Five Star Location, Condo Needs TLC

Location directly on the beach and overlooking the pool was fabulous. Able to walk to several restaurants, marina for fishing charter, and had a front row seat for evening fireworks from the balcony!Condo lived large and was great space for our joint family vacation. Clean condition.Some room for improvements: it was very evident the condo is managed by a rental company, not a private home. All linens and household good are very bare bones.Single ply toilet paper, rough sheets, flat pillows.Could really benefit from a front door mat to wipe feet.. tracked in a lot of sand.Kids room bunkbed was very shaky, absolutely cant hold anyone larger than small child. Found a broken support beam on top bunk.Disappointing they rental management only provides "1 starter" of common things. We were only given 1 kitchen trash bag to serve 8 people for 7 days, then told we had to buy our own when needing more!

Family Fun

We were all very please with the location of our condo. Beach/ ocean view was amazing & not over crowded. There were a few things that made the condo feel a little dated but we all were still very comfortable with the amount of space we had. Check in/out was awesome, kitchen had all the cook/ dish ware needed. The WiFi was not good at all which posed a small issue for some in our group because it was needed for work/school. The bathrooms were dated & tubs didn’t drain well. Other than those small issues everything was great during our stay. Jake our beach chair guy was amazing. He paid attention to family’s stay times & did his best to make every guest happy with their location.

Great spot - Needs a little clarification and improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Longtime visitor to FWB - 1st time in this complex/rental. Spacious and clean! Great layout. Tons of kitchen ware. Quiet, kid friendly beach area. Easy parking, Only primary bedroom has King despite listing bedroom #3 as king on website - that needs changed to accurately reflect the bedrooms. Kids bunk room is great and number of bathrooms outstanding. Everyone slept comfortably.Kitchen has no pot holders! If you plan to cook bring your own knives – the few that are there will not cut anything. Plenty of pots and pans – charcoal grill by pool. Start ups like dish soap and trash bags felt too skimpy for multi night rental. A Keurig would be a great addition. Clothes washer definitely needs service - makes horrid noise on spin. Note for parents of littles, all balcony chairs/tables are high top. Beyond owner’s control – complex hot tub was broken entire stay. Pool areas were lovely.Would definitely stay in this unit again and highly recommend it. Rare to find a place that holds a large family.

There were tumble weeds of hair and dust everywhere. When we would pull a dish from the cabinet it was always dirty. It just needs a really good deep cleaning. The location was perfect!

Excellent stay

Check in was a very easy process. They notified us it was ready early around 1:30pm. Location was perfect in front of the gulf view and we could also see the kids below in pool/spa. One of the two Elevators broke once during week but they quickly fixed; not a big deal. Furniture in rooms were not excessive. Gives you plenty of space to sprawl out. Kitchen was stocked with enough cooking gear and extra plastic containers others left behind. Beach was awesome. Master bed was a little hard, but doable for the week. Ice machine wasn’t the best in our freezer. Didn’t keep up with usage had to buy ice. No leftover spices or seasonings so bring your own. Close proximity to Old Bay Steamer restaurant. Traffic is a bit busy coming over the bridge. Local grocery store Publix is a madhouse next to the bridge. I recommend using different one down the street. But kinda what you expect of the area for vacation time. Overall, we had great time great location, great view great room.

Family Spring Vacation

Check in was easy. Condo very clean. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Plenty of parking available. Could use a second hot tub, only had one and it was small always packed. I would recommend this condo.
