We enjoyed our week in Cortina and would consider staying here again. The apartment has a lot going for it: a great view, plenty of space, excellent parking, an elevator, and a washing machine, all of which made the stay very convenient. There were a few things that could be improved. Some of the dishes and utensils in the cupboards were not clean, including serving spoons with dried food on them and a cheese grater with old, dried cheese residue. The coffee maker also needed a cleaning. The mattresses were quite dusty, which aggravated my allergies. The living room has two convertible beds, which provide extra sleeping capacity but don't make for the most comfortable place to relax. A couch would probably make better use of the space for guests who don't need the additional beds. The apartment also has low ceilings in the attic areas. I'm 6'0" and my friend is 6'2", and we both bumped our heads several times. My friend ended up with a pretty impressive bruise, so taller guests should be aware of this.We were provided with one roll of toilet paper for two people for a week. We managed, and the bidet certainly came in handy, but a little more would have been appreciated.Overall, though, these were relatively minor issues and didn't prevent us from having a great week in Cortina. With a bit more attention to cleaning and a few improvements to the living room, this could be an excellent place to stay. 8/10 — we'd consider staying here again.
