Great Location in Breck

Great location for skiing in Breck. Ski-in and about 150 yard walk to snowflake lift. Washer and Dryer is not in-unit and requires quarters. Unit is somewhat dated, but wonderful and convenient for skiing and visiting town.

ok place to stay for a ski vacation

The kitchen was well equipped. Very short walk to ski lift. Ski in possible. The property isn’t as roomy as described. No way 6 people Can sleep in the unit. Very reactive property management.

Very convenient location

Very convenient location, a short walk to Snowflake lift. You can ski back to the condo. The sofabed is really soft, dip down. My son doesn’t care. I don’t think adult can sleep comfortably on the sofabed.

Great Location for Skiing

If you are renting this place to ski you will be pleased. Walk to lift is short and its truly ski in. Yes, I guess it needs updating but we did not spend much time in the condo, the skiing was outstanding the week we had it. If you plan on hanging around the place chilling and making fancy meals it may not be for you but if you are up and on the slopes early and back at the end of the day you should be happy with the place.

Good Location but Noisy

We’ll appointed apartment just a couple of hundred yards from the Snowflake lift and a true ski in location. The plumbing suffered a few problems while we were there and the people in the apartments above and below were extremely noisy. We thought at one point there was a herd of elephants above us a few nights.

Great Location

Ski in for sure. Walk to ski lift very close or take bus wherever, bus stop a few steps away. We went to Hot Tub once because it was not on property and farther away than we wanted to walk. Stay was great and we had 0 problems. As others have noted needs updating but this did not bother us at all. The sofa sleeper needs a thicker mattress. We used blankets to make it comfortable as you can feel the frame through the mattress. Other than that, this is a great location as walking to Main Street is only an 8 minute walk through beautiful Breck!!!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

This place is perfect for 2-3 people. My husband and I stayed with our 13 year old son and felt that it was the perfect size. It was a VERY short walk to the Snowflake lift. Once finished for the day, we would take the 4 O'clock run down with only a few steps to the door of the place. The hot tub and pool were easy to get to and had plenty of parking. You can also cut through the pretty woods and walk there. It was a short walk to the town. Once you walk down to the town, you are centrally located to everything. Some people mention that the place is outdated. I felt that it had interesting outdoor decor and I liked the outdated part of it. The only part I didn't like was the carpet in the bathroom. As a germaphobic nurse, this grossed me out. Finally, the balcony was nice for a cup of coffee in the morning with beautiful views! In the evening, enjoy a beer next to the fire. You can't go wrong with this place:)

Not a bad option

Not a bad option, great for it's location to the snowflake chair and the 4 o'clock run. The carpet throughout is weird, but it was very clean. However the lamps, bathroom fan, pictures, etc could have used a good dusting. So many hooks in the front entrance, which is perfect for drying your ski clothes. The bathroom fan doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned. Not a ton of cooking tools in the kitchen, but a full size fridge is great. You have to walk 8ish min to the hot tub, which is in desperate need of cleaning/fixing/updating, but I still went after long and hard days on the mountain. You just don't want to take off your shoes. The shower in the rental leaves much to be desired, but the showerhead is new and it's better than camping. Even if the shower head is only 5ft tall. The mattress and sheets/blankets desperately need to be replaced, or even a mattress topper would go a long way. Pillows are horrible, bring your own if you can. All in all it's great is you don't plan on spending a ton of time there, and if you can sleep on any surface/used to camping.

Bathroom is stuck in 1972 , toilet seat with a carpeted bathroom with what ever the previous guest driped on it . The tub kept backing up when the above unit showered , hot tub located in another location . going on ski vacations for 25 years this was the worst property that I stayed at .

Needs work

This property is in a good location., but it seriously needs work. A major update.. kitchen supplies old and beat up, Kuereg doesn’t work, bathroom sink spraying water all over counters and floor. Kitchen faucet difficult to work, windows very dirty, sheets don’t fit the mattress. Kitchen table chair broken/back loose. We were glad we only had a three night stay.

Our stay

Big plus is the excellent location, a short walk from the lift and about a quarter-mile from downtown. Minuses: Very outdated, with faucets in kitchen and bathroom in bad need of replacing. Kitchen chairs and stools shaky. Walls and trim quite scuffed. Outdoor parking and lots of stairs (no elevator). Paid less at Keystone last year and other years for modern condo with indoor heated parking and elevators. Bed comfortable, but king bed in small bedroom was awkward. We enjoyed our stay, but some things need attention.

Pretty nice ski-in/out

Pros: Location is great. Kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we did not cook much. Cons: Tv had only pay per view /on demand option. Would have been nice to get a network station. Sofa bed is the weakest link, sleepable but not great. Just two of us; 4 adults could work but would feel crowded. Still: would stay here again

Four O'clock Lodge Condos Breckenridge CO

5 blocks from downtown Main St.- downhill. The property is well maintained, the condo we rented was well maintained as well. The furnishings are very comfortable which includes a comfortable queen bed. But, the sheets don't fit !!! Awkward! The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and nice dishes/glassware. The appliances all worked just fine. Refer is large and cold. I'd guess the age of the property to be 30/40 yrs of age. The condo has a nice comfortable western/mountain decor. There is a small exterior patio off the living room. There is a small table by the kitchen for dining. Nice counter space. The rent value is commensurate with the age of the property, available ammenities, etc. We enjoyed out stay (except for the short sheets).

Perfect place for my wife and me. Clean, quiet, and close to the main street shops and restaurants (easy 10 minute walk). Nicely furnished and well maintained. Loved this place.

Outdated, conveniently located condo

This condo is great but needs updates, replace kitchen faucet and bathroom fan, lubricate the sliding glass door, fix the bedroom windows so they will open.

Great location. Tired unit.

Great location. Outdated and tired unit. Fold out beds are terrible and not fit for any grown person. Small kids would probably be fine. Bathroom fan rattles so loud. Microwave rattled and made a whine. Found used toothpicks under the bed searching for a working outlet. Can’t beat the location - easy walk to lift and town.
