Welcome to the gorgeously decorated Cape Harbour Retreat. This property is professionally cleaned by a Professional Cleaning Service that ensures extra precautions taken to sanitize the property between all rentals. The Cape Harbour Retreat is located in the highly desirable Cape Harbor neighborhood of SW Cape Coral. Just mere minutes to the Cape Harbor restaurants such as Rum Runner and Fathoms, the area is extremely quiet and perfect for relaxation. There is even a Publix Supermarket and Walgreens within walking distance. The house itself was decorated by a renowned artist and his wife and this definitely comes out in the flair of the home. The walls are filled with beautiful original paintings and the atmosphere of the house is inviting and warm. The pool area features an abundance of space to lounge, lots of sun exposure and lounge chairs to relax or fire up the grill for a romantic evening dinner. The villa is truly an exemplification of the Florida lifestyle and not to be missed by anyone. This property is only 1 mile from boat rentals that can be delivered to your backyard dock. Easily access the Gulf in minutes and enjoy some of the best fishing in SW Florida, or take a trip to Sanibel, North Captiva, Pine Island or Ft. Myers Beach in less than an hour travel by boat. Best of all see dolphins and Manatees on your trip. Everything you need is here to enjoy a wonderful SW Florida Adventure.

Beautiful home in a great area. Your dream vacation starts here.
From the moment you open the front door you are greeted with a gorgeous view right through a wall of sliding glass to the screened in pool with a lovely dock and canal at the rear. Open concept living room dining and kitchen lets everyone enjoy the property. One side of the house contains a very large master suite and the other side has two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The highlight is the lanai with all day sun on the pool or shaded areas for dining and a lovely area with comfortable seating and a coffee table. Day or night, the lanai is the place to be. The pool was crystal clear and gorgeous. Located on a quiet street but not far from groceries, restaurants and any other amenities you might need. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances (the ice maker in the fridge is a hero). On the deck you have a great propane grill. Instructions were complete and clear. Wifi was solid. Owners were very responsive to inquiries, we never waited longer than a couple of minutes to hear back. An incredible value for a lovely stay. We were left wanting nothing. It is everything we wanted in our Florida dream home.

Amazing family vacation! Housr was beautiful and very well kept. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Being on the canal gave us the opportunity to watch the fish swimming around. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we needed was near by. Owner was responsive wiyj any questions we had. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Relaxing retreat for my family.

Spent a week relaxing, swimming and spending time with family. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we could need. The owner was great to work with, the check in and out process were seem less. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

We had a great stay at this property. We use vacation rentals a number of times/ year and this was one of the better ones. We had plenty of room indoors and the outside area was wonderful. Patti was very responsive to our questions when asked. We would absolutely stay here again if back in the Cape Coral area.

Very beautiful home & comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Grocery store, gas station close by. Very nice neighborhood. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Our property manager was great to work with! If you're looking for a great home to rent I would suggest renting here.

Great days in Cape Coral

Great place for the two of us who were there this time. Everything works great, with great service following us up before the trip, and available while there if needed - appreciated. This is a perfect place with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a fantastic pool area. We enjoyed our stay, and it is now on our list for the next trip.

Exceptional stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Pelicans in Cape Coral. The home was immaculate and smelled fresh & clean. The kitchen appliances were brand new and it was a pleasure to cook. Plenty of linens and space for our family. Close to restaurants and Cape Harbor shopping. Beautifully decorated with an ocean/beach theme.

The property is in excellent condition. The house has everything you need and has a great layout. My boys spent most of their time while at the house either in the pool swimming or on the dock fishing.

Home away from Home

The accommodation is very nicely furnished, very clean and well maintained. The equipment is complete, so that everything you need is available. The contact with the owner was very friendly and uncomplicated. The location is very good, the nearest Publix supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Wonderful stay

My kids and I had a wonderful stay. Overall the space was fantastic. The pool and lanai area were a great place to hang out. Inside, the living room was very comfortable, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms had clean sheets and plenty of towels. It was nice to have some extras included like fishing rods and coolers. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Publix and many restaurants. I travel a lot and this was one of the nicer places I have stayed in.

