Beach towels, 1 baby crib, 1 high chair, & 1 stroller. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook large family meal. Many indoor games activities for all ages. ALL bedrooms has TV. All bedrooms are on second level. Internet 400MBPs. Walking distance to 24-hours Supermarket, fast-food & bus station.

Bedrm #2) One queen size with TV
Bedrm #3) Two (2) full size with TV
Bedrm #4) Two (2) queen size with TV
Bedrm #5) One queen size with TV & Sofas seating.
Livingroom - One Futon twin size.
- Guests use the entire house with a private pool and spa in their own back yard, BBQ grill available (guests to refill propane if it run out).
- Available 4 parking spaces (2 in the garage, and 2 on driveway)
- Hot Tub is free of charge and the max temperature set for hot-tub is 90 F degrees.
- Gas-heated-pool is available upon request with a fees of $100 first day; thereafter, $50/day for consecutive follow the 1st day. Natural-gas-heated pool temperature is set with a maximum of 80 F degrees.

Communication with the property manager was great, had a special request that was accommodated and helped us make the most of the last day of our vacation.There was plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out and have our individual privacy as well. The pool was fantastic as was the hot tub.Would definately stay again.

Perfect home for large family group!

The beautiful home had everything our group needed to cook, play, and enjoy with family and friends. The location is perfect. Close to Disneyland, market, and restaurants. I have already recommended it to family and friends coming to Anaheim!

Great place to stay for Disneyland visit

This location was ideal for a visit to Disneyland or any excursions in the area. The large, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house was perfect for a multi family group. The backyard pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The host was helpful and immediately replied to all of our messages.

Southern California Vacation

Perfect for a large group. We had 16 in our group with plenty of room. Plenty of bedding and towels for everyone. The kids loved the pool! Neighborhood was quiet with good location close to shopping center and Disneyland.

Great location and spacious house

The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 9. The host was quick to reply to any of our questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect for family at Disneyland

This is a beautiful home with comfortable beds and lots of space. Close drive to Disneyland parking structures/lots. Kids loved pool and hot tub at night after parks closed. Also has ping pong table and other games and electronics for kids to enjoy. Overall a wonderful place!!

Great place to stay with lots of amenities and close in to all the fun (shopping, amusement parks)

Tin, thank you for letting my family stay in your rental home. The price was right, size was perfect, activities in the home were numerous (kept my grandchildren plenty busy when at home), and the location was convenient to shopping and of course all the amusement parks (especially Disneyland). There was plenty of towels and kitchen use items. We would highly recommend to everyone.

Beautiful Spacious Home for every need.

This home was excellent for the whole family. Games and tables for the kids. A pool for the kids to splash around in and Spa for the big kids. Plenty of televisions and electronics to keep us all busy. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make this your home away from home. We seriously hope this home is available every time we stay in the area.

Great Stay

Our overall experience of your rental home was great - The boys enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the spa very much. Close to Disneyland was a plus - we didn't walk it - but the drive was short. The one concern we had was the temp. of the water in the kitchen sink was very very hot. We had plenty of room for all of us and the game room was a great entertainment for the boys.

Exceptional, highly recommend

This house was way better than we expected or saw on the pics, enough rooms and beds for 15ppl, our kids enjoyed the pool and bbq and just the overall facility, has everything, karaoke, tv everywhere for kids to enjoy games, close to disneyland, grocery are a block away big plus, and I think for me the best was how Tin was responsive to everything we needed, just txt him and you can get a reply back within 5min. I have recommended this place to my other cousins as well and well i am here to recommend everyone.. thank you Tin for making our small reunion memorable for our family Tash

Great for Big families

We just stayed here for 6 days for our annual family vacation, all 19 of us fit perfectly and still had more room!!! The kids loved the games in the garage and the pool, even though it was cold. And us adults enjoyed the jacuzzi after the long day at the amusement parks. My only disappointment would be the lack of cable TV, getting it going from somebody's iPhone after a long day out proved challenging for us since phones were pretty much dead. They had towels available for you and a few other amenities. Great location with restaurants and grocery store near by. Definitely planning on staying here again when we do another Disney trip!!!

