The condo was clean and decorated in blues/ yellow. It was inviting after a long travel day ! Location was excellent! My only negatives .. the toaster did not work well and the coffee maker drip device was insufficient. Upgrade your appliances. Also, the master bedroom needs curtains because the condo porch light ( you cannot turn it off)shines into the room with just blinds on the window. Black out shades would be amazing. If you fix those 3 things, you would definitely get a 5 star.Thank you .

My husband and I stayed here for a last weekend before school started with 13 year our son and 2 of his friends. We had an amazing experience! The rooms are spacious and the open kitchen/living area was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and there is plenty of storage room for food/snacks. We really enjoyed hanging out and eating meals on the balcony. The fact that it was on the top floor and near the bay helped to filter out the sound from the lazy river. There is an elevator to the right of the door, so access to the pool was very easy. The boys swam non stop and really enjoyed the putt putt area. It is a great place for a family to stay. We learned day 2 if you park on the top floor of the garage itā€™s only a short walk to the condo. I would stay here again without question.

My family traveled to Orange Beach Phoenix on the Bay but fell short of expectations. 1. The toilet in the master bathroom had broken hinges(not just from one familyā€™s week stay) and the seat appeared severely worn. 2. The ice maker attached to the wet bar had visible mold inside. 3. The shelving inside the kitchen refrigerator was dirty along the inside frame where it meets the glass. 4. The patio furniture had torn cushions, not just a cut but the foam is exposed at the edges beyond repair, It was clear that this unit is dated. I would choose a different more updated unit. Nice place

Nice place. However, the pullout sofa mattress leaves a lot to be desired. Plus, there were no linens for the pull out, So, we had to put my son on a blanket on the floor to sleep.Refrigerator does not get very cold. Just letting someone know so that they can get it looked at. Other than that, we enjoyed it!! Nice place!

Several things where not functioning

Master bathroom sink want drain. Hot water runs out very quick. Worst problem we had was the refrigerator will not get cold. Had to use ice chest entire trip. Property is in poor condition! Not recommended

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix on the Bay was very nice. We loved the location (away from the crowds), smaller complex, and the amenities. The condo was clean, which was great. The agent that I called was super helpful. This specific unit was nice, but could use some updating. The unit says that it sleeps 6, but the wool blankets for the pull out couch are from 1980, including the pilling. There are pans to cook with...only 1 large nonstick pan that was not even remotely flat so you had to constantly move the pan around to get your food to cook evenly. Lastly, the table and chairs on the patio were not up to par. As my hand was on a chair, a paint chip gave me a splinter b/c the paint on all of the chairs is peeling. There were a few other minor things, but these were the main things that I feel should be addressed for the cost to stay there for a week. I would stay here again, but if there was another unit I would take my chances that they may have updates.

Overall very nice. Beds are uncomfortable and ice maker needs a new filter and a good cleaning. View was amazing. Very comfortable. Loved the lazy river. Walked it daily. Balcony was nice. Over all very relaxing. Just what we needed.

Condo is very nice. The view is priceless! Furniture and appliances are outdated and master bed not comfortable at all. Two huge wood roaches dead behind the bathroom door. No comfortable patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy the view. One chaise lounge thatā€™s broken and dilapidated patio set with bad chairs.

The facilities were overrun by large parties who gathered all of the chairs by the pool, blared loud music, and cursed loudly. When this was brought to the facility's management, they took no apparent action. If you want your kids to be surrounded by drinking and bad language, this might be the place for you.
