The villa is located in the countryside outside the city of Syracuse. It is surrounded by citrus and olive trees.

The villa consists of two separate apartment buildings, each with its own entrance; one is occupied by the owner, and the other is available to guests. It offers seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and can accommodate up to twenty people. It is divided into two levels. On the first floor, there is a large kitchen-living room where you can have lunch, dinner, or celebrate the holidays. A large wooden table is the centerpiece of the room. Along the wall are sofas, armchairs, and a TV. The elegant kitchen is well-equipped: it features a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven, and toaster. The first floor has three bedrooms: two with four beds each and one with three beds, including a double bed. One four-bed room has a bunk bed and two single beds, while the three-bed room has one single bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the loft. Here are the other four bedrooms, each with a double bed; one of them also has a single bed. These rooms have private bathrooms with showers. The double beds measure 160x190 cm, and the single beds measure 80x190 cm. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (heating/cooling).

The villa is surrounded by a 10,000-square-meter lot. The property’s outdoor areas are separate from those of the homeowner. The outdoor terrace is furnished with various tables and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals and relax in the shade. A barbecue and an outdoor gas stove allow you to prepare food outdoors. For entertainment, there is a ping-pong table and a pool table. There are also tables and chairs in the garden. A perfect hammock for relaxing with a book. Particularly noteworthy is the pool, which is surrounded by a sunny terrace and lounge chairs. The pool is available for use with the hosts’ permission. For young children, there are toys in the garden. The property features a large parking area with space for several vehicles. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor.

Restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores are about 2 kilometers from the villa. A bike rental service is nearby. The villa’s location is ideal for exploring the southeastern coast of Sicily. Being so close to the heart of Syracuse (10 km), it’s a quick trip. Be sure to visit the necropolis of Pantalica, the Baroque town of Noto, Cavagrande di Cassibile, Fonte Ciane, and the Vendicari nature reserve.
