The Chalet on Beautiful Lake Charlevoix w/ Docking

Our recently updated chalet offers all the comforts of home while displaying northern Michigan's Lake Charlevoix, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world! Beautiful new deck, with solar lighting. Floor to ceiling windows provide full window views from the great room and dining area with the open kitchen right there to share the view. Updated Stainless appliances in the kitchen, fully furnished (pans, utensils, plates, glasses, ice-maker, corkscrew) to give you your comforts from home.

Also Main Level: Bedroom with Queen Bed and attached Full Bathroom.
Upper Level: Huge private bedroom with King size Bed and lake view. Full Bathroom. Loft area with 2 queen beds with spectacular lake views.
Lower Level: Completely finished, bright Lower Level walk-out, has 1 Bedrooms with Queen Bed, with attached full bathroom. Living area has 2 Queen Beds and Bunk Beds
Total sleeping: Max allowed 8. Three full bathrooms - totally updated!
Our huge, 2 level deck has panoramic views of the lake. Deck furniture includes 2 high-top bars for happy hour on the deck, chase lounges and additional chairs to soak up the sun, a large gas grill. Seating on Lower Patio also. Grass lawn for games.
Built-in sand box for kids. Dock available, to walk on, fish from. Mooring Buoy available for your boat.
We are on the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. Approximately a mile wide and 8 miles long, where the channel at Ironton opens up to the big part of Lake Charlevoix. The south arm gives the flexibility to wakeboard, fish, and boat without the volatility of the big, open expanse of Lake Charlevoix. Yet, a nice boat ride will take you to all parts of Lake Charlevoix and out to Lake Michigan.
If you are able, travel by boat to The Landing, Ironton at least once. They have a 'Key West' atmosphere. Great drinks and food! (if no boat, drive there)
Our Chalet is 5 minutes from quaint East Jordan. 15 minutes from Charlevoix/Lake Michigan. Also, 15 minutes from Boyne City.
There are endless things to do in this area for couples or families. From Yak farm, carousel, train display, hands on museum, and sandy beaches to hiking, charter fishing, river rafting, jet skis, brewery, and fine dining for couples.
