There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for occupancy up to 6. This unit has been upgraded to included new living room furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. A new washer and dryer installed fall of 2019. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ONE ON THE SAME FLOOR!!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
