Holiday chalet in Borca di Cadore - Dolomites - 15 km to Cortina d'Ampezzo#

Recently renovated country barn transformed into a luxuriously finished dwelling. The apartment that we offer to our guests is on the first floor and is equipped with every comfort. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: it has three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two single beds each), two bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and 1 with large shower), a spacious lounge where one can find the living area, dining table and kitchenette, a balcony, parking for one car and there is also a public car park nearby; cellar/ski deposit; fully enclosed garden, in a quiet position at the rear of the chalet, you will appreciate the lounge chairs, a sun umbrella and wooden table and benches for lunch or a snack (only in summer).
Upon your arrival you will find a welcome basket.
The rent INCLUDES cooking equipment, water and electrical consumption and final cleaning. The rent DOESN'T INCLUDE: in the colder months of the year, you will be asked a contribution of € 150 per week for gas heating or in summer, if you requested it, heating will be calculated according to consumption.
From 2024 the Municipality of Borca requires the payment of the tourist tax: 1 euro per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days (there are exemptions, for example children under 12 years old) to be paid upon your arrival.
HOUSE RULES: smoking is not permitted in the house; would you kindly please tell me if anything has been broken or damaged during your stay; check in after 3:00 P.M. and check out within 10:00 A.M.; before leaving,the kitchen area must be at least roughly inorder and left clean and free of trash.
