Beautiful modern studio overlooking the ocean with direct access to the beach. Located in the heart of Condado, San Juan. Walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, hotels, casinos, hospital, banks and supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen, shower bathroom, linens and towels provided. Air conditioner, WIFI, parking, security and no cable TV channels. Fitness/game room located off the lobby. Short drive from San Juan Airport. restaurants! Check-in time 3:00 pm & check-out is 11:00 am. Check-in after 9:00 pm is not available. Please note the exterior of the building is under renovation/repair. Due to the construction the pool hours have been impacted. Pool may open at specific times or not at all.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable, wonderful owner

We loved our trip to Puerto Rico. The owner was very flexible and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the location right on the beach, close to restaurants and Old San Juan. We can't wait to come back!

Will certainly stay again

Perfect landing pad for a few days in condado. Very comfy for one… but bed is likely only a full— thus not ideal for 2. Very very cute!!!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, fully stocked, comfortable and in a great centralized location. Nancy and Lorena were so attentive. I would definitely stay again another time.

Wonderful Experience

Ocean View Studio Condo - Perfect for what we Needed

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in Nancy's condo and had a great experience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location and was a short uber ride to Old San Juan as well as the airport. Nancy was prompt with answering any questions that we had and was quick to give out great recommendations. The pool area and the beach were a nice addition to the condo as well. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located..could not have been a better view! 😊

This was an awesome trip and Nancy was great. Our keys fell out of my pocket in an uber and she had someone at the apartment within 30 minutes to let us in (we ultimately found them thankfully). What an amazing stay! We will be back for sure and hopefully get to stay at one of Nancy's places. Thank you so very much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay

The studio is nicely decorated, comfortable and included everything we needed for our 5 night stay, including; beach chairs and plenty of beach towels; pots and pans for a light meal, a beautiful view of the ocean, a swimming pool and super easy access to the beach. Supermarket, a variety of restaurants and the museum of arts of PR are within walking distance. The studio is about 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes ride to old San Juan and Castillo El Morro. The property owner was easy to contact and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Incredible time!

What an awesome time we had! Nancy’s place is even better than described and the pictures don’t do it justice! Very safe/secure building with great views of the ocean. Room is clean and having multiple beach towels for the pool/beach was a huge plus. Nancy was incredibly helpful and thoughtful..telling us her favorite restaurants and must see places. Very easy to talk to and to available whenever we had any questions. 10/10 will definitely be looking to make this a yearly thing!

Beautiful condo, amazing beach, excellent location

I loved my time at this condo. I stayed 5 nights, with 2 of us part of the time, and was tempted to extend the stay! The condo is comfortable, well furnished, stocked with all necessities for cooking, beach, etc. The building has a beautiful pool area, access to a prime beach that is very uncrowded, and great amenities like laundry, nice library & game room, and a well equipped gym. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants within a few blocks walking, and Old San Juan is a short, inexpensive Uber ride away. I loved the ocean front view, and the host Nancy and property manager Lorena were very accessible and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay, great value!

The room itself was really nice, updated and clean. Great turquoise ocean view. The kitchen was nice. Comfortable bed. Nice big screen TV with Netflix built-in. The bathroom was nice except for it was hard to regulate the hot water to the right temperature. I kept having to move the handle. The owner said she would look into it. The only other complaint would be that there was a lot of construction in the front and back of the condominium building. I wasn’t disturbed by any construction noise but there was a lot of construction tape and barriers and unfinished portions of the building/renovations. That would have been good to know ahead of time. The owners were very nice and helpful. Overall! I would recommend this great value!

Ok condo

Condo was ok but too far from the action on Ashford. Room AC was hard to keep regulated, no balcony, but the main issue for us was the tv had NO local channels...only Netflix. And the tv worked intermittently for first 3 days and then not at all the last 4 days. Huge pain when you want to relax after a hard day walking. WiFi worked so we could use our phones,but that is not super fun. There were a lot of tourists in the bldg, but this actually is an apartment bldg. Bed was way too soft for us and I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch which wasn't great either. Ran out of toilet paper the last day. Beach and pool were ok. Pool looked old and beach could have been much cleaner. PR is beautiful and we loved the weather! Loved Old Saun Juan and Casa Bacardi. Owner was very responsive and also let us check out late and left a bottle of wine. Would not stay there again.

