This lovely home by the Deschutes River is sure to impress all who visit. Extensive tile, travertine, and bamboo laminate floors throughout give this home a beautiful upgraded finish.

Guests will feel pampered with a beautifully upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, new stove and sink, lovely duvets on each bed, and a high-efficiency washer and dryer for running that occasional load of needed laundry.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with King-sized bed, work area and en suite bathroom.

Head downstairs for two more bedrooms. The first has a Queen and a Twin Bed and TV and the second bedroom has a King bed and TV.

Four flat screen TVs, blue ray, and free WiFi add to the entertainment and connectivity of the active family. Air conditioning has been recently added to this lovely home, along with a 2 stage high-efficiency furnace to ensure that your winter nights are toasty warm and your summer days are as cool as our guests. 

Invite friends over to BBQ on either the upper deck (toddler safe), or entertain by the hot tub on the lower deck with vistas of the river. Take one of the available bikes to the Nature Center with the kids or anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home. Challenge a family member or friend to a game of ping pong. In the cooler months put a log on the wood fire and relax with a good book while the rest of the family skis at Mount Bachelor, a half hour away.

The owners of this lovely home are committed to making your stay as pleasurable as possible and have pledged to continue making improvements that will make guests yearn to come back to participate in this active, yet peaceful, location. They want this home to become your Sunriver destination.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Riverside Relaxation

My wife and I stayed here for some much needed R&R away from the city. It was a fantastic place! So peaceful. Right on the river. Easy access to the bike paths too! Very private and serene. We would def stay again! They had everything we needed.

Loved it

The house was more than we needed as there were just two of us but we loved it! We chose it for the view of the forest and river, which is even better than the photos. Waking up in the morning and walking out to that deck was fabulous! The house was very clean, well stocked, and met all our needs. Thank you.

Beautiful view!

It was hard to tell from website pictures how much of the river you can see. It was a gorgeous view from living room and deck! Location couldn't be better. Furniture was comfortable & house roomy. Kitchen well stocked - tons of dishes, silverware, and cooking pans & baking dishes. Would love to stay again!

Great location and great communication

The location on the river can’t be beat! Amazing hot tub. And the Property Management place cannot be beat. They were so accommodating and wonderful. House was nice and kitchen was very well stocked! My only slight downside was all the stairs, it’s multi level so if you have a problem with that this may be a downside. But overall amazing property and would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Sunriver

We stayed here for new years and it was perfect for a family of 5 with 3 teens. The house was wonderful, the beds comfy and the hot tub overlooking the river was gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location!!

We loved the location of this house! We always try to stay close to the river and this was exactly that. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and was the perfect size for our family. Really great amenities and can’t beat the AC!!

Highly recommend this rental home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. This was our first visit to this area and it checked all the boxes. This rental was outstanding and Bennington Properties took care of us answering all questions immediately. This property was a great location with the river view and bike path outside our door. The house had bikes as well as ping pong and corn hole for the kids. It was quiet location and the house was clean and well stocked. Our family will be back in the future and I would rent this house again.

First time in Sunriver - great house and location!

Great house for a family vacation. We made heavy use of the 4 bikes to bike around the area including rides into the village. Nice view of the river out back. The house interior was very comfortable and in great shape. We hadn't been to Sunriver before and had no idea how nice the entire area is!

Wonderful house with a view of the river

The house was super clean and nice. Everything worked, and we loved being right next to the river. The hot tub was awesome. We would definitely book this house again.

Clean and comfortable

This home was perfect, were celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all the showers! The deck is perfect for spending the morning, afternoon and evening with the river for a view. Can't say enough about how perfect this home was. Thank you for sharing it with us!
