This custom built home is a great gathering place for large groups, families and friends. Only an 8-minute walk to the beach and situated on a 15-acre fresh water lake with fishing, bird watching and other wildlife that can be enjoyed from our private dock. The back yard ambiance offers a tropical feel with its beautiful palm trees and great privacy.

There is a large circular driveway for easy and more than ample parking plus a 2 car garage. Wonderful live oaks grace the front of the home along with beautiful azalea bushes for your Springtime enjoyment.

There is a large covered front porch with rocking chairs for relaxing. Entering inside, you’ll find a very bright open floor plan with column archways, separate dining room with seating for ten, living room with soaring ceilings and fireplace looking out over the pool, spa and fresh water lake. Enjoy the open eat-in kitchen with the newly designed island, along with the dinette table with seating for six provides plenty of seating. The kitchen is open to the Carolina room with a large built-in entertainment area and 65" flat screen for your viewing pleasure.

Off the kitchen you will find a large screened porch with seating for 6 great for dining, game playing, and those days of inclement weather. In addition there is a huge partially covered back porch for relaxing, outside grilling and dining with seating for 6 at the new bar height table with an additional 4 standard chairs with side tables .

The large pool (34' X 16') is shallow at both ends, 5’ depth in the center with 2 sets of entry steps and loads of sun. The pool was newly renovated with new tile and plaster to give it a new look in 2021. The large pool deck provides ample space for sunbathing with 8 lounge chairs, side tables as well as additional chairs with ottomans.…you’ll get lots of sun while enjoying the resort like back yard! Optional pool heat is available.

The beautiful 6 person in ground spa with spill-over into the pool adds comfort and enjoyment on those cool mornings and clear nights, heat is optional.

The tropical feel of the back yard boasts of palm trees and water views. Its like vacationing in your own private resort.

The master suite is located on the main floor with a king bed, newly remodeled bath includes an extended length vanity with makeup mirror and stool, separate shower and his and her vanities. Guest bedroom 2 – 2 twin beds, built in desk, large closet with built in dresser. Adjoining bath with tub/shower, double sinks in vanity. Guest bedroom 3 – one queen bed and one twin, large closet with built ins, and shares the adjoining two room bath with bedroom 2. These two bedrooms with the two room bath/sink combo provide a private Jack n Jill Suite.

Heading upstairs, at mid-level, you’ll find a large bonus room offering a nautical feel with two queen beds, a sofa (not a pull out), 2 chairs, flat screen TV and Blu-ray player.

Continuing upstairs to the second floor you will find Guest bedroom 4 – with a king bed, private bath, tub/shower and walk in closet. Down the hall midway you will walk through French doors to Guest bedroom 5 – a second master with king size bed, 2 chairs, walk in closet and a private deluxe bath with tiled walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 6 – also includes a king size bed, walk in closet, private tub/shower and large single sink vanity.
