Beautiful Cozy Studio Located In Condado, Puerto Rico!

Beautiful modern studio located in the heart of Condado, San Juan. Overlooking the city, walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, hotels, casinos, hospital, banks and supermarket. This studio accommodates only 2 people and does not have a balcony. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with all of the utensils and appliances needed. Modern bathroom, small sofa, king size bed, linens and towels are provided. Cable TV is not available. Air conditioner, WIFI, secured parking, 24 hours security, access to the building is restricted to guests with keys. Off the lobby level there are coined laundry services, vending machines and direct access to the beach and the pool. The beach attracts surfers and due to the strong waves, we strongly advised experienced swimmers. Easy access to highways and a short drive to Old San Juan, enjoy and explore the old Spanish architecture, art galleries, museum and restaurants! Check-in after 9:30 pm is not available. Please note that the exterior of the building is under renovation/repair. Due to renovation/ repairs the hours of the pool has been impacted. The pool may open late afternoons or not at all. The administration office makes the decision for usage and hours that the pool opens. This is for the safety of all residents and guests while the construction is going on.

Dream vacation

It was so beautiful. I was a little concerned traveling alone with my daughter, but it was so safe. So many restaurants and shops close by. We had fantastic dinners at the many restaurants close by, and had no problems walking home at night. There was always a comfy lounge chair by the huge heated pool available, and we were steps away from the beach. Plenty of shaded trees and palm trees around, no need for an umbrella. The apartment had everything we needed and then some more and a very comfortable bed. :) Even so the airport is a 15 Minutes Uber drive away, you never hear any air traffic. That was a pleasant surprise. We loved this place.

Condado Beach

Our first trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico, and we loved everything about it. Our Verbo accommodations were exactly as advertised and the people we rented from went out of their way to make us feel welcome. She was sending me suggestions for food and tours through our whole stay, will definitely stay again.

Delightful stay

This studio is perfect size for 2 people. Our bed was comfortable, plenty of towels including beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Location is very convenient to stores and restaurants and a short walk to center of Condado. We found 3 grocery stores in very short distances. We really enjoyed big size heated pool and beach in front. This building is going through outside renovation , but we didn’t notice any noises. Dogs are allowed in this building and we saw few , for people dog allergies elevators could be a challenge. Overall , we liked this place.

Enjoyable Week in Puerto Rico

Nancy and Hector's apartment was conveniently located for many of the activities that we enjoyed while in PR. There were many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. within walking distance and access to the highway system for traveling to other parts of the island was quick and easy. The apartment was clean and well maintained and we very much enjoyed the ocean-side pool. We had an issue with the refrigerator and Nancy was very quick in responding and securing a repairman to fix the problem. Communication with Nancy was excellent and she was a great source for recommending restaurants and things to do while we were on the island. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Above and Beyond

Nancy was a fantastic hostess from afar. She reached out to welcome me and give me an orientation, including offering travel tips and answering questions, before I got there. She has even left written instructions and tips in the apartment. The location was perfect--walking distance from stores, restaurants and my favorite yoga studio. There is a nice sized pool downstairs that is steps away from the ocean. The bed is comfy, and there is enough space to unpack. There are towels and beach chairs as well as what I needed to cook some of my own meals. I was a solo traveler, but felt safe here. When the famous winter storm of Christmas 2022 hit, and I missed the first part of my trip, Nancy generously made arrangements to accommodate this change. She was responsive to my texts asking her questions, and was very flexible. She seems like a genuinely nice person, and it's enjoyable to communicate with her. There was one hiccup at the end when I was trying to coordinate returning the key and my Uber was coming to take me to the airport, but that was small compared with all the positives of my experience. The bed was comfortable, and the city view is great. Consider yourself lucky if you book this gem.

City/Beach basecamp

This is a nicely decorated studio that put us near to all the great places and things to do in San Juan as well as right on the beach. the pool as also awesome; large and clean if you don't feel like sand. Definitely worth our vacation dollars. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a few small meals and there were extra supplies available, like chairs, for time on the beach. Would come back the next time.

We had such a great time in Condado and I cannot thank Nancy enough for her care and attentiveness to all of our questions and needs! The location was perfect, on the beach, near lots of great restaurants and a short Uber ride to Viejo San Juan. THANK YOU. We loved it.

Apartment in Condado

The studio apartment is well stocked with anything you would need, it's in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and the grocery store just a few blocks away, and it has a nice pool area right next to the beach. The view of the city from the unit is also nice. Overall a great experience

Perfect Getaway!

Awesome spot

Wonderful experience. The property is centrally located, so we were a 10-minute drive from anywhere in the San Juan area. The owner is extremely kind, and gave us terrific suggestions on where to eat in the neighborhood. She also called/texted anytime we had a question. Would definitely book with her again!

Birthday Trip

The property was wonderful! The pictures are a great first impression but so much better in person! We couldn't have asked for a better location. The pool and the beach, are literally steps away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Nancy and Hector, thanks for everything. Every restaurant and attraction you recommended was a hit. We had a FANTASTIC stay!!

Beautiful area, great view

Great little studio

This studio was a perfect place to stay for two people. Everything you could need was provided. Close to everything!! The beach, restaurants and a 10 minute drive/Uber ride to San Juan. Nancy was an excellent host. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Modern Studio!

Great Place to stay and to enjoy beach and pool. Made Breakfast at the Studio and enjoyed dinners at local Restaurants on Ashford. Everything with in short walking distance close to Supermarket and Dining options. Great place to stay. Especially nice to have Beach chairs to use.

Modern,Clean, comfortable, convenient to everything

Our experience in Puerto Rico was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have ever taken. Thanks in large part to Nancy we were able to enjoy our stay feeling that we had borrowed the beautiful home of a gracious friend. She made herself available to us for every question or need throughout our trip and people on the ground were super helpful as well. We will be back to stay with Nancy.

The greatest attraction to us is that the building is located on the beach. The building provides 24-hour security and has designated parking! We enjoy walking and feel very safe in Condado. Condado is an area where you have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Many tourists stay in the area, easy access to transportation, taxis, nearby bus stops and car rentals facilities.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have always enjoyed Condado! We love that we are able to take long walks and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Access to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, hospital, casinos and a great nightlife! Short driving distance to Old San Juan, Museum of Art, El Morro a 400 year old fort, Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist the second oldest church in the Western Hemisphere and much more to enjoy!
