If you love the beach, fine dining, and shopping but like the privacy and comfort of a single home, then our luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private screened, heated pool is the perfect choice. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you might need, including a chef's kitchen, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, and more.

A short walk to the beach, close to stores, restaurants, and the vibrant Mercato shopping and entertainment area, our home accommodates up to 6 people and is great for couples, families, and business travellers.

Nature provides tropical weather and over 300 days of sunshine yearly in Naples. We provide everything else you need for a great vacation.

There are 40 restaurants within one mile from the house, including three directly on the beach (Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz hotel), two movie theatres, several nightclubs with live music, Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's grocery stores, two fitness clubs, a Community Tennis Club, and even a golf course.

Naples downtown, the Pier, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Water Park, Miromar Outlets, and several more state parks such as Lover's Key or the Everglades are a 20-30 min drive away. We provide a season pass to all state parks.

The house was completely updated with new bathrooms, high-end appliances, and modern furniture.

Note: During the peak season, we prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday since most guests prefer this. Please check with us before booking. This is not an issue during the spring-fall season.

Amazing house

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at the house. The location was perfect—only a15-minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and the pool was great. We loved the helpful book with instructions and local recommendations. A big thank you to Paul for the table reservation at his favorite restaurant; it was beautiful! Watching dolphins during our sunset dinner was a highlight. Paul was easy to reach and very attentive. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped. We highly recommend this house for a wonderful getaway!

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation! This home in a quiet neighborhood was conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed our short daily bike rides to the beach and back down for the evening sunset. Whether we were heading to the beach or spending time relaxing on the patio swimming in the pool and cooking in, this home had everything we could have needed. These conveniences made it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was wonderful to deal with and was very responsive and accommodating. We are sad to have to leave.

A Welcome Return

We have stayed at this property a number of times but the pandemic disrupted our annual visits. Not only is the home and location ideal but the owners are superb hosts. They are available and do everything to make one’s stay as enjoyable and trouble free as possible. We love the ocean and this house is just blocks away from Vanderbilt beach. Naples Park is well situated for access to many restaurants, shopping as well as Naples art museum and orchestra hall, both lovely venues. Details as provided in VRBO about this property are accurate and exceed one’s expectations.

spring break

We rented this house for spring break and recommend it highly. The location is walking distance to the beach but also includes bikes for an even quicker trip. The kitchen was stocked with every spice you would need to cook anything. We loved the house and the pool. We plan to rent again.

Wonderful home and area

My family and I truly loved our stay at this beautiful property. We have been to this area of Naples before but staying at this home just made it more enjoyable. The house itself is just beautiful .. it has a wonderful open floor plan, large bedrooms with custom closets, updated bathrooms . We absolutely loved the pool and lanai area . The neighborhood is quiet and safe and you are so close to the beaches as well as so many other Naples attractions, restaurants, shopping. The communication with the host was great from the start and they are very accommodating and offer many items in there home for your use. My family and I really hope to be able to stay here again soon especially since we have family that live in the area as well. We have stayed in previous Vrbo and Airb&b homes and this is a favorite. Thank you for offering your beautiful home for our stay and hope to be back.

Amazing property, great experience!

Well appointed and cared for house near the beach along with pool fully furnished, comfortable, clean and equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, board games, etc. Wonderful host who makes sure your stay is wonderful. Will book it again for sure.

Great rental!

We have no regrets about renting this house. It had everything we needed. Very clean and well stuffed, close to the beach. The owner provided clear instructions on many useful details about the property and neighborhood, check in check out process and so on. Paul called us to check if everything was fine soon after we arrived. The heated pool was really awesome and we took advantage of it as we stayed there last week of October. It was a pleasure to communicate with Paul when we needed some help. It was just two of us but this property would be great for our intire family of 6.

Amazing experience

Nothing short of amazing...

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It was beautifully decorated with high end appliances and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of, even making dinner reservations for us. We loved riding bikes to the beach every day and enjoying time in their pool just relaxing. Everything was truly perfect. We can't wait to visit again.

Hands down our best VRBO experience!

We have used VRBO many times over the years and this experience was hands down the best one we have ever had! Everything was top notch! Very clean, excellent communication, every accommodation you could imagine! The home was just as presented. We loved all the beach and water accessories that were available and was actually why we chose to stay at this property. Not traveling with all that extra stuff was very helpful. The pass to get into the state parks was great and we used it multiple times. The entire area was very clean. Many places to eat and the beaches were close by. We loved the lanai and pool area along with the swings. We spent a lot of time out there when not at the beach. The owners were in touch frequently and responded very quickly if we reached out. They were a pleasure to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed every minute of it and You made it even more so wonderful and memorable by your on the spot recommendations and personal guidance to the most interesting places for a best stay! I have rented many properties over the years but this property in Naples is a great getaway. Communication with the owners is first rate and they really do want you to have a luxury vacation. The home is beautifully furnished and you will want for nothing. Location is excellent and near two beaches and other amenities. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. If going to Naples again I would stay here. Thank you Paul and Margaret.

Margaret and Paul Rachniowski live in Ottawa, Canada. We love Naples for its beautiful beaches, subtropical climate, great shopping, and entertainment. The whole town has the feel of a luxury resort. We furnished this house with fine furniture and decor, sparing no effort and expense to provide a beautiful vacation home.

We wanted a new house with enough space for the whole family to stay together, but within a short distance to the beach. We scored a win with our new home which is located near one of the top beaches in the US, and close to all amenities and a vibrant Mercato area. You can leave your car behind and walk or bike everywhere.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our new home is modern and spacious, with high ceilings, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very large living room with an open-concept kitchen. It has a large covered lanai which overlooks the private screened heated pool. The pool area has lots of comfortable sitting spaces, including two swings. It is surrounded by 20 palm trees which are illuminated by night creating a luxurious space for entertaining. Our house has a two-car garage to store bicycles and beach equipment.
