The spacious terraced house is located in beautiful Aiguablava, one of the nicest areas on Costa Brava. It is very quiet and surrounded by greenery and tastefully decorated throughout. On its two floors it offers: a cosy living room with open fire, a dining area and large bay windows leading on to the terrace (approx. 50 sqm) with quality wooden furniture, built-in barbecue and a spectacular view to the sea; (please note that the terrace is not suitable for young kids); a fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, microwave, electric stove), a shower with separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds; on the next floor two well sized master bedrooms (each approx. 20 sqm) both with built-in wardrobes and shelves and large windows onto the greenery, one with a kingsize bed, one with two single beds; from one of the bedrooms you have also view to the sea; another fairly sized bedroom with two single beds (without view and unless otherwise agreed reserved for owners' use only) and two shower rooms with toilet and bidet; furthermore a laundry(washing machine and dryer) and ironing and storage area.