AWESOME Place and SUPER Hosts

Went on a family vacation to Disneyland with our children and grandchildren, 9 of us in total. EVERYONE loved the place. 5 bedrooms so everyone had room and the large family room was a great bonding place at the end of the day. Hot tub was great to relax in after a grueling day at Disney. Nice appliances. Awesome huge shower. Tin and Dianne checked in on us and were extremely quick to answer and queries that we had. Drive North on S Euclid and East on Ball Rd and you are at the Disney parking garage. Super quiet neighborhood , yet you can see the fireworks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks for a great stay.

Potential is there, follow-up messaging not so much!

The property was fine. Washer & dryer in laundry area didn’t work. I paid $500 to heat the pool for 9 days. Was never heated by anything other than the sun & hot tub didn’t work after 2 days. Notified owner by message. Was never answered. We had a very busy schedule, everything else was good.

Great Location

We had five adults and four kids with us. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved playing in the pool. We did have some trouble with the television and being able to play dvd’s, but luckily our kids were happy to play outside most of the time. The house was very conveniently located close to the Disneyland parks. The home owners were very easy to get a hold of. We had to call them on a few occasions because the Internet had stopped working and there was a miscommunication with the pool maintenance man who told us we couldn’t use the pool when we first arrived. There were a few things missing in the kitchen like knives, salt and pepper, paper towels, mixing/serving bowls, and there were only 2 kitchen towels. Having some plastic cups and plates would be nice for outdoor eating as well. All and all this was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

I appreciate your kind and honest review! Outdoor activities are great for the kids, and I am happy they had that alternative to television. During any future stays with us, you are more than welcome to message me for any issues with the technology! I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication with the pool maintenance. The pool should have been usable by the time of your arrival. I believe some wires were crossed, leading to the miscommunication. As for kitchenware, it is odd that they were not present during your stay, however, I took your review into consideration and will be adding more to the property. Thank you for booking your stay, and I would love to host you and your party again!

Great Stay

I stayed at this property this past weekend and was very satisfied. The house is very nice and clean. The description does not lie, it can easily sleep 25 people. My party had 20 people and still had bed space to spare. The only thing I can think of negative about the sleeping situation is that the sheets are satin and I was slipping and sliding when I was sleeping. Parking is great with the two spaces in front of the house and an abundance of street parking. The property is very close to everything. Disneyland is a few blocks away. Shopping and food are also very close. The different amenities were used. The game room, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, firepit, TV, washer and dryer, kitchen were all used fequently. The pool is solar heated, but unfortunately there was no sun the weekend we stayed at the property, BUT there was heat being supplied by the gas line. The owner was so gracious to come over on our first night's stay and give us instructions on how to use the heater. I only have one suggestion to make a Welcome Binder with information such as Wi-Fi password (password was supplied to us via email prior to arrival), instructions on the operation of the pool/jacuzzi heater, and phone numbers in case of emergency. Great property. I will definitely book again for future events.

Je ontvangt een code om de deur te openen. Het huis is ruim met diverse verblijfsruimten en 5 slaapkamers. Keuken is goed voorzien van keukengerei. Ook staat er een gigantische koelkast. De wasmachine en droger zijn ook heel handig. Zwembad is goed en best dieper als zo op het eerste oog lijkt, ook voor volwassenen is het fijn zwemmen. Ook zit er een bad bij dat verwarmt kan worden, het aanzetten van de verwarming kun je met een berichtje naar de verhuurder aanvragen. Twee punten om te verbeteren; de airco werkt goed maar bevind zich centraal gelegen op de 1e verdieping, hij maakt best wel wat herrie. Wij hebben de airco zodoende s avonds maar gewoon uitgezet. Daarnaast zou een handleiding van het huis handig zijn, wij hebben al eerder verblijven gehuurd via Vrbo en vaak heeft een huis een handleiding; hoe werkt de wasmachine, hoe bedien je de airco etc, gewoon de basisdingen. Handig als je als gast dat niet zelf hoeft uit te vinden.

Family Fall Disney Getaway

If we recall the posting said it was within walking distance, actually over two miles. Rails for the stairs are rickety and move when used. A lot of the chairs and table are rickety as well. The video equipment either didn't work or needed batteries. Biggest problem was the pool. There were tons of mosquitos. We used it one day and not after due to bits.
