Located just a short walk from Disneyland (1.2 miles) and the Anaheim Convention Center (.9 miles), this stunning home is perfectly situated for exploring all the excitement of the region. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of living space, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with plenty of seating, a large smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 8, with additional seating available at the large open kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group.

But the real highlight of this home is the outdoor space. Step outside to your own private oasis, complete with a sparkling pool with optional pool heating, hot tub, game room with pool table/foosball/arcade, outdoor BBQ area, and a beautiful firepit. There's even a Peloton bike for those looking to stay active on vacation.

Kitchen
Our large kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, slow cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker (K Cup, french press, and standard drip), a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, and more. We provide k-cups, teas, sugar, creamer, and sweetners.

Bedroom and Bathrooms
All mattress in our house are top quality, top comfort. All use top quality linens and pillows on all our beds. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. Each full bathroom comes with a blow dryer.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has 1 Cal King Bed, 1 twin size bed. The room has a 55in LCD 3D smart TV.

Bedroom #2: Room 2 has a queen size latex mattress bed and a twin size bed. The room has a 50in LCD TV and french doors that lead to the pool.

Bedroom #3: Room 3 has two beds, a twin bed and a queen size bed. The room has a small writing desk and 42in smart LCD TV.

Bedroom #4: Room 4 has a bunk bed with full size mattresses on top and bottom as well as a pull out trundle. This room has french doors that lead to the backyard. The TV is a 42in smart LCD TV. The room also has a small writing desk.

Bathroom 1: The master bathroom has tile from floor to ceiling. This bathroom has has a waterfall shower panel with 8 jets and spray handle.

Bathroom 2: The main bathroom is also floor to ceiling tile. This bathroom has double sinks and a large soak bathtub.

Bathroom 3: The half bathroom is located next to the kitchen and laundry room. This is a small bathroom with toilet and sink.

Bathroom 4: The pool bathroom has an extra large shower and is located next to the pool.

Game Room
The game room has an 8 ft. Olhausen pool table, multple stand up arcade games. The game room has a Peloton Bike+. We also have a Warrior professional tournament foosball table and 50’ LCD TV. There are bar tables and chairs for seating. The game room has ac and heating.

Outdoor areas
Pool: The pool measures 30’ x 15’ and goes from 3’ 6” to 8’ deep. New waterline tile and pebbletec were installed in 2021. We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. There is a full outdoor bathroom right next to the pool. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee.

BBQ island and covered patio: The BBQ island is very large and has a 5 burner natural gas bbq grill along with a full size sink and garbage disposal. Right next to the bbq area, we have an outdoor dining table that seats 6.

Firepit: The natural gas firepit has built in bench seating and can easily accommodate 8 people. Black bamboo plants and king palm trees surround the firepit bench. The custom firepit is one of the most popular features of the house.

Laundry Room
The Palm Tree House has front loading Samsung washer and dryers. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided.

For the kids
2 high chairs, Graco pack N' play, Graco convertible car seat, infant bath tub, Baby trend expedition stroller and infant car seat and 2 Graco Literider strollers.

Parking: We have a limit of 3 vehicles that can park on the property.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
*Quiet time is 10PM to 9AM. No outdoor activities allowed during quiet hours.
*Absolutely no parties.
*No smoking anywhere on the property, indoor/outdoor.
*No wedding receptions, birthday parties, or large gatherings.
*No tour buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles.
