Located close to Sunriver's north core recreation area and grocery store this air-conditioned home has all you need to enjoy a getaway for 10.

Upon entering the home you'll find a large living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, half bath and king ensuite bedroom with attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Head upstairs to find an open loft area with a large foosball table, game table and futon, plus three more bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 1 is a queen bedroom with TV and DVD player
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 is a King Bedroom with TV and DVD player.
Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Relax in your private hot tub and enjoy your vacation. Or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 6 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Mt Baker 5

Loved spending time in Sunriver, Mt Baker 5 was great for our two families of 4 - plenty of room and lots of great space for the kids. Can’t wait to go back!

House was just as pictured. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean, plenty of towels and a FULLY stocked kitchen. Absolutely wonderful. Perfect location.

Awesome location!

This rental was perfect. Big enough to spread out and the deck couldn’t have been better! There were more than enough bikes for our family and they were all well serviced. The kitchen is fully stocked and the hot tub was so nice after a long day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation Mt. 5 Baker

This is our second year at Mt. 5 Baker and we really enjoyed our stay. We wish they still offered the Sharc passes like in years passed but at least they are offering a 50% rebate if you visit the sharc. Other than that the house is great!

Loved It!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family came to celebrate my birthday and it was lots of fun. We used the bikes and walked on the trails.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the Christmas holiday and enjoyed the extra amenities (hot tub, sleds) and easy walks to the SHARC with epic sledding hills. Home was clean and well kept. The only downside we had was the WIFI, it was pretty slow. Especially for a home that sleeps that many people it would have been nicer to have a stronger connection for so many guests devices.

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay at our vacation rental. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed and it was homey. The deck was awesome with the hot tub and barbecue grill and we used both. There wasn’t anything I can think of that we didn’t have that we needed or wanted. The only thing we would change is to let us check out at 11 instead of 10 but that is the company and not the homeowner. Great property! And we took our dogs and they even provided us with cute bowls for the dogs to eat and drink from.

Sunriver August family vacation

We had a great experience this year at this house. The location was perfect. Having to king beds was perfect for 2 couples. We had no issues with the house. The only recommendation I have is to get an electric tea kettl. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

It was all good except the hot tub was cracked and they tried to repair it. Looked bad and some of the jets didn’t work. House needs some updating. Furniture in upstairs king room needs replaced.

Missed stay

Didn’t get to stay due to prior guest situation but the rental property Bennington handled the situation very well and we awesome! Sorry we missed out staying here!

Nice home BUT

This home provide 6 bikes which is very nice since the bike trails are everywhere but it does NOT include memberships to any of the major amenities of the development which means guests can't use the big waterpark, pickle ball courts, etc. That was very disappointing to learn AFTER we arrived. Also the carpets really need to be cleaned and some areas need paint.

A great vacation in a great property

We loved this house, it had everything we needed and more. Enough crockery and cutlery to feed an army, and enough space and seating. Everything was spotless and communication with the property management company was great. Would definitely use this property the next time a group of us are heading to Sunriver. It's near the north end which means it's a bit quieter, and Sunriver isn't so big that we couldn't walk anywhere we wanted.

Spring Break

House was nice. BBQ could use new guts or new altogether. Wasn’t a big deal as we just used the stove but would have been nice. Was only able to get it to 350F. Also, double pane in back door had a leak so moisture got in between the panes. Would have been nice to be able to see outside as it was very nice weather. These are suggestions and not criticisms. We have fun no matter what we do!

The family loved this out.

Very well appointed and comfortable house in a great location right off a main walking path. The dogs loved it. We love Mt. Bachelor 20 minutes away! Really comfortable for my wife and I, our two adult children and their partners. We'll consider this house again for a future trip.

A great place to stay in Sunriver.

The home is laid out great with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. They provide plenty of bikes and sleds for your stay. It is two miles to the main village and there are walking and biking paths to get you there if you do not want to drive. My main complaint is a check-in time of 5 pm.

Perfect Getaway!

Great Family Place to Stay in Sunriver!

This house was exactly what we were hoping it would be. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, along with our canine companion, and the house provided ample space for all of us. They provided plenty of recreation equipment (i.e. sleds, bikes for outdoors, and foosball indoors!), and the kids were really happy. One of them said, "Can't we just stay here forever?" Enough said :)
