Luxury Apartment

This spacious stylishly decorated penthouse combines comfort and style; its huge 55M² south-facing terrace makes it perfect for indoor and outdoor living entertainment. The apartment is very spacious, with tall ceilings and marble floors throughout and finished to a very high standard. The two bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with large built-in wardrobes. The very latest air conditioning system (with heating) is fitted and the apartment has a large plasma screen TV with a separate stereo system. All furnishings are very elegant and well made.

The Master bedroom benefits from a sliding patio door onto the 55M² south facing terrace with stunning views to the golf course and the sea. The terrace has comfortable seating for six, with tables and chairs, terrace sofa and sun beds.
The complex benefits from three swimming pools, including a toddlers’ pool, beautiful fountains and tropical gardens with its hundreds of species of exotic plants. Selwo Nature Reserve is adjacent to the complex and animals can often be seen from the rear of the apartment!

The apartment is located in a secure gated community with a key coded access, all doors and windows have multiple locks and the apartment benefits from having a state-of-the-art fully monitored security alarm system along with the latest WiFi technology.

Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Puerto Banus and Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

Zeer 👍 goed, spijtig dat de AirCo om het uur diende geactiveerd te worden,🤕dus onze nachtrust was hierdoor enorm verstoord! Wel te weten dat de verhuurder hier weet van heeft in zijn of haar beschrijving in hun technische fiche ( deze werd ons de dag voor het inchecken doorgestuurd! De voorziene parking was meermaals bezet door andere, dit is doorgegeven aan de verhuurder.De ramen waren niet gepoets, zeer grijze schijn met vele handafdrukken. Maaaar we hebben wel genoten van de tijd in Estepona!!!

Dissapointed

Unfortunately our experience of staying in this property is not the same as previous reviews. Communication with the owner was poor. I had to chase them 5 days before our departure for access details, which I finally received with 2 days to go. At the same time we were advised that to obtain the keys, I could either pay €20 to the cleaner for a meet and greet service, or drive to her home to collect them! However as the owner did not have directions to her property and the cleaner did not speak good english, it didn't leave us much of an option! On our arrival, I contacted the cleaner to advise of our arrival time (3pm). However, when we were 30 mins from the property, she called us to say that she had to go to work and we were to meet her there to collect the keys. When driving to somewhere new, this is not ideal, but I had no option! We feel that the description of the apartment is misleading, as in places the interior is looking a tired and in need of some TLC. In the kitchen the edging strips on the wall units are all peeling off; the unit door to the washing machine does not shut properly and gets knocked by the adjacent drawers when opening and the bottom shelf in the fridge was broken. In the second bedroom, the vinyl covering on the headboards are ripped and peeling. In the master bedroom, one of the sliding wardrobe doors is misaligned on the runners, so do not open properly. Outside, of the 2 sun loungers provided (surely there should be 4 for a 4 bed apartment), one was broken. Two of the 6 chairs to the dining table had damaged arms, one of which has a screw protruding upwards (we only noticed this after a number of days). There is also a collection of broken furniture at the side of the terrace: a sunbed, parasol and a couple of parasol bases. I emailed the owner on the day of our arrival of the main issues (the broken sunlounger & the fridge), as we didn't want to be billed for damage we hadn't caused. I received a response after 24 hours, advising that the fridge was a known issue and they would try and source a replacement sunlounger. When chased for an update a couple of days later, I was asked if I could assist in shopping for a suitable replacement, email photos before making a purchase, at my expense to be reimbursed later. I politely declined. After 5 days, we finally borrowed one from the pool area. Most of the issues highlighted were advised to the owner during our stay, but there is definite room for improvement.

Eventually found the Apartment block no clear signs , meet and greet with the cleaner who showed us around was ok . Parking spot under ground is tight concrete pillars to avoid . Apartment clean although the head boards in the room with single beds needs replacing , bathroom toilet around the basin very grubby , we bought bleach to try and clean it . Shower had dark hair in it . Air con was very good , on the photos of the Apartment it gives the impression the pool is below the apartment but it is actually a short walk away . Both the pools are very clean and not busy at all . All in All a nice Apartment .

Wonderful place in Estepona

We stayed in Tatiana and Graham’s wonderful appartment. It has a great terrace, complete and comfortable furnishing, access to varied pools and a good location for exploring the Costa del Sol. We had a great time, communication was friendly, complete and efficient. Would gladly come visit again.

The description was perfect, the property is exactly as explained. The apartment is extremely comfortable and homely. The location is calm and relaxing. The resort is quiet and clean. Situation is great... The pools are great.... Views are great.... Everything was great!!

