Set in a peaceful, elevated position, this stylish villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and hills. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it features a bright double living room, an open-plan kitchen with pantry, 5 bedrooms (including 1 independent suite), and 4 bathrooms/showers.

The 1,700 m² landscaped garden, filled with palm trees, fruit trees, and an organic vegetable patch, invites you to dine under centuries-old oak trees, nap in hammocks, unwind in a genuine Balinese pavilion, and enjoy daily harvests of fresh fruits and vegetables. A large, freeform infinity pool overlooks the sea for unforgettable moments.

Amenities: air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, curved-screen TV, hi-fi system. Outdoor area with BBQ, plancha, ping-pong table, and multiple parking spaces.

This is a wonderful property in an excellent position benefiting from view across the bay. You can be in Antibes and Cannes in 15 minutes as well as surrounding villages as such as Mougins or Biot. The house is well equipped and has a great pool that both kids and adults enjoyed greatly. The outside BBQ got good use - the excellent local supermarket and bakery were visited frequently. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit der Familie.

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus von Michel und Chantal in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist stilvoll und sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestatttet. Der Garten und der Pool mit Balihaus sind sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Michel und seine Familie haben sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts um kleine Probleme sofort gekümmert. Unsere Familie hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt.

Magical week in Vallauris

Our group of six - four adults plus two kids - spent a wonderful week at Michel and Chantal’s villa in Vallauris. If you’re looking for a Côte D’Azur vacation, this is it. The views of the Mediterranean are stunning, as is the landscaping, and the infinity pool with umbrellas and loungers is so nice after a day of sightseeing. The location is central to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins and more. Vallauris itself has its own Picasso museum. The villa is great for large groups, with a gas grill and extra fridge and freezer for big supermarket runs (only 5 mins away) and everything you need for cooking, plus multiple outdoor hangout spots. The interior is comfortable and filled with artwork, and easily could have accommodated more people. The Wifi and entertainment options were excellent. Michel and Chantal were amazingly nice and helpful, too. We were sad to leave!

Great - this is the place to stay - fantastic vacation!

We had a great relaxing vacation, thanks to Michel and family having us stay in that fantastic property - lovely place to spend vacation. All fits together, pool is fantastic, kids loved it, the whole area around the pool is great for relaxation, view breath-taking. Nice "Bali tower" is lovely to have a drink, pool at night was the place to be! All room were great, lots of special spots around the house, well thought thru. Very vell equipped, we did not miss anything, you can recognize it was all thought of, kitchen very well fitted. Vegtables from the garden were the highlight of our dinners, tomatoes so good! Lovely Place!

Perfect location and complete privacy

The villa was spacious and well appointed, very comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area with a beautiful view out to the ocean. We spent a lot of time in Antibes for beaches during the day and it was a quick 15 min drive, maybe a bit more with traffic, but never an issue. The port is only 10 min away where we chartered a boat for the day. Michel and his family are very kind and welcomingZ. They are there to help if you want, but leave you alone otherwise. Great stay!

The property was immaculate and the infinity pool with a sea view was fantastic. Very Peaceful.

The owners were extremely helpful and charming and the villa itself was set in a beautiful garden with sea views and a superb infinity pool. The villa had all the home comforts you would need to make your vacation an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. The air conditioning was a great benefit especially during the hot nights however there were many options of outdoor seating areas for the warm evenings.We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in the Cote D'Azur.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We booked to stay at this beautiful house to celebrate my boyfriend's 40th birthday. After a bad experience with a previous booking we were a little worried as to whether the accomodation would be everything we hoped it would be. It was FAR better than we ever imagined. Upon arrival Michel and his family were extremely helpful. His son even arranged vehicle hire for us and then took us to pick up our car. We were welcomed with beer and a tour of the property before keys were handed over and we were left to enjoy our week. The villa is AMAZING. The pool is huge and the gardens are beautiful. Hammocks hang from the trees, a table tennis table, bbq and lovely comfy loungers to while away the afternoon by the pool. All of the bedrooms are a good size. The villa is very comfortabe for 8 adults and 2 children without feeling like you are on top of each other. This villa is a tranquile haven in the South of France. It is a short car journey from the train station where trains will take you to all of the desired destinations such as Cannes, Nice, Eze, Cap Ferrat and Monaco. We stayed during the Grand Prix weekend and travelled from the villa to Monaco each day. the journey was easy and it was nice to escape from a busy Monaco to relax in the villa each night. Michel and Chantal were fantastic and we would not hesitate to book the villa again. I would be happy to provide advice and recommendations if required. My one recommendation would be to arrange with Michel to book a cleaner when you leave the property as it is a huge place to clean and you would want to leave it in the same immaculate standard as it is given to you. I believe that Michel has other properties in the South of France and I would be happy to rent from him again. My words will not ever explain how great this place is. We have a video which I will try and upload when I can so you can see for yourself!!! Hope to book again next year.

Nous avons passé 4 étés, en famille, dans cette tres jolie villa située au calme sur les hauteurs de Vallauris avec une belle vue sur la mer et une suberbe piscine à debordement. Nous l'avons vu évoluer d'année en année, chaque fois une nouvelle surprise nous attendait: nouveau mobilier de jardin, chambre supplementaire, création d'un potager et bien d'autres choses encore...mais il faut garder la surprise. Occupée le restant de l'année par ses proprietaires, elle est tres bien équipée, bien entretenue et offre un grand confort pour 10 personnes. Dans le jardin poussent une grande varieté de tomates, ainsi que des framboisiers tres productifs, des figuiers, des citronniers etc..avec lesquels nous nous régalions autour du BBQ. La ville de Vallauris n'est pas tres loin mais il faut la voiture pour aller faire les courses. Des enfants aux grands-parents, toute la famille a adoré ces vacances depaysantes et decouvert une belle region : Saint-Paul de Vence, Mougins, Nice, Cannes, Monaco ...

En route pour Bali

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette superbe villa. Nous êtions 3 couples et un enfant. Rien ne manquait. Maison très spacieuse, confortable avec beaucoup de style dans la déco...avec une belle vue, un jardin extrahordinaire et proche des commodités. La piscine est grande et nous avions presque pied partout... appréciable lorsqu'on veut jouer au volley! De plus à la période où nous avions loué : nous avons dégusté de superbes salades de tomates toutes fraiches cueuillies dans le potager... qui avaient un gout délicieux!!! Pour le repas de midi... sous les chenes centenaires, quel régal! Après pour la sieste... Il y a pleins de hamacs disposés autour de la maison et ce sont les cigales qui nous bercent... LE TOP! Tous les soirs : c'est à Bali que nous nous retrouvions pour notre apéro... Je ne vous en dirais pas plus... mais nous avions tous l'inpression d' être ailleurs qu'en France sur la Côte d'Azur et ce en l'espace de 3 secondes seulement! Enfin pour tout résumer : nos vacances 2010 ont été très réussies... C'est une maison que nous recommandons.
