Set in the urbanization of Pueblo Patricia, this perfectly located South facing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house complete with roof terrace is an ideal holiday destination for both families and couples. It is 1 of only 7 houses that face directly onto the swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk and the beach is just 10 minutes away.The house has a TV which receives English channels. The house also has heating for the winter months!!
Minimum stay during August is 14 nights.

Excellent communication, Lovely stay!

Trevor was great with communicating through emails & making sure i had everything i needed before my stay & checking everything would be on for my elderly grandmother which i thought was a lovely consideration to have. Trevor made sure i had all the contact details prior to landing so that everything went smooth with my stay. As an owner i couldn’t recommend Trevor enough :)

Two weeks in Los Alcazares

Good communication from owner before visit; met by rep on arrival, who went through all relevant detail i.e. access to complex (gated), keys for apartment, instructions for use, departure process etc. All good and clear. Complex is clean, quiet, and a short walk to local bars and resteraunts (5 -10mins), local beach (10-15m), and shops, supermarkets etc. Apartment was clean and spacious, with all amenities we required for our stay. Also has excellent wi-fi and super pool is a few steps from the front garden. Excellent

Positives The property is in an excellent location overlooking the swimming pool. We could not fault the cleaning within the property. There were plenty of clean fresh towels and anything that was required to make meals and eat in. The restaurants nearby were great and we ate out each night. The handover of keys was straight forward as was communication. Negatives Sadly certain things within and outside the property were either dated or worn. The microwave required replacing rust was evident of age. The sofas were worn leather and could have done with a few nice throws on them. No shower curtain in the main bathroom and curtain over window worn. New bath mat would have made a difference also. The sheets on the bed were clean but old. The patio is a lovely area but the chair covers were very neglected as were the sunbed cushions. We felt that all this property needed was a bit of freshening up with little cost to the Owner.

Great family location

We booked a 3 bed duplex in the El Divino is a lovely complex from day one the property owner Trevor was on with all the information about the property and local information of things to do in los Alcazares. All l can say is we had a brilliant time it's like home from home wifi,plasma tv, bluetooth speaker, even had a washing machine for the wife. l would highly recommend this accommodation great for children with the pools just in front of the property,So we could keep an eye on them.The El Divino complex is only 2mins walk from the strip with nice bars, good range of restaurants for eating and 5min walk to the beach and it all on the flat which is great for the mature adult or people with mobility scooters already looking to book for Summer 2023

Great house. Great location.

Would definitely rent again. Both Trevor and Linda were super helpful. The house has every thing you need and is literally 10 steps to a gorgeous clean pool. El divino houses are without doubt the best in Los alcazares.

Well located but tired and dated property

The property is in a complex which is very well maintained and very pleasant, just beside the pool. It is a great location within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and beach. However the property is a little tired and needs some TLC, curtains are torn and outside plastic furniture and sunbeds are very tatty - torn cushions and broken lats on sunbeds. This house has no AC and it really needs this, particularly in the bedrooms - ceiling fans are in bedrooms but they are ineffective. Kitchen is well equipped. We very much enjoy the resort of Los Alcazeras

Pool facing lovely property

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location within El Divino complex. We like to have something facing onto the pool and beautiful gardens so it’s really handy with kids. House has everything you could need. Transfer went very smoothly, Neil and Linda are lovely and helpful.

fantastic

We stayed for a week. The villa was very nice and clean with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay! added bonus of UK TV and free Wifi!. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and well looked after, my 7 year old daughter enjoyed playing in the pool nearly every day! the beach is a short 10 minute stroll away and is also well kept. the beach is ideal for young children as the water is probably less than a foot deep and ideal for small children to splash around in. The strip is 5 mins away and has a large choice of great restaurants, We particularly like Veni with its choice of well priced international cuisine and we ate there a few times during the week. Nothing negative to say really, we enjoyed it all and would definitely return.

RELAXING BREAK IN IDEAL SPOT

Had a very enjoyable 5 day break here. The 'Perfectly Located' description in the listing was exactly what we got. Lovely house, very spacious with excellent wifi and a quiet roof terrace. Everything we required was in the house, including an iron, hairdryer and some towels. The well kept gardens and pool were just beyond the front gate. This was a very relaxing spot to sunbathe thanks to the sound of the waterfall in the pool. Ideally situated being just a few minutes walk to the main street where we found a supermarket, a few shops and a choice of establishments for eating, all offering a good choice of meals and very reasonably priced. A further few minutes walk takes you to the beach. Would recommend this property and would return.

Excellent

We had an amazing 2 weeks at 159 El Divino. Everything that you need is available. Lovely pool side location. The garden, balcony and roof terrace are all excellent for relaxing in the sun. Within 5 -10 minutes of the shops, restaurants and beach. Linda and her husband who transported us from the airport we helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Can't wait to return.

Superb location on a delightful complex

From my initial enquiry, everything about this booking was so easy. Our party of four adults and two young boys had a fabulous holiday in Trevor's ideally situated property. South facing, 20 yards from the beautiful pool and surrounded by lovely, well maintained gardens. Our accommodation had everything we needed, with plenty of room for us all. One little niggle, we wish there had been a better shower in the large main bathroom. However, one compensation that was not mentioned in the booking details was the free wifi, excellent. Los Alcazeres has everything for a great family holiday, with nearby shops and restaurants. Lovely flat, safe walks along the promenade and, of course, sunshine. I would definitely recommend this property and would also like to go again sometime in the future.

