Views and Location- A+

Awesome place and location. Easy, walking distance to several shops/restaurants/bars. 1/2 a block from a grocery store. Looking out front door, view of mountain range. Very easy to check in/out. Would do it again. 1 negative: The Karen that lives across the street to the north came over one evening and yelled at us for discussing our dinner too loudly while we were sitting outside.

Terrific stay!

VRBO and websites understate how wonderful this home is. Lots of space, great location, easy access, parking right at back door, fully updated, and I could go on and on. We loved our stay. Shuttle to lifts right out back, walking distance to all restaurants and shop. Superior experience. Will stay there again and strongly recommend to friends!

Location! Location! And charming cottage!

We stayed in this charming cottage for 5 days and it couldn’t be better! For 5 of 3 gen there was a plenty of spaces n bathrooms. Since papa n I didn’t ski, the location right next to the Main St was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and I really appreciated all the towels! Very clean! Again you can’t beat the location! And, the friendly and helpful staff made the whole trip awesome! It is one of those places I don’t wanna review since I don’t want others to know. But I guess I’m in a holiday spirit!

Beautiful house in the heart of Breckinridge

This property was convenient to everything Breckinridge had to offer. We walked everywhere! Clean and spacious too!

Don't Read Only the First Two Sentences

Some of the reviews mentioned that the home was chilly in the winter. This was true the first day we arrived. The children were lobbying for a fire in the fireplace (wood is provided with the rental). When I looked, the fireplace flu was wide open. Once I closed it, there were no more issues with chilly! No fire required for warmth. Overall it was a great place. Clean and luxurious. Plenty of hot water. Lots of spaces for individuals to loose themselves and feel solo for a while. Well equipped kitchen. Easy access to ski slopes and the grocery store. Just an overall great place to live for a week.

Perfect Vacation

Hanna who I booked through was fantastic from the start. The maintenance crew were up and plowing the snow early making sure we were able to walk out. The home was in the perfect location with all, clean and with every item needed with in. Thank you Alpine for making this vacation perfect for my daughters who wanted nothing more than a white Christmas. I would definitely recommend over and over. I hope to be back one day.

The facility was clean, our rental house had all the standard amenities and the management staff was friendly and quick to address any issues during our stay. We went skiing and snowmobiling and the best part was the close proximity to town. We never worried about parking because we could walk anywhere in minutes.

Friendly helpful office staff, "grounds staff" do a great job with snow removal, etc. (also very friendly) Housekeeping very accommodating. Awsome location 1 block up from Main Street. Grocery store across the street. (city market on bus route too) You do not need a car - but we always have one. Bus stop to ski lifts a 4 minute (in boots) walk to corner - runs every 20 minutes. Spent 2 weeks in the 3 bedroom house with family. Perfect for 6 people. Nice size living room, 2 full baths. FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER ! Big dining room table, plenty of storage/clothes space. Great internet. (HD TV would be nice and another TV in one of the bedrooms) Only issues is that the heat cannot keep up with the temperature variations. The house is historic - front doors and windows have gaps that let in too much cold and wind. You need to use the mini heaters found in all the closets.

Great location - one block off main street, across from sledding park and across from bus pick up. Great views out the front. Nine of us (6 adults and 3 small ones) stayed comfortably in the house. You will love the location and space for the price. Cook at home and save significant $'s. Highly recommended.
