Inside this charming home, the open concept living and dining area, with high ceilings and lots of windows, feels light and airy. A large well-equipped kitchen will excite the cook in your group. There are two bedrooms, one with a king, the other with a queen and twin bunks, and two full baths in this one-level home. The sleeper sofa opens into a very comfortable queen. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the great view from the deck, or relax after a long day at the beach and watch the amazing sunset. Ahhhh. Life's a beach!

Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
