinburg cabin

Property was wonderful. The area is secluded, which I enjoy.a nice little stream flows around both sides and in front of the cabin. Would definitely stay again.

Needs work

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very underwhelming. At first glance, the cabin looks nice, but once we settled in, we noticed a strong, musty odor—almost as if it hadn’t been used or properly cleaned in a while. One of the bedrooms had large, thick cobwebs, and the entire space was quite dusty. There were also noticeable amounts of pet hair on the rugs and some of the pillows, which made the environment feel unclean.The most frustrating part of our stay was the lack of Wi-Fi. The property manager did send someone out to restore it, but they were unable to fix the issue and mentioned a possible outage in the area. We were not given any clear explanation or estimate for when service might be restored. Given the cabin’s location at the top of a mountain—with no cell service for anyone in our group—we were completely cut off from communication unless someone drove down the mountain. This was especially concerning since we were unfamiliar with the area.All of these issues combined made the stay quite difficult and ultimately unbearable. We ended up leaving a day early. I would not recommend this property until the cleaning and maintenance are improved and the Wi-Fi and communication issues are fully resolved.

Nice little cabin!

The property was beautiful and had a cute little stream running under the footbridge! The pool table played well but we had to use a short stick on a lot of shots due to the tight space. It's close enough to Gatlinburg but far enough to see some wildlife... even saw a bear walking up the road one evening. The hot tub was a nice bonus :-). Very Clean and cozy and well worth the price!

Nice Property - No exterior lighting on walkway or stairs

This is a nice property. We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a quiet place in the woods to hang out without the hustle and bustle of a busy vacation area. We were pleased to find that type of a spot to stay for a few days. Beware that there is absolutely no lighting on the wood walkway or stairs. If you arrive after dark, expect to need a flashlight to find your way to the front door. The lighting from the porch is very dim and does not light the stairs or walkway. We would recommend that you bring a flashlight.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay; we like the fact that neighbors were not to close. The drive up the mountain was a tad bit nerve wracking if you are scared of heights. All was good after a few days of driving up and down. They are building a new cabin next door. We could not hear the contractors unless we were outside. That did not bother us at all, as a self-employed contractor I guess we are just used to it. We would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable with plenty of room to move. The little creek that runs under the walkway leading up to the cabin was the best part. Our chocolate lab loved the cold mountain water. The only recommendation I would add is some type of lighting for the walk way after the sun goes down you can't really see the steps. Dropped my hot dogs walking down to the grill when I missed the step :) all was good after we got a small flash light from the dollar store

Disappointing place not worth the cost.

Upon arrival 3 codes didn't work to open the door to the cabin, then when called answer machine(no real person answered) they called me back and code to key box wouldnt work either. View was not very good, at night not enough lights to see to walk up outside stairs (dangerous). Tv in bedroom was mounted on side wall but electric cord wasnt close to reaching an outlet (couldnt use). Pillow cases were scratchy the downstairs bathroom door had an inch gap when shut, toilet paper holder was maybe 2" long and useless plus more issues. Wouldn't tell anyone to stay there. Very disappointing for the money I spent.

Anniversary trip

Beautiful, however the hot tub was not clean ,the master lights did not work and the spiral stairs were hard to deal with. Had an issue with getting in the property due to no cell service. All and all was good and would love to stay there again,even saw a 🐻 in the yard.

The cabin was good but need a couple improvements. Needs light on the walkway, be able to turn the lights on the fans off without turning the fans off. Other than that awesome place!!

Family Stay

The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was very peaceful sitting out on the deck. We saw bears every morning all around the cabin which was very entertaining. The only problem we had was when we tried to get into the cabin the code did not work which forced us to drive back down the mountain to get a cell signal to call the management company. We had to do this twice. Other than that, I would definitely rent this cabin again.

Getaway

Deck and steps brand new. Hot tub perfect. Super clean. Online pictures accurate. Checkin horrible. Unable to give zero star rating. Expected from previous reviews. Was met at checkin by pest c9ntrol service. Parking limited due to construction dumpster and leftover lumber from decking project. No cell service so it was necessary to drive .5 mile to communicate keyless entry malfunction. Management was overall courteous and apologetic. No seperate fee for pets a plus. If there was cell service would stay again. My mother was in hospice at time. Otherwise not a deal breaker.

Wonderful family trip getaway

Everything was perfect except they did not tell us the code to the inside alarm. Eventually we found the code but only after 5 minutes of alarm blaring across the mountainside. My favorite part was the stream running through the property it was so peaceful!! Check out time could be later but overall it was amazing.

Beautiful property

This property was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again although there is some updates that need to be done. There was some soft boards on the deck , and the master bedroom ceiling fan wouldnt change speeds and the light wouldn’t work but overall very nice and peaceful. Our last night there two cubs came on our porch and chewed the hot tub cover , it was very cool but scary at the same time.

Nice getaway

Cabin was very nice and tucked away. Could only see 2 other cabins up the road. The sound of the creek was amazing when sitting in the hot tub. The only issue we found were some of the boards on the deck needed to be replaced. Some of them felt like you could step right through them. Over all it was a great experience.

Excellent Property

Everything from check in to check out was very informational and easy. The property is beautiful and so is the cabin. It's far enough away but still convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and all of the attractions. There was far less traffic and more privacy. Any information needed was emailed to me or available inside the cabin. The cabin is well furnished and there is plenty of room for the whole family. There was also ample parking for more than 1 vehicle. The hot tub was fabulous and great for the chilly evenings as well as being under a covered porch. The balconies with the rocking chairs were a plus to enjoy the beautiful rooms. The only inconvenience (which is very small) was that we cooked almost every meal there and could have used a few more skillets, pots, and pans, but we made it work. We were provided with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, etc. We felt right at home in this beautiful cabin and have already recommended it to family and friends. We will most likely boom this cabin again.

Loved our stay!

Recently rented this property and absolutely loved it! It was secluded and peaceful.. loved being able to sit outside and hear the creek. Check in/ out was very easy. Had no issues while we were there. Even received a phone call from the property management team during the stay to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend!
