Wonderful vacation rental home featuring one of Sunriver's only indoor lap pools and an indoor hot tub, edged by a large deck and manicured lawn - perfect for year-round entertainment.

The nearly 3,000 sq. ft., reverse living floor plan provides plenty of space for your group of up to 12 guests to spread out. Central heat and A/C will keep you comfortable year-round, while a wood stove adds to the ambiance on those cool Sunriver nights.

The spacious living room with leather seating, large flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings sits adjacent to the dining table with seats for 10-12 and the upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a window from the kitchen overlooking the enclosed lap pool (LOW 80s Temp) and hot tub area below, so you can keep a close eye on the fun. Step out onto the upper deck to BBQ on the gas grill and dine under the stars.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious ensuite with a king bed, TV and a private bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and separate shower.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with two twin beds and a twin over twin bunk, TV, DVD and VCR.

There is a half guest bathroom on this level.

Head downstairs to find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, a full bathroom, bonus family/media room with sofa sleeper and pool access! Bedroom 3 has a King bed and bedroom 4 has a Queen. These two bedrooms share the bathroom in the hall with a walk-in shower. The family room is a great place to crash out on the sleeper sofa and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

Take a short bike ride to the Deschutes River on one of the 9 adult bikes provided with this Sunriver vacation rental. Fun at Fort Rock Park, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

The best house ever

As a partially paralyzed I was able to swim! We all played cards and ate around the large dining and patio table. Bikes in the garage added to the fun.

Great Pool House

I would say this is a great house for one family, or an extended one. The pool is the major draw here. We have stayed at a similar property in Sunriver with the same style indoor pool. This one was by far the better (pool wise). The pool temperature was perfect, nice and warm. You will find yourselves mostly upstairs in the living room/dining area. There is a great deck with a serviceable bbq (i have never run into a great bbq in Sunriver), some hot spots, but good to do burgers and dogs on. The kitchen has everything you need as well as a view of the pool. We did not spend much time downstairs, but there were noticeable noises down there in the night. I believe it had something to do with the pool, you couldn't hear them upstairs, but downstairs if you are a light sleeper, you could have issues. I did report this so this issue may be fixed. The only other issue I would have is the upstairs master bedroom has a skylight and a window that have no coverings on them. These both make for early mornings. We had a three year old in the room and it was hard to shield him from the morning light to keep him asleep. Really no major issues, great house for the price, the pool is the real selling point on this house.

Best Family House

We’ve rented this house a couple of times and we love it each time. The pool is great for kids and the spa is great for us adults. The bunk bed room is also a bonus. We’ll be renting this again forsure.

Fabulous

Everything about our stay was GREAT! We had an absolute amazing time. Everything we needed was provided. Loved the bikes, although two of them need some maintenance attention. One had no rear brakes, the other wouldn't pedal without stripping the gears. There were plenty of bikes so we had enough, not a problem for us, but should be looked at for future guests. Thank you.

A great place for a small family

We have a 4 year old and this house is great. One of only 3 (I believe) houses for rent in Sunriver with a private pool. We have also stayed at the other that looks very similar to this. The pool is our major draw here during covid. The pool temp stays in the high 80's low 90's during the winter making it a great place that is not to cold. The house layout is good for larger groups. There are only 3 things wrong with this house. The first is big, the pool fan kicks on every 15 minutes and goes for a half hour at a time, and it is loud. If you are a light sleeper (like me) the only viable sleeping rooms are the upstairs master and the couches upstairs. The other two issues are small, there are no shades in the bunkroom upstairs making for a early get up with the sun. Same goes for the upstairs master, there is a skylight with no shade that lights the room up when the sun comes up. That being said, would I stay here again? Absolutely. Our son loves it, the pool is great and the house is well stocked. The property manager is also very responsive (via text, they got back to me within minutes). A great house.

Great house, lots of space and indoor pool/hot tub

We had an amazing time in this house! Loved that the main floor master is right across from the kids room, and other bedrooms are downstairs creating great space division if traveling with a couple families or groups of friends. The house was well equipped and I can’t say we wanted for anything. The thing that sets this house apart was the indoor lap pool and hot tub. We enjoyed this so much!!! And the property management group was SUPER responsive and nice to deal with! I could definitely see us renting this house again!

Be aware

Upon arrival (an hour early) we were unable to get in. Called property manager and they said we couldn't check in due to maintenance even though we were the only people on the property. When we finally got into the house we noticed that the hotub was only 92 degrees and didn't get to 104 until the next day. Three out of our 5 children cut their toes in the pool. Come to find out there was broken glass near the pool. There was no first aid kit in the house and no one responded to our concern via the emergency line. On our last day we woke up to the hotub at 92 degrees, the jets don't work and the swimming pool is cold. Overall I would tell others not to stay here and it is not worth the price or stress.

We used the bikes to ride down to Goody's. House was clean and even better in person than what the pictures showed. Bennington's rental process is seamless as usual, and hate to rent from anyone else. Will definatetly rent this home again!