We rented this property for our adult children and their spouses for the Christmas holiday. After an initial miscommunication, Patti was communicative and organized. The home is very clean and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed it very much!

Weve rented quite a few times in florida now, first time in cape coral. We was blown away by this house! It lived up to all our expectations and more. Location was perfect was near everytjing you needed. It seemed nothing was more than 15mins away. Never stayed in a house that was so well equipped! Will 100% be back

Amazing house!

Let me start first by saying, the pictures donā€™t do the house justice. The place is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space for my family of 5. ā€˜Communication is excellent. Anytime we had a question about the property, we got a response within minutes. Our boys enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool. We were able to dock a 24ft pontoon boat right at the dock all week. You could also catch plenty of fish right from the dock. If your lucky, you can watch the dolphins swim by also. We will be staying here again!

Very nice, great neighborhood, and CLEAN!

Easy process for renting. Owner takes pride in property, and the cleaners do a terrific job! Pool immaculate and lanai very relaxing. Living in FL and having a pool of our own, we understood the rules of the pool. Publix 3 mins away. Aldi 20 mins away. Fresh Market 25 mins away. Sanibel, including stop for coffee, 25 mins away. Starbuck and DD, 12 mins away. Had a couple of small things which were taken care of thru communications. Mainly where is this, or where is that. Will say though all the knives need to be sharpened (they had a nice knife set with a honer but no sharpener). It's a small thing, but makes a difference when needing one. We stayed the week before hurricane Ian. Hope this property survived, and would definitely ately stay there again!

The highlight is the lanai with all day sun on the pool or shaded areas for dining and a lovely area with comfortable seating and a coffee table. Day or night, the lanai is the place to be. The pool was crystal clear and gorgeous. Located on a quiet street but not far from groceries, restaurants and any other amenities you might need. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances (the ice maker in the fridge is a hero). On the deck you have a great propane grill. Instructions were complete and clear. Wifi was solid. Owners were very responsive to inquiries, we never waited longer than a couple of minutes to hear back. An incredible value for a lovely stay. We were left wanting nothing. It is everything we wanted in our Florida dream home.

We live in Iowa, but love to visit Florida whenever possible. Our property has our personal touch with our coastal decor and my husband's coastal oil paintings throughout the property. We are continuously updating and making our property a better vacation spot for guests to enjoy.

Location, Location, location. Property is located in prime location in Cape Coral. Direct access to gulf, 10 minutes to gulf. Walking distance to Publix grocery, awesome restaurants, and attractions. Very large lanai with large pool to relax, along with 4 comfortable chaise loung chairs. Comfortable house with very large lanai and lots of sun shining on the pool area. Greenery provides private pool area, and canal provides a aqua adventure. Fully stocked for fun in the sun, and a relaxing vacation. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of fun activity within walking distance. Master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a private master bath with marble countertops and stylish vessel sinks. Also a newly remodled walk in shower. Guest bedroom serves as a second master bedroom with a private bathroom attached to bedroom, and a queen size bed, decorated with a coastal flare. Cute 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. Kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops and fully stocked with everything you will need, including blenders, mixers, everything need for preparing meals and drinks. Lanai has all new patio furniture, including pub style dining set, a conversation patio set, and chairs at the master bedroom sliding doors. Pool is very large, and electric heated for your comfort. Dining area has a dining set that enlarges to seat 6 people comfortably. Living room has leather couches, and a 55" flatscreen TV. A roku is provided so you can stream your favorite shows. Master bedroom and guest bedrooms both have large flatscreen TVs.

Fish off the dock, see dolphins come through the canal. Close to everything. Walk to Cape Harbor, Rum Runners, Fathoms, Lobster Lady, 239 Prime, and live entertainment twice weekly at Cape Harbor. Take a bike ride or walk. Very clean and maintained house with very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. This property has a ring doorbell and security camera overseeing the driveway of the home.