Good

The property was lovely, clean and spacious.and the pool is just outside the door which is a bonus. However, the owner forgot to send us the keys to the apartment. When I enquired about them he said he'd forgotten. He did send them special delivery but this meant someone had to take time off work to stay in to sign for for them. There is a lovely lady called Sandra that manages the property out in Spain. She came to visit us there to check everything was okay. She offered us to stay later on the day of our departure as we had a late flight, we were aware we had to vacate the property by 10am but as she offered we accepted and made our plans around this. A few days later the owner came and said we couldn't stay unless we paid him more money. (so we left at 10) Since being back he has contacted me to say he's deducted £10 from my deposit as a shutter was broken. I did explain it was like that when we arrived but he wasn't interest. The bottom line is, the place is lovely and we had a great time but please make sure you get your keys in plenty of time and check and report any damaged items as soon as you get there!

Excellent Property for Relaxing Holiday

The house and location were exactly as described. Pool was very good and just outside the front door. The complex was clean and well maintained. No criticisms at all. The taxi and welcome pack were exactly as arranged. Very convenient, less than 10 minutes from the airport. Los Alcazares is ideal for families or for a relaxing holiday. Good beach with plenty of beach bars. The promenade is as described and ideal for taking a stroll, cycling or running. Only a few restaurants on the sea front but plenty to choose from in the main square. I would recommend the property to friends & relatives and we do intend to go back.

Excellently maintained ideally situated property

Ideal property for a holiday. We had a lovely time and were joined by our grandchildren for one of our weeks stay. Trevor, Sandra, Lawrence and Bodo who provided the taxi service are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.. This is our second time we have booked with Trevor and would love to go back.

Great Location Beautiful House

Los Alcazares is ideally situated within a short and flat walking distance to supermarkets, bars, good restaurants and a great beach. The house was just as described. Clean, comfortable, well furnished with all mod cons. The patio area overlooked the well kept gardens and pool and was lovely for relaxing. Trevor, the owner, provided a good stressfree service, replying quickly to all our booking enquiries and we would also like to thank him for arranging our airport pick-ups. We have no hesitation in recommending this house and location to anyone looking for a great holiday.

Great Holiday!

El Divino is a lovely, quiet and secure development very close to the town plaza with restaurants and amenities and just a short walk to the beach beyond this. The house had plenty of space for us and our two teenagers and was situated perfectly in front of the pool. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Ideal Location

Three adults and a four year old enjoyed a great holiday at this spacious well equipped house. Fitted with modern appliances there was everything to ensure a relaxing time. Shops, restaurants and the excellent beach are all an easy level walk away. The grounds of the El Divino complex are secure and well looked after. Trevor's house has probably one of the best locations in the complex with the front garden being literally steps away from the swimming pool. Would not hesitate to recommend. Peter & family

A Relaxing Holiday in an Ideal Location

Had a fantastic stay at Trevor’s El Divino house. Everything was very well organised with good communications from Trevor. The house is superbly equipped and situated in a secure and immaculately kept complex. We had a lovely warm welcome from Sandra, the key holder, who also organised our airport taxi. Bodo the taxi driver was very friendly and at the end of the holiday drove us back to the airport, even taking us and our luggage to the check-in desk. Sandra’s husband Laurence met us on the last day and gave us a cheery goodbye. The house is south facing, giving lots of sunshine and also has nice pool views. A shopping centre, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach are only a short walk away. The beach and promenade are kept very clean. Lidl, Consum, Mercadona and El Arbol Supermarkets catered to our every wish. Down at the beach, there are lovely bars with views of the Mar Menor. Our favourites were Bar Vista, Alaska and El Encarnacion. Cheap internet access at 1.5 euros for 1 hour, can be found in the shopping centre, at the little bookshop which is almost opposite Angela‘s Restaurant. Bus services are good and reasonably priced. It costs about 4 euros per person return, to go to Cartagena; catch the bus outside Consum Supermarket. Cartagena has lots to offer with attractive side streets, the beautiful harbour and the Roman Theatre/Museum, costing about 6 euros each to enter. Buses to San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera, San Pedro and Torrevieja can be caught outside the Deutsche Bank. Boats go across the water to La Manga. San Pedro has a brilliant market on a Monday. Torrevieja is an agreeable day out, with lots of shops and a lovely promenade and beach front. There is a wonderful restaurant there called El Muelle, serving excellent Italian food. Hope all of the above is useful to future visitors. Many thanks again to Trevor for our relaxing winter break!

Another nice holiday

This was our second time here stayed 18th to 28th june weather hot and sunny pool nice and cool. Tony's airport pick ups by Sandra was a good service again, we went further up and down the mar menor this time and enjoyed more of the various beach bars found a water taxi down near the marina which takes you to la manga cost 4 euros per person this runs through out the day. Lots of nice places to eat out at night and not to expensive, again we had a lovely chilled out time here would reccomend Tony's place for a relaxing stay to anyone families and couples alike