Perfect Mother Daughter Getaway

Absolutely perfect location, property and host. This was my first solo trip with my teen daughter outside the states. We felt safe the whole time. The community is gated and guarded, 24/7. The property feels private yet within walking distance to everything. The beach and water beautiful, clean and right outside the door with palm trees for shade if you desire. The pool was warm and clean with a lifeguard most hours. Nancy was a perfect host, always responsive and helpful with advice. No need for a car as there are Uber’s in abundance and tours offer pickup for a small fee. Most everyone we encountered were happy, helpful and spoke enough English to communicate with us non-Spanish speakers. Nancy had a fully stocked condo/kitchen, including beach chairs, lots of plush pool towels, a cooler and anything else you would need. She even had reusable bags for the grocery store (bring them along as the store charges for bags to put your groceries in). We entered the condo greeted by cool air conditioning, a bottle of chilled wine and coffee for the morning. Lorena, Nancy’s friend and on-site contact showed us to the room and was there to say goodbye and there was no pressure to checkout at a specific time. Access to WiFi and Netflix was great for relaxing in the evening after a full day of exploring. The bed was super comfy with snuggly bedding. Even the couch was super comfy. Loved having the resident dogs around as ours were home with the hubby. I left some personal property behind by accident and Nancy was so wonderful in getting my things sent home with no worries. I cannot wait to return to the area. Nancy also has another condo in the same building if needed for a return trip. My daughter and I cannot wait to stand at the waist-to-ceiling windows, open them and see/smell/hear the beautiful blue green ocean again in the near future. Thank you Nancy and Lorena for being a part of making this trip such a pleasure full of much needed relaxing, stress free mother-daughter bonding time!

An excellent deal in Condado!

I am pleased to provide you with this review of the ocean view studio for my stay during January, 2016. I’ve been coming to Condado for 12 years, but this is the first time I’ve stayed in a condominium. I was attracted to this unit because of the location as well as the included amenities. While hotels tend to add resort fees, parking fees, internet fees, and so forth, this property included all of those things. In terms of price, this place is very fairly priced for what you get. It also gives you the benefit seeing how people actually live, versus being in a resort with vacationers. I saw people coming and going to the grocery store, doing their laundry, walking their dogs, and so forth. For me, it was a much more realistic experience of life in San Juan. The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was spotless. It literally includes everything that you need. The kitchen includes plates, utensils, cutlery, a full-size range, coffee maker, toaster, and so much more. A Super Max grocery store is just a couple of blocks away at De Diogo & Wilson, an easy five minute walk. This place is huge and offers everything you need 24 hours a day. The bathroom has a beautiful shower and lots of towels are provided. The bed was very comfortable and included a couple layers of coverings. There is a couch and dining table. Best of all is the view you get of the ocean. It’s incredible to see that every morning. The general building amenities are very nice. This place has a heated junior Olympic pool, a rarity in Puerto Rico. The gym area has two treadmills, a bicycle, and an elliptical-style machine. There is also a combo-unit where you can do pulldowns, leg work, flies, and shoulder presses. The laundry facilities use tokens which you can buy from a machine. Lastly, I want to compliment the owners and property manager. The owner was very quick in responding to my inquiry. She insisted on talking to me before renting the unit (which is a good idea). I had her telephone number and e-mail. She checked on me while I was there. The property manager met me as scheduled and was available as well. I also was met on time for my scheduled checkout. My damage deposit was refunded within a few days. Overall, I was very happy with this unit and would rent it again. It’s a fair price for what you get and a much better deal than a hotel.

Nancy’s place was reasonably priced. Awesome view of the beach! Great location close to restaurants. Nancy was a responsive host. Condo was nicely upgraded but its in an older building. 24/7 security. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyable and beautiful

We planned this last minute trip and it was absolutely perfect. My husband and are very pleased, we enjoyed many walks in the area and ate at some very good restaurants, our favorite Cayo Caribe a 5 minute walk from the condo. Also a must try is 1208 Ashford (both address and name of restaurant). Overall the experience was great we will definitely book this again. Not a far distance from old San Juan which is beautiful and Piñones which has great authentic island food. My husbands favorite everywhere we went was the lobster tail. Thank you Nancy

The greatest attraction to us is that the building is located on the beach and that we have a spectacular view of the ocean! The building provides 24-hour security and has designated parking! We enjoy walking and feel very safe in the area. Condado is an area where you have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Many tourists stay in the area, easy access to transportation, taxis, nearby bus stops and car rentals facilities.

We love the spectacular view of the ocean! We love that we are able to take long walks and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Access to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, hospital, casinos and a great nightlife! Short driving distance to Old San Juan, Museum of Art, El Morro a 400 year old fort, Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist the second oldest church in the Western Hemisphere and much more to enjoy!
