Amazing Beach House Teulada

Beautiful house completely refurbished in 2019. Located a two minute walk from the wonderful Sardinian coast. In an extremely quiet and peaceful spot, your privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.

Our beach house is ideal for those wishing to spend a holiday in the uncontaminated area of the beautiful coast of South Sardinia. The house is composed of a living room with a new double sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the garden. The private garden has direct access to the private road. A small beach can be reached in 3 minutes by foot. In the garden you will find a fantastic external shower.

The house is equipped with all comforts and furnished with taste and care. Everyroom has its own air conditioning and a wood buring stove for our winter guests.

The amazing beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, Piscinnì, Tramatzu and many more are so close where you can attend diving, practice horse riding, sailing along the coast. And ideal place for lovers of archeology, art, wine and good food. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the small town of Teulada where you can find all you need in terms of shops, foods, pharmacy etc. The house has easy access to many amenities, including many restaurants for eating out, windsurfing, motor boat etc, the harbor for renting boats etc.
The house benefits from its own private garden, perfect for the children. You can hear the sea from the garden and has a fantastic sea view from the upper part of the garden. The garden, accessible from the kitchen, a bedroom or the lounge, is furnished with a grill and table and chairs where you can eat outside and enjoy the nature.
