Casa Fisher is a spacious, secluded, new, custom-built home with a pool, sitting on a
large (1500 m3) lot that has been professionally landscaped with a lush garden to create a living
space that blends into its environment. Just a short drive or walk to the bustle of adjoining
Guiones and a few minutes drive to Nosara, our home is close to groceries, restaurants and
shopping without all the noise and traffic and is arguably one of the nicest homes so close to the
beach in Pelada. Wake up to monkeys and parrots in the large Guanacaste tree that provides a
habitat for the local fauna and shades the outdoor living spaces and join your neighbors in the
evening to take the short stroll to the beach to watch the sun set.

Daily housekeeping and grocery services are available. A Costa Rican cook can be arranged in
advance of your arrival to ease the stress of traveling, or for those evenings when you are too
tired from surfing, swimming or yoga, to make a meal. Our local management is just minutes
away if there are any issues with the home and can even arrange for transportation to and from
the airport in Liberia or San Jose. All you need to do is unpack and start one of the most
memorable vacations of your life!

NOTES

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the very few downsides to Nosara: Petty theft (especially electronics such as computers and ipads). Our home is equipped with two strong boxes and an effective alarm system with paid security that responds in minutes. Please feel free to inquire for more information. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Wildlife
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the guest's stay. Even though the house is fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet and electrical outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
