Up to 6 guests will find peace and relaxation in the villa´s 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with king-size bed has its own bathroom and provides direct access to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. Both share the second bathroom.

For movie nights with your whole family, the living area features a leather couch and a large flat-screen TV. Just like on the TVs in the bedrooms, you can enjoy ESPN+ and Disney+ in addition to regular channels. A Sonos Sound System provides the right ambience.

In the open kitchen of the villa, you will find enough space – plus a refrigerator, oven, stove plates and a microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, cutlery and a whole range of utensils like coffee maker and toaster. This way, you will be well-prepared – weather you want to stay a few days or multiple weeks.

No vacation in the Sunshine State would be complete without going for a swim. Therefore, the villa´s outside area features an extra-large, modern pool. Feel free to soak up some rays on the sunbeds or enjoy steaming relaxation in the jacuzzi. This is especially worthwhile in the evening when the pool area is beautifully illuminated. The roofed section of the lanai has a dining table, so you can enjoy your meals with a view of palm trees and the canal.

Located only 1 mile south of the villa is the Yacht Club Public Beach. Of course, you can also take a beach trip by boat. Thanks to the saltwater canal, you will reach the Caloosahatchee River in 5 minutes, before heading to tropical jewels like Fort Myers Beach, Captiva, Sanibel or Pine Island. For safe and dry storage, the villa provides a boat dock with electric lift.

Motorists and cyclists will also love the villa´s location: Only 1.2 miles separate you from Cape Coral Parkway with its shops and restaurants. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi are a 5–10-minute car ride away, and in addition, the vicinity boasts multiple family-friendly sights: For example, how about a short bike ride to the playground at Four Freedoms Park? The Four Mile Cove Preserve is perfect for nature-lovers, and exciting slides await you at Sun Splash Family Waterpark, only 8 miles to the north.
