The space
A comfortable 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo located at Park City Resort (Red Pine Community @ Canyons Village) with walking access to the Cabriolet lift.

One bedroom with queen bed. The living room can be used for additional guests, utilizing the queen sized pull-out sofabed. The condo sleeps four guests comfortably.

Located at the Park City Resort (Canyons Village), the home is walking distance to the base Cabriolet lift and is only a 30 min drive from Salt Lake City Airport.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The living room is comfortably equipped with a large sofa (with queen-sized pull-out bed), comfy chairs and flat screen TV with BluRay player and HDMI connection. The dining area also allows direct access to the bathroom.

Full kitchen with oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. Plates, glasses and silverware for 6pp. Pots, pans and cooking utensils. Dining area in kitchen with seating for 4pp.

There is unassigned, uncovered parking available for multiple vehicles. There is ample parking available adjacent to condo.

This home is part of a condo community and has common area amenity access included. Common amenities include: heated outdoor pool, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, lounge, laundry, volleyball, tennis. Note that the Clubhouse closes the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from Labor Day in Sept to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance.

This condo is one of the most economical and central locations for a true Park City skiing adventure. Enjoy Deer Valley, Park City, and all of the Cottonwood Ski Resorts. Save on your accommodations, spend the extra money on lift tickets!

And remember, Park City provides the perfect setting for a vacation all year round, not just the winter months. The summers are filled with golf, horseback riding, white-water rafting, fly-fishing, mountain biking and hiking trails, music festivals and more!

Decent, very basic and clean

Trip was good and we made the best of location. Would not stay again with family. Place is really suited for 2 people or plan to bring your sleeping bags. The pull out sofa bed is destroyed and horrible condition. Some of the lights didn't work in bathroom but we made the best of it. No washer and dryer as listed in amenities. Luckily our friends were staying in very nice modern apartment in the same complex and allowed us to use theirs. Positives - close to slopes and town (suggest having a car) little walk to ski transport if your wearing ski boots. Free parking at ski lift transport and bus stop. - plenty parking available - WiFi worked sometimes well. My kids used hotspots on their phones because the signal from WiFi was not strong enough at times. - Outside snow maintenance was excellent - Heat and hot water worked well - Owner was responsive - My wife wasn't with me it was just me and the kids so we didn't have to listen to her complain about the place if she would have been there. 🤣

Solid place to sleep -- but no frills. Ideal for 2 Adults Only.

Good place to sleep -- but in desperate need of some TLC. Constantly dripping faucets, short on towels for the community hot tub, and the futon left a lot to be desired. Would be a great spot for 2 adults -- the futon quality really not appropriate for actual sleep. Overall, you get what you pay for -- but this place was in need of quite a bit of care.

Exactly as presented, and exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure staying there.

The coolest thing for me was how responsive Bryan was. I only had a few questions throughout my stay, but I always had my questions answered accurately and promptly, which I greatly appreciated. These condos are in a really cool location and a very quiet neighborhood. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Park City was where I learned to ski when I was young. I have loved visiting and always wanted to have my own place one day. The area has some of the best skiing in the world, with six elite resorts within easy driving distance. Beyond just amazing terrain, Utah is known for the airy, light, fluffy, powdery snow. Great restaurants and wonderful festivals like Sundance.. what more can you ask for in a ski town?

Enjoy access to all condo amenities with owner pass for pool, jacuzzi, tennis, washer/dryer.

Guests have key-less access to condo. Arrive on your own time without having to worry about meet and greet. Self check-in makes everything simple.

Free Ski Shuttle access right outside condo. Great central location to all major resorts. Economical accommodation option.

As host, I am always available for questions. My condos are easily accessible without interaction.
