This newly remodeled house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A cot (Graco pack ’n play) is also available. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. We comfortably sleep 6. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee brewer, and all the cookware you need. The heated swimming pool and spa are located in the backyard enclosed by a lanai. There is a gas grill, outdoor shower and patio table and chairs also in the lanai. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and is stocked with beach towels. There are bicycles and beach toys located in the two car garage. There is wifi throughout the house and tv’s with cable in three of the rooms.

Great Vacation

We were looking for an r & r location. This was perfect! Great location, wonderful well appointed property. The heated pool, spa and grill in the lanai were all we needed. The owner, John, was readily available and responsive. He gave us great suggestion on local places to eat and gave us many helpful suggestions. If time and circumstances warrant we will return in a heart beat.

GREAT Place!

We have been renting for over 10 years in the Bonita / Naples area. This place is on the top of our list for the overall rental (although it feels like home) experience in Southwest Florida. The house was perfect. It has everything a seasoned renter could ask for plus. It accommodates 6 with no problem. The location is as good as it gets in Bonita/Naples. Great beach access within a half mile. Perfect to visit any where from Lover's Key to the outlet stores to Downtown Naples to Marco. Also great for access to junior tennis clinics. And of course, perfect for just hanging out in the backyard by the pool.

A beautiful Naples stay

This was a great vacation rental! The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped (kitchen, laundry, beach items, etc) for our 2 week stay. The location is fabulous with close proximity to the beach (less than a one mile walk), and John is a wonderful host. He was very communicative, and we truly had everything we needed for a great trip.

Excellent!

When going on vacation there are a several things on my list that can make or break my stay... John, your vacation home hit the mark on all of them!!! Very clean, AC was very cool, pool and spa super refreshing, showers were hot and beds were comfortable!! My husband, son and I enjoyed our time and will definitely book again!!

This place is great!

Wow. Everything was fantastic on this trip. Check in was a breeze. House was spotless. It is completely stocked with anything you need. Pool and hot tub are fantastic. You hear horror stories about the heater not working, that was absolutely not the case here. Both were the perfect temperature every single day. Plenty of towels, cookware, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-if worked with 2 e-learning students and 2 adults working from home. There is even a printer! The best part is location. We walked to the beach to see the sunset almost every night. Beautifully landscaped backyard. John was always responded to any question very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Best rental in Naples park

We've been renting for 10 years in Naples and this has been one of the best. The owner has thought of everything and has provided everything you could need to have a great vacation--well outfitted kitchen, lots of towels, comfortable beds and linens, new beach chairs (rather than the old, rusty ones we usually get), really nice bicycles, great beach umbrella, lots of good information about the house and Naples and, to top it all off, martini glasses and shaker! We spent most of our vacation sitting by the lovely pool (great outdoor furniture) due to COVID and we felt lucky to be there. The backyard is private and the neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you, John.

Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed coming down from Ohio over Thanksgiving. Flemings had a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving dinner! The house was everything the website said it was! Clean, neat, heated pool was very nice! The location was excellent, many walking paths! We would rent this property again. Thank you John!

Beautiful and comfortable house

The house was just perfect, it has literally everything you need on it. Very organised, beautiful and clean. I strongly recommend this house and probably I’ll go back there again next year.

Great home in North Naples!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. A great location with a relaxing pool area and a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful Naples sunsets. John was easily accessible. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return next time in Naples.

Clean and well supplied

This property passed with flying colors with regard to what is our number one consideration in a rental : Cleanliness! It was also the most well supplied home that we have ever rented. Great location and neighborhood. Kudos to the property manager for a job well done!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

We had a great week at this property! Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was so warm and hot tub relaxing. Very close to beach. Hoping to be back again next year.

Wonderful Home & Location.

Great location and well maintained home. My wife and I stayed here 2/1/2017 - 2/28/2017 and we found the home in great condition and up to date. Wonderfully furnished and all amenities one would need for a home away from home. The house was close to all the popular "shopping" areas as well as dining establishments. You could walk 10 min to the beach if you were so inclined or drive in less than 5 min. Owner was very friendly and responsive to work with and he has done a great job with the hose to make you feel like home. Would highly recommend the property for a couple or family to stay here. Fantastic location!

My family (4 adults and 2 small children) stayed here for Christmas & New Years this year and couldn't have been happier with our rental. The house was furnished and equipped so well, it felt like a real home, not a rental property. We enjoyed grilling and eating at the large kitchen table or outside by the pool. The nicely heated pool and hot tub had a great blend of sun and a small bit of shade if you wanted it. The beach was a 3 minute drive away (too tough to walk with small children), and had extremely easy parking. The house is located on a quiet street, away from traffic, yet convenient to shopping and restaurants. John was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will definitely rent again and highly recommend his house to others!

Great house near everything !!!!!

We stayed over Christmas vacation.. The house was very nice and clean . I think that we were the first people to rent it and the owner could not have been more helpful. We rode the bikes to the beach everyday. A lot of information about restaurants and attractions in a file for us. We would rent it again for sure.
