The Villa Del Sol condominium complex is located right on the beach. Ride the trolley or walk to the Texas State Aquarium & the USS Lexington, Surf & Beach gift shops & local restaurants, some on the beach & within walking distance as well.

The Villa Del Sol condominium was built in the 80’s & is still as popular now as it was back then. Also note, due to previous hurricanes & the Texas winter storms, the complex has been undergoing some construction, mainly on the ground level & parking areas but thankfully our unit was not affected.

Also note, the Villa Del Sol condominium is an older complex & has been undergoing some cosmetic repairs & construction in certain outside areas of the complex, mostly on the ground level parking garage & another bldg, but thankfully our unit was not affected.
There may be some on-site workers during the day, normally between 9am-5pm.
