Enjoy comfort, style, and plenty of space in this sunny 4BR/3BA Granite Springs retreat. Newly updated with a fully remodeled kitchen, gorgeous new hardwood floors, and plush new carpet, this 2,432 sq. ft. home is perfect for families and groups.

The open-concept main level features a stunning kitchen, inviting dining area, and bright living room. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with TV and a convenient full bath.

Upstairs, the luxurious master suite is a true escape — complete with a king bed, twin trundle, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, private deck, and a spa-like custom shower. Two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with four twins and another queen room with a TV, plus a shared full bath.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Had a great time in South Tahoe with family. The location was great and very close to Heavenly Village - a quick 5 minute drive. The house was very large and easily accommodated our family. We were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner there, too! It has pretty much all of the kitchen essentials that you could need, it was great! Great location, great house, would definitely come back again!

Beautiful home. Excellent for families. Great location. Having a room on the main floor was a plus as we had an elderly parent who can't do too many stairs.

The house was great for our group We didn’t spend much time at the house. We were playing golf while on our stay. Price was great and spacious. House needed a better cleaning on inside and outside.

The location of the house is incredible. Walk to breakfast and coffee, or bike rental, and a short short drive to everything else Tahoe has to offer.

Dirty needs attention

The place needs a deep cleaning. The fans were so dusty, could not use them. The blinds were so dusty, didn’t want to touch them either. The windows were so hard to open and close, and the up stairs is hot. No A/C in the house. The bathroom sink fixtures are loose, and we had to call property manager with one toilet issue. The coffee pot must have been 20 years old. The garage smelled like dead animal. Called property manager. The kitchen chairs fabric is so dirty, didn’t want to sit on them. The family room rocking chairs had tears in the back of them. The location was great, house is not, pictures were not accurate!!

The property was an excellent vacation rental. Clean, spacious, and very well stocked. Everything was as advertised. My family has been renting in South Lake Tahoe for over 20 years. This home rates right up there with the best.

Great stay

The house was great for a laid back weekend. Close to heavenly also, easy to drive to or uber. The furniture could be a little cleaner but we understand that it gets used by many people. Overall we were really happy with our stay here. Host was very responsive when we had questions and was accommodating to early check in! We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The property was as described in the listing. The property management was very helpful when we needed to contact them. The property was clean and well stocked with essentials. Check in and check out process was easy.

Great Home

This location and home was amazing! We really enjoyed the property. The listing has a hot tub in the title and the hot tub was locked that is the only complaint I have other than that this was AMAZING!!

Great place for a family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Close to town. Nice large home that worked out great for our family. The yard is fully fenced making it great for small children. The hot tub is nice. Our favorite part was the large dining room table for games. I do wish they had cleaning supplies available to the guests. We were unable to locate a broom or dustpan. There was not anything to clean off the counters with.

Family Get Away

The house was great for what we needed. We were a family of 5 with grandparents and extended family. The bedroom downstairs is the queen bed (incase anyone is traveling with elders). The couches were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and more. We couldn’t find.a remote for the DVD player which we bummed my kids out but they loved the backyard and the hot tub! There was some comments about it being dirty and there was some spots that could use extra attention but we use rentals all the time and was one of the better! The location was awesome and we would definitely stay again.

Great Birthday Weekend!

The property is just as described, it was clean, great location and had all the basics you need. I will say it would have been great to have a few extra hand towels and wash clothes as there were 8 of us, but we just did laundry to get them clean. I would also say that towels for the hot tub would have been appreciated, hate using bath towels for that type of thing.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It could've been a little cleaner, but orher than that, it was nice and roomy and in a great location!!

Do Your Homework Prior.....

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on the pictures in the description, it looks like a great place. Upon arriving the outside of the house is needing an update (rotting wood, paint, yard clean up front and back). Inside the home the structure is nice, however cleanliness is NOT priority here. The carpet is old, not clean, bumpy in spots. The benches in the picture at the dining room table are stained after years and years of use with no cleaning. The showers are dirty with stains along the side of the tubes where they havent been cleaned, and the shower curtains are dirty to the point of yellow and pink stains from years of use. The lights and fan lights have dead bugs and dirt in them which are very visible. There are ZERO instructions on how to work any of the TVs. Some worked some didn't (all different inputs, cable boxes, etc). The WIFI was not clearly defined and was spotty at best, some days it worked, some days it didn't. I did call on night one and left a message, tried to call back and reached someone who told me a different WIFI to go into then instructed on the email I received prior to arriving. He tried to walk me through the TVs, I got one working and gave up on the rest. The next day he offered to come check the TVs I politely declined as it wasn't worth the time to go back to the house to learn how to do it. There are no basic essential toiletries beyond hand soap at the sinks. There is broken dressers and pieces of beds around the house. The top rails on the bunk beds are loose. The garage houses old carpet rolls, broken beds. Banister on the steps is loose. Only one parking pass for 4 potential cars. The biggest instructions you will get is how to remove the trash and use the bear box. House was close to downtown, there is a BBQ (dirty) and Hot Tub, it has 4 bedrooms, so no lie there. Read back on older reviews and see that our experience was very similar to others as far back as 2020-2022 so no updates in years.

Tahoe weekend for family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a wonderful size. We traveled with our family which included two young children. The hot tub out back was so fun for my 4 year old. the house also had all types of things for cooking. You so dont need to bring anything. The bathrooms were great sizes and the location was so close to downtown. I was however disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The floor really needed a good mop when we got there, but unfortunately I couldn’t find a clean mop. I even went to the dollar store to buy one but the shelves were empty. The counters were clean but the drawers had crumbs in them. I also found a mouse dropping in one. We also had to kill quite a few spiders. There were lots of dead spiders too. The bathroom In the master had some throw rugs that were dirty and the one by the shower smelled. I dropped something under the master vanity and it was really dirty under there that I just threw it away.
