Come and enjoy this beautiful, newly updated lodge-style home with meadow views! This spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home provides entertainment for all with a gourmet kitchen, pool table and foosball. Garage is equipped with 240 outlet for charging electric cars.

Upon entering this spacious home you'll find the living room with gas fireplace, comfy seating, with new lamps, rugs, pillows, tables, Smart TV and DVD player, games, and puzzles.

The dining room has a large table with seating for 12, room for everyone! The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop, wine fridge, double ovens, and newly refinished cabinet doors. The island has additional seating for 3.

The bedrooms have new mattresses and all of them have new hunter douglas black-out shades.

On the main level, you will find two ensuite bedrooms, a newly remodeled full guest bathroom with shower, laundry room and garage access where you'll find the game room with pool table, Pac-man, 7 bikes and a full refrigerator.

Bedroom 1 is a King ensuite bedroom with large TV and DVD player, gas fireplace and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 is a King ensuite bedroom with Smart TV and DVD player with attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

Head upstairs to find four more bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom 3 is a Queen bedroom with TV and full jack-n-jill bathroom with shower/tub combo closet.

Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds with tv/vcr/dvd player combo. This room shares the bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 is a King bedroom with TV and DVD player with jack-n-jill bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 6 has a Twin with twin trundle bed, TV and foosball table.

Head outside to the updated large back deck with gorgeous forest views. Here you'll find a gas BBQ and a new 7 person hot tub, sunken into the deck. Or relax on the patio with the new furniture.

Family reunion? Rent our Duck Pond 11 home and accommodate everyone.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

My only comment would be to provide some shampoo, body wash, etc. and to provide more than a few trash bags and dish soap for a few days stay. This is a big house and needs more than minimal resources.

Perfect for our family get together to honor our mother.

This home included all we needed. It worked well for our family. Loved the larger dinning table and the fact that a high chair was available for the baby. Kids enjoyed the pool Table, video games and hot tub.

Love this property. Beautiful house.

We have stayed here before and were very happy to be able to stay again. The house is excellent for our family. We like to cook, so we really appreciated the well appointed kitchen. Fireplace and hot tub are wonderful additions to enjoy our week. The house was wonderfully clean, but there was overflowing garbage that apparently had not been picked up in quite some time in the garbage area. We did alert the management.

Overall good experience

The property is in an amazing location and it’s good for large groups. We had a fun time in sun river. But when we checked in, we were quite disappointed to see wet towels in the living room which made us question if anything else were not changed after the previous guests.

Fit for a Family

The property was ideal. We enjoyed the deck immensely…watching the grandkids play in the hot tub, enjoying the beautiful sunsets with deer in view. The kitchen was very well appointed, updated and user friendly. The location was close to the river, trails, the playground, and the village. The house was spacious for our group and the garage was wonderful…. Pool table, foosball, and PAC-Man.

Quiet and Comfortable

We had so much fun at this property. The game room in the garage was perfect for our group and still allowed us to park one car inside the garage! Everyone had plenty of room to relax. The hot tub was perfect for warming up after a full day of skiing and sledding. The sound system throughout the house was nice for our music loving family. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes for our group and a rarity of nice sharp useful knives for chopping veggies! Only complaint would be the lack of laundry detergent. Fortunately, we weren't there long enough to worry about it!

Great place!!

This property worked really well for two families, with the two king size suites and multiple bedrooms upstairs with shared bathrooms. We especially liked the extra long table which could accommodate up to 14 people for dinner. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and had a nice center island. I would definitely rent this particular property again.

Well appointed, beautiful lodge nestled amid the pines.

My friends and I had a delightful stay in Sunriver. We had made big plans to do all sorts of activities but the accommodations were so amazing, we enjoyed staying in. The home was well appointed with great attention to detail. My family and I have used HomeAway for all of our family vacations. This HomeAway is the BEST we have experienced. My friends and I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return. We highly recommend 3 Duck Pond!

Great for Large Family

This is a fantastic house for a large family. We had a family reunion in Sunriver. This house allowed three siblings and their families stay in one place. It was a very special weekend.

Great rental for large families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Duck Pond 3 was a perfect rental for our family. My wife and I have three daughters, two sons in law, and four grandchildren. The house was spacious and very well supplied. Our daughters remarked that if only their kitchens were as well stocked with any kitchen equipment one might need. The location was convenient to bike paths but at the same time far enough out to be quiet and secluded.