Tevreden verblijf

Heel ruim appartement met groot terras. Wij misten de zonnenbedden die we verwacht hadden maar dat werd direct opgelost. Op het complex heb je de beschikking over 2 zwembaden en een parkeerplaats in de garage (de laatste is wel erg krap voor een ruimere auto) Het ligt halverwege een berg, geen vervoer of winkels in de directe nabijheid, je hebt echt een auto nodig. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, agent doet er alles aan om je verblijf naar de zin te maken. De uitrusting van de keuken kan wat verbeterd worden maar verder okay. Wat wij misten werd aangevuld. Rolstoeltoegankelijk tot in het appartement daarna moet je wel wat kunnen lopen om in de badkamer of wc te kunnen komen. Was voor ons geen probleem. Wij zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Fantastic find

This apartment is a gem it has two good size bedrooms with loads of storage space, the entire place is very well decorated which makes it very bright the kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioning is the best I have ever experienced, the gem of the place is the fantastic terrace!! The apartment has an excellent alarm system, which goes further than you could imagine requiring . Already making plans to revisit . The owners are lovely and respond to all communications quickly. Many thanks guys 🙂👍

Lovely Apartment

A lovely well furnished apartment, with fantastic views over the golf course and out to sea. The patio is ideal for sun lovers with sun from sun rise to sunset. Great powerful shower and very comfortable bed - lots of wardrobe space but a little short of drawer storage. Great drive from apartment to Ronda for a day out. Very much appreciated and good communication with Tatiana and Graham.

Merveilleuses vacances!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable! L'appartement correspond exactement à la description! La grande terrasse ensoleillée permet de pourvoir profiter pleinement de l'extérieur!! Les 2 piscines sont tout aussi agréables et calmes!! Un endroit idéal pour des vacances au calme sous le soleil!! Et l'emplacement permet de visiter les alentours!! Une très bonne adresse à garder!!!

On a séjourné dans ce magnifique appartement du 5 au 17 oct.2014, il n'en ressort que du positif ! Emplacement tout en hauteur donc très belle vue, calme, propre et très bien agencé. Véhicule indispensable car il n'y a pas de magasins aux alentours. 2 belles et grandes piscines, jardins très bien entretenus. Nous étions presque seuls dans la résidence très sécurisée. A recommander sans problème, Tatiana, la propriétaire est disponible à tout moment et répond très vite aux mails. Elle a tout fait pour nous rendre service ( explications sur le trajet, choses à faire et à visiter... BRAVO !! et merci

"This flat is ideally located overlooking Golf course and a Zoo (for the back side). Very upper class furnitures from local designers, large sunny and quiet terrasse, two swiming pools within gated area made our stay a perfect and delighted one for a family of 4. The owners do make sure we enjoy our stay and this has been appreciated. The area is extremely well maintained and close to the main Beaches including Puerto Banus if you want to enjoy the costa night life....A definite must see accomodation!!!! Will come back....."

"C’est une location en tous points conformes au descriptif. L’appartement est impeccable, décoré avec goût, spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse est un pur bonheur avec une vue bien dégagée vers la mer. L’endroit est très calme et très peu fréquenté (mois de mai). Les piscines sont très agréables (une côté mer et l’autre côté colline). C’est un lieu de séjour idéal pour aller découvrir tous les alentours dignes d’intérêt. Pour vos déplacements, une voiture est indispensable. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires qui sont des personnes charmantes et qui ne sont pas avares de renseignements. Je recommande vivement cet appartement qui permet de passer des vacances confortables en toute tranquillité à deux pas de l’ambiance nocturne andalouse. J’y retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir et en toute confiance."

"I stayed at this apartme...

"I stayed at this apartment for a week in March, 2012 with my family. What a pleasure it was to wake up every morning to the wonderful views of the Meditteranean from the large terrace. It's a perfect base for a week of exploring the coastline and stunning countryside of Andalucia and eating out in the fabulous nearby restaurants. It's very tranquil and quiet place with beautiful views. The apartment was very stylish and very comfortable with a fantastically spacious terrace. All-in-all a great place to stay."

"This apartement is located is an a most quiet environment with a stunning vue on the sea. The appartment interior is tastefully designed and equiped. The terrace is perfectely sun-orientated the whole day through and quite spacious for outdoor living and dining. Starting golfplayers will enjoy the golfcourse that encircles the building. The golf clubhouse is chique and fine-styled. The gardens are perfectly maintained. Although rather difficult to find, the location makes trips to the beaches and cities quite inviteable. We experienced this appartement as a place to perfectly relax out and to step back out of the rush of our busy professionnal live. Our kids already start to ask when we are going back! the Grognard family"

"We spent a week in this house in September 2011, will remain forever in our memories the beauty of this apartment, the beautiful decor, the smell of wood furniture, sea in the distance, and golf courses under the balcony. Surely one of the most beautiful houses in which I have ever experienced. The two pools are a haven to relax in the sun and in absolute silence. If we return to Spain will not try anywhere else, we will know exactly where to stay."
