Belknap #4 is the ideal location for your next vacation getaway.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house, with a rustic modern design, comfortably sleeps 10. You will be amazed at the spaciousness of this reverse-living home. Wood-planked, vaulted ceiling along with hard-surface flooring throughout the home (no carpet other than area rugs), enhances the beauty of this home.

Upstairs you will find the living room with a mounted 65” flat-screen TV and, a large sectional with additional seating all nestled in front of a wood stove, which is perfect for watching a movie after a long day of exploring the beautiful Central Oregon area. The upper deck is accessible from the living room.

The dining area is surrounded by large open windows, so you and your family can enjoy the wonderful views of Sunriver. The dining table sits 9, with 4 additional stools at the kitchen island. The open kitchen is equipped with everything, including new appliances, you need to make that perfect meal.

Two bedrooms are upstairs, with an additional two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom #1 is a spacious King master with a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a dual granite top vanity with a large jetted soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 is a queen-sized bed, with access to the upper back deck and adjacent to the jack’n’hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, Bedroom #3 is a queen bed and two twin bunk beds with a small flat-screen TV. Perfect for the littles of the group. Bedroom #4 is a King size bed, with access to the private hot tub. Both downstairs are adjacent to the third bathroom, with a tub/shower combo.

This home has an extra refrigerator for guests to use, perfect for those large family meals, located in the garage. Also in the garage, guests will find 8 bikes (2 adults, 2 teens, 4 youth) and a large dog kennel for guest use.



Belknap #4 has several decks and patios, equipped with a hot tub and a propane BBQ, all perfect areas for enjoying the night sky.

Don’t worry about the summer heat. This great home has A/C to help fight the heat during the summer months.

This home is dog-friendly. Gladly accepting 2 dogs during your stay. Cats will need prior approval. Per pet/per night fee applies.

This home is also equipped with an EV charging outlet just outside the garage.

The kids can also enjoy the brand new game room. Equipped with wall tik-tac-toe, wall connect four, and a tv with DVD movies. Everything is designed for kids, including the chairs.



This home provides 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, free tennis, free pickleball, 9-hole disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina!

House was as pictured. The check in was timed (could not use code until 4:00 check in time). The set up was great for the family. New pans for cooking would be helpful but otherwise very comfortable!

Plenty of Space and Great Location!

Our son's family took the downstairs, with 2 kids in the bunk room, and their room directly across with their own bathroom. We took the master upstairs, and our younger son took an upstairs bedroom as well. Everyone had their own bath. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. We enjoyed the location of this home to the walking and biking paths, the small grocery the restaurants in town, SHARC, and nearby destinations such as the High Dessert Museum, which was incredible.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was cheery with all the windows and open construction. However, the home needs some closer attention:When we arrived the second sink in the master bath was full of water and not draining.Several of the burners on the glass top stove do not work properlyThere was an ironing board but no iron.One bedroom on the main floor had no closet or dresser.The hot water heater performed unpredictably. Sometimes very hot, sometimes cold and sometimes it was stable.We enjoyed our time in Sunriver.

Need to update pictures… kids playroom was not that well kept up and missing the air hockey/foosball table that was shown in the picture. The living room couch setup was completely different than what was shown on the picture. All the tvs had cords hanging down from them that looked kind of messy… that was also not shown in the pictures. Other than that the place was good. Good location. Nice that they had the bikes and pet beds/kennel.

Thank you for your feedback. Homeowners can and do change furniture and arrangements without notifying us. The table was removed just before your arrival, and unfortunately, it wasn't relayed to our team. With that said, we have updated the listing to reflect the removal of the table. New photos for the couch are pending the photographer's availability and the home's availability. The change in furniture did not take away from the sitting availability. Please know that our team is always available 24/7 and is always welcome the opportunity to address your concerns.

A wonderful place, ideal for families

Unfortunately the house this year was a bit of a downgrade, the couch had been replaced with a small uncomfortable one and the kitchen did not have basic supplies you would expect, such as no mixing bowl, cutting boards and very limited pots and pans.

Great Getaway

Our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed for a great 4 day getaway. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of appliances, pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen and the electronics all worked well. Thank you!

Huge house

Great property. Easy to enter and leave. Kitchen was beautiful! Master bath could use updating, but the other baths were updated and nice. Loved the decor. Lots to do nearby.

Spacious family home

Plenty of room for 2 extended families. Lots of seating. Large driveway to accommodate 3 vehicles. Very nice kitchen appliances, large island and large pantry. Could use a few more cooking/baking accessories, especially for cooking/serving large entrees. Ok location; quiet but far from village if that matters to anyone.

Great gathering

The upper level was great for family gatherings with the kitchen, dining, & family rooms all combined. Wonderful natural light with all the windows and the front and rear decks offer elevated views of the surrounds and offer a wonderful cross breeze through the home on the warmer days. Bedrooms are convenient but quiet to steal away for a nap or put the kids down to bed. Bring your clothes and food, everything else you need is there.

Great home for 1-2 families with kids

This property is perfect for families. It’s an older home with the outside needing attention. The inside is perfect for 2 families. The kitchen has ample pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and required gadgets for cooking. The interior is large and spacious. The outdoors needs repainting and the leaves and needles cleaned around the hot tub. We were so impressed by the immediate response to fixing the hot tub that wasn’t hot enough!

Perfect family getaway

Reviewer Comments: The home provided a perfect family gathering for my children and grandchildren after the many adventures Sunriver offers. The gated backyard was lovely to keep our pet on the porch and keep my 18 month old grand daughter away from the stairs. The decking was recently upgraded which was nice for our bare feet. Nice pantry storage to store food and snacks and extra fridge in basement to keep beverages cold was a plus. The second bedroom on the main floor does not have a closet or dresser to store your clothes or suitcases. We brought an extra baby gate for the grandchild to protect from the stairs but it was too short as the opening from the entry is wide. Perhaps share the dimensions for future guests with small children or provide a gate that will fit would be a nice addition. The game room was a bit of a disappointment to our older grands as they were looking forward to playing air hockey. The 3 in 1 game table was not functioning when we arrived. The home did provide extra bikes, games, and SHARC passes which keeps kiddos busy.

The upstairs 2nd bedroom is very small and no closet. The bikes are kid bikes. Other than that we did have a great time. The were plenty of cooking dishes. The house was very clean.

Fantastic stay

This property gets five stars from our whole group which was 10 people people. Beautiful home. Our favorite aspect of the house was the big, open shared space adjacent to the kitchen.
