Beaver Creek TRUE Ski-in Ski-out! Beautiful in the Summer as Well (A/C in unit)!

You can't beat this location for its direct proximity to the Strawberry Park lift. Also, the Beaver Creek Village with shops, restaurants, ice skating rink, and nightlife is right across the street. We also own the unit directly downstairs, which is the same size and configuration. If you need more space for a larger group, you can rent both units. If this unit is occupied, you can to see if that one is available. VRBO #2220803

Summer is amazing in Beaver Creek! There are so many outdoor activities available such as mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, ATV riding, etc. The unit has A/C - but it is usually not needed. The weather is great in the summer!

The unit offers a full kitchen, so that you do not have to eat-out for every meal. It has a wood-burning fireplace, washer-dryer unit, 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room also has a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a balcony with a great view of the town and the mountains behind it.

Great location

Great location. Asked when we would be arriving to give us a tour and make sure we understood the rules. After talking to a few people at the location it seems like people who don't follow the rules have a lot of issues. We didn't have any issues. Can't beat the location.

Perfect location. Comfortable residence.

My family of four really enjoyed staying in this condo in Beavercreek. It’s location was excellent. A short walk from the main lift in ski school, and right next to another lift taking you to a different side of the mountain. Lots of restaurants nearby. The accommodations are a little dated, but pretty typical for ski condos. The kitchen was well adorned, and we have plenty of room with three bathrooms and a second bedroom with bunkbeds. We will think about staying again at this place if we come back to Beavercreek.

Perfect location

This is our second stay at Strawberry Park. The location absolutely can’t be beat - steps to the lift and the Village, parking is covered and convenient and the condo is spacious, clean and well-stocked. The owners are communicative and Jean at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you for another wonderful trip to Beaver Creek!

Great Location

This is our second time staying at Brett's property. The location for skiing and the amenities at the building make for a tough combination to beat. The communication with the owner and property manager are very good.

Great location, nice unit!

The condo is in a great location with the Strawberry Park lift right outside of the third floor. The village is just across the street too; a great location overall. The condo itself was well set up for preparing meals for a small family with comfortable seating in the common area. The available Roku box was helpful. We used the community hot tub and pool daily on the 4th floor of the unit. We only saw one other person there the entire time; the condo building was fairly empty of other guests/owners. There is one parking spot allocated for the condo that is a short walk from the condo. Since we had two cars, we parked the other car down by the entrance to Beaver Creek Village. We did not interact at all with the owner, but rather with Vail properties. When we checked out of the condo, we left our kids at the village and then came back to pick them up and utilized our parking spot and a spot next to it that had been vacant the entire time we were there. We walked to the village to find our kids. Less than five minutes later we got a call saying that the condo manager was very upset and going to tow our cars. When walking back to move the cars less than 10 minutes after parking in the mostly empty garage, I was accosted by the very visibly upset condo manager who wasn’t able to contain her anger. This interaction really spoiled the day. If you stay here, they are very serious about the rules and don’t make reasonable exceptions for check in/out.

Fantastic fit for our family!

We stayed here for a week with two kids. The location can’t be beat, and the condo felt larger (and nicer) than the online photos show. Kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge help that we were able to prepare simple meals after long days on the mountain. We’ve already booked for next year!!

Best location and great place to stay

This place is very center to everything. Right off strawberry park lift. Ski in and out easily. We stayed here for 5 nights with 2 kids and will come back for next visit!

Fantastic Location and Amenities

Property is a directly adjacent Strawberry Park lift. Hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, gym all a really nice amenity. Layout of unit is really nice with a large king bed master, a second bedroom with 3 beds (and a trundle). Also having 3 full bathrooms is really nice for a 2BR unit. Ski locker two floors up via elevator and then a direct walk out to the base of the mountain. The only reason it's not 5 star is it is definitely a true "rental" unit. It is a bit dated decor wise, the mattresses/sofa are a bit past their prime and the unit has some "dings" in places (showing it is a rental). But at the right price, this is a fantastic place to stay right in the village at Beaver Creek.

Great Condo and location

Great Condo and very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was.. This condo made it very easy to cook in for the family, waffle maker, blender, griddle, and plenty of pots/pans and cutting boards. Plenty of space, and very clean.. Conveniently located a few yards from strawberry park lift and a few steps to shopping and restaurants. Easy ski in/out, and best part is that the Beaver creek medical center is located in the building. Would highly reccomend staying here.. .

Another great ski trip!!

Brought a family friend to introduce them to Beaver Creek. Everyone loved the condo - had everything we needed from full kitchen to washer & dryer to a 3rd bathroom. Loved it being right next to Strawberry Park lifts - such a convenience to go to McCoy Park.

Beaver Creek

The property has an amazingly convenient location right off the Strawberry chairlift and is only a short walk from the village center. The unit itself was very nice and well appointed, and is actually nicer than what the photos show. There are some signs of age, wear and tear, and deferred maintenance, but nothing that took away from our overall stay. Would definitely come back and also highly recommend to others.

Ideal Location - Great Condo

Was our first trip to Beaver Creek and not knowing where to stay this ended up being ideal. Very spacious condo with a great layout. Literally ski on / ski off and also 2 minute walk to village. Highly recommend. Ty for a great trip!

Perfect Family Place

This is a fabulous unit. The location can't be beat, ski right out the back or head across the street to the village. Very clean and very quiet spot. We had 3 kids and two adults and had plenty of space. Can't wait to get back.

We have been visiting this condominium for many years, and fell in love with the location immediately. We had been to many ski resorts in the past, but could not beat the location of this building. So, we finally gave in and purchased a condo at our favorite ski resort.
