Welcome to 115 Dune Lane, a place for vacation memories which last a lifetime.

Nestled in the heart of North Forest Beach, our beautifully furnished six bedroom oceanfront home welcomes you with antique heart of pine flooring and majestic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering full views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you open the door.

On the main level, a spacious living room with large SMART HDTV, a dining room with built in buffet and an open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar allow for wonderful family gatherings and meals.

A powder room is located off the living area.

The master suite is located on the main level. The suite has a king bed, double vanities, jetted bath and large walk-in shower. The suite opens onto the pool deck with a full ocean view.

A spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer are available.

The pool deck is equipped with a dining table and chairs, chaise lounges, side tables, gas grill and a covered gazebo. Pool and beach toys are abundant. There is a private boardwalk from the pool deck to the beach. The hot tub and pool are connected with a flowing waterfall. PLEASE NOTE: . POOL IS DIRECTLY BEHIND HOME AND IS NOT FENCED IN. PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $550 FOR THE POOL AND SPA HEAT TO BE TURNED ON.

The upstairs master suite (queen bed, private bath) adjoins its own private sitting room which opens to the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Enjoy coffee in bed as you watch the sun rise! The private sitting room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV and DVD player.

The Upstairs King # 1 in the main house is beautifully furnished with a king bed and a private bath and opens to a private balcony with ocean view.

The Upstairs King # 2 in the main house has a comfortable king bed, a private bath, a sitting area with love seat, and its own oceanfront deck.

'The Loft' has two sets of bunk beds and plantation shutters which reveal a majestic horizon.

'The Treehouse' bedroom has two beautiful wrought iron twin beds as well as a private bath. Beds can be converted to a king, when needed.

Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and has its own television and DVD player.

There is also a separate family room with a 65inch HD Smart TV. Games and videos allow entertainment for all.

A full size refrigerator/freezer and a full bath in game room.

Two queen sleeper sofas are located in the game room.

In the heart of North Forest Beach, 115 Dune Lane is a ten-minute walk from Hilton Head's popular Coligny Plaza. Stroll down the beach or the shady Dune Lane for a cup of coffee or a pastry from the Coligny Bakery. You cannot beat the convenience of this location!

We do not permit wedding events at the property. Cancellation is at owners discretion unless Island is under an Evacuation order. See contract.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and perfect for our family, with the various gathering room options available. The beds were comfortable- both the pool and the ocean were warm,- and the kitchen had everything we needed.Communication with Kathleen (property manager)was quick and thorough.We hope to come back someday!

Amazing beach front home

Beautiful location as it's directly on the beach with a quick bike ride or walk to Coligny. The set up of the many bedrooms allowed us the perfect configuration for our family reunion trip.

great family vacation place

We loved spending a week here with lots of family members. It was a great place for all ages with the game room for kids, pool and hot tub. Convenient location and comfortable house with such easy beach access. We'll be back soon!

This beachfront home was perfect for our family, which included 10 adults and seven grandchildren ranging from 18 months to 12 years old. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time moving back and forth between the oceanside pool and the beach. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the host went above and beyond to resolve it, even having two fans delivered via Instacart on a Sunday night. We will definitely stay at this beach house again.

Space for togetherness yet privacy.

We had 9 adults, 3 kids, 2 infants and felt there was space and privacy. We liked the size and the different living areas. The kids and some adults could play video games in the other room while others slept or watched their NCAA brackets get busted.

Enjoyed our stay even thru hurricane!

Great place for our family vacation! House and property is well maintained with plenty of games and puzzles and even a piano for indoor fun along with the nice pool and huttub outdoors. They even brought us plenty of flashlights and batteries in case of power outage during Hurricane Helene. Luckily we didn't lose power. We loved our stay.

Great Property

Property was as advertised. Being able to swim in the pool and hot tub and enjoy life on the pool deck while seeing and hearing the ocean waves was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family and the property manager was responsive when we needed assistance. Exactly what you want from a vacation rental in Hilton Bead.

Perfect location

Very comfortable home in fantastic location. Beautiful outdoor area with ocean views from almost every room. Very well stocked home and all the beach towels and chairs were a nice touch! The pool area was awesome! The owners were always very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely return to this house again. The short and private path to the quiet beach was icing on the cake! We hated to leave!

Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this large, spacious home. Everyone had plenty of room and their own bathrooms. The location is fabulous and we were within minutes and getting everywhere we needed to be. Dave (owner) was always ready, willing and able to do whatever requested. We will highly consider staying there again if our travels take us to hilton head.

We have been having our annual family beach week at this property for years. In fact, we have already booked our 2020 week. The house is well furnished and maintained. We enjoy having the beach less than 100 yards, while enjoying a very nice ground level pool if we elect to stay off the beach. We find this location in HH to be very convenient.

Family Vacation 2018

This was our second time staying at this beautiful ocean front home. We had our two grown children and their spouses and children, which are a total of seven grandsons ranging in age from 13 to 5. The home is spotless, well appointed, and the pool is terrific. I can’t say enough about this Home except we will be coming back again.

Pool deck is outfitted for all guests to enjoy sunning, swimming and dining. No long treks to pool or beach. Just open the door.

This home sets it apart from all others due to the proximity to the ocean and the views from the pool and pool deck. Pool deck is raised so that the view is level with the beach. You walk out from the dining room and you are on pool deck.
you step off pool deck and you are on the beach sand.
Sit in the pool or hot tub and watch dolphins swim by or just take in what you are wanting - ocean views and breezes
All ocean front homes can't offer the views we have and why we chose this home.
