Jolie Beach apartment is located in the small french village of Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean. Seeing the breathtaking, panoramic view of grand case bay and Anguilla is a definite must. The Apartment is located right on the beach with a private access from the building. It has a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, 1 Tv with over 100 English, French, and Spanish speaking channels, including the major channels such as CNN, ESPN, and movie channels, phone, Air conditioning, sleeps 2 in a queen size bed and it has a small dining area. Beach towels, chairs and a Cooler is also available for some much needed relaxation on the beach.

Amazing week in Grand Case

Gorgeous property in the heart of the best dinning and shopping on the French side.. Monika the manager is the sweetest person to deal with. Already excited to book next year!!!

To close to rainbow restaurant and bar. Never will stay there ever again. Photo not accurate of room. Ephrian and Georgiana were exceptional. We hate it for the owners,however wasn't relaxing for us lost of money.

Great Stay!!!!

I had an amazing stay. I loved being able to go straight to the beach from my room. Everything was just as described and more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting sweet SXM.The sunrises and sunsets are indescribable. It’s close to restaurants and shops. Grand Case is an amazing spot.

Grand Case

Robert's son Luke met us at the property for check in and Robert arrived shortly after. We opted for the less expensive room without a beach view balcony but it was perfect for us. There is a common area if you want to sit on a balcony and a fantastic roof top vista. Although we didn't use it, the room had a small kitchen area which appeared to be well stocked. There was also a nice complimentary bottle of wine and water in the refrigerator. The building is right on the beach (can't get any closer) with beach chairs, umbrellas and tables provided. You can get good food right next door if desired. Perfect location. Easy walk to restaurants and everything Grand Case has to offer. It's basically a brand new building with a portion still under construction. The Rainbow restaurant next door played music at night which can be heard but it didn't bother us at all. We stayed at 3 locations on the island and this was the best of them. Room was very clean, beds really comfortable and a great shower and bathroom. Owners are really nice and responsive. If/when we return we will definitely try to stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed with the facility or the owners. Stop looking and book it!

Gorgeous beach, clean and cozy apartment, great people and location.

Glenda and ephraim are so fun and fabulous. We loved our time there. Next to all the best restaurants on the whole island. Walk down steps to amazing beach and lounge chairs. We have been to st Martin 10 times and were so relaxed we didn't need to leave our own beach. Restaurant next door for lunch and back to beach. Sorry we didn't get to meet you guys. Great place and great deal. You have fabulous people working for you! We may be interested in long term rental and hope to move there eventually for half the year. Only drawback is the Monday night music next door but we made it through. Thanks for everything! Kathy and Marcie

Great accommodation for the price.

My wife and I had an excellent stay. Our studio apartment didn't have a beach view but we had easy access to a balcony overlooking the beach and a few steps down to the beautiful beach. The only problem was the Monday evening activity at the adjacent property, consisting of exceedingly loud disco music from around 10 pm until 2 am, making it impossible to sleep, even with the use of ear plugs. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making one feel welcome and at home.

Perfect location with friendly staff

We could not have asked for a better stay. The staff was friendly, easy to reach, and warm. We had wonderful dinner recommendations every night, and guidance for the activities we wanted to do. The beach itself is calm, clean, and quiet -- exactly what we were looking for. The location is on the main strip in Grand Case, and walking distance to so many restaurants. I'd love to go back to this property, as I fell in love with St. Maarten during this trip.

On ne peut rien demander de mieux!!!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine de rêve dans ce Condo et avons hâte d'y retourner!! Le studio, le confort, la propreté, l'emplacement idéal, et tout ça, dans un décor agréable! Nos hôtes, Phadia & Robert sont professionnels, attentionnés et a l'écoute de tous nos besoins et d'une extrême gentillesse!! Le lit est très confortable et douillet, et tout est étudié avec soin pour satisfaire aux besoins des vacanciers. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter et nous le recommandons fortement!!

Fun location

The owners Robert and Phayada could not have been more helpful and accomodating. The apartment was clean, and comfortable. The view of the beach and water was beautiful...I would go back....

A wonderful and romantic stay in Grand Case St Marteen

I spent 4 days in this lovely studio in Grand Case. It has been very carefully designed and decorated by the owners, with a kitchen, a shower and a comfortable room, all with quality equipments. The bed was very very very comfortable. The apartment is located in a nice street with lots of restaurants and shops and very pleasant to walk around. The are minimarkets at a 5 mn walk, a drugstore and other services also. There are activities and liveliness in the evening. The beach is a just down on the front side of the building. The owners are here to welcome you and ready to listen if you need advices or nice places to go and visit in St Martin. A small shop in front of the building will provide you will nice coffee in the morning.

After coming to Saint Martin on our honeymoon in 1999, we fell in love with the island. It's beaches, it's people, every aspect of the island was fascinating.
After returning a few times on vacation, we decided it was time to call this friendly Island Home. We've been living in Saint-Martin for the past 10 years now, and have continued to love it ever since.
We are food and beverage wholesalers on the Island. We sell to all supermarkets, some hotels and restaurants. Having studied Hotel management, and being from a family of hotel owners, my wife decided to venture in what is and always has been her true passion. Together with her knowledge of the trade and our passion for travel and knowing what we expect , we decided do it, and do it right. Thus, Jolie beach apartments being exactly what we would expect for a perfect week or two on a tropical paradise. Great beach, Great Restaurants, Fun in the Sun, and the privacy of staying in, cooking a great meal and capturing the panoramic view of the beach, the ocean, and Anguilla.

When living in Saint Martin, one ends up falling in love with a certain spot, and for us, the grand case bay Is the most beautiful of all the beaches of the island. When the opportunity came to buy this apartment, we did not think twice, and enjoyed the thought of being able to share this paradise with others.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Grand case, and it's surrounding amenities, is exactly what makes one fall in love. everything is in walking distance. When standing in front of the building, you see straight thru to the ocean, and you're already in awe. Once inside, it's almost impossible to leave, as the view from the dinning area is just to die for.
