Villa (max 8 p.) in Begur, private pool 8x4, outdoor kitchen, sunny large garden

The holiday villa is detached, adjacent to a cul-de-sac on the edge of a forest. The spacious sunny (southwest) garden surrounding the villa is 1200 m² and offers plenty of privacy. Plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy the peace and quiet. Adjacent to the living room is a covered terrace with large table from where you overlook the mountains of the "Emporda". Villa Destina is just a few kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Destina has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed apart. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (80x200 cm) and is a walk-through room. There is 1 bathroom in the villa with toilet/shower and a separate toilet. The guesthouse in the garden can only be rented by tenants of the villa (total €495 per wk + €65 final cleaning) and sleeps 2 (2 single beds), airco and a bathroom. Opposite this cottage is a wooden bathroom with toilet and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room, as well as in all bedrooms. The villa is fully equipped for a carefree holiday. Besides all kitchen utensils, there is an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. There is a washing machine in the outdoor bathroom. The outdoor kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and a fixed BBQ. Towels (1 pp pw) are included. In and around our holiday villa you can be online all day if you want. Even by the pool and if you want to lounge around. In the villa, the room adjacent to the living room has a TV with Spanish channels where you can also quietly surf the internet or work.
You can cool down in the private pool with Roman steps of 8 x 4 metres. The pool has a depth of 90 cm at the stairs and runs to a depth of 160 cm. There is an outdoor shower by the pool. Because the pool is south-west facing, the water quickly reaches a pleasant temperature. There are sun loungers around the pool, but it is also lovely to relax in the shade under the patio near the outdoor kitchen.

Villa Destina is located in Begur on the Costa Brava, a small, historic Spanish town in the Baix Empordà region. Begur is a cosy, authentic Spanish village with small streets, nice shops and restaurants and bars. Built on a hill, near the unspoilt, beautiful coast of the Costa Brava, with no high-rise buildings. It is just 42 km from Girona and 125 km from Barcelona. The area around Begur is not called the Spanish Riviera for nothing. No high flats but quiet hills, a jagged coast, small bays and old Romanesque villages. The most beautiful golf courses in Europe, beautiful nature and small, clean beaches. The hiking trails along the coast (camins de Ronda) are one of Begur's main and most famous attractions.
