Location in Lloret de Mar: Follow the coastal road that goes from Lloret de Mar to Tossa de Mar, turn left when you arrive at the Roca Grossa, which is a residential area in Lloret de Mar. Within a few minutes, you'll reach your favourite villa in the green hills. The urbanization has a gazebo that’s totally worth a visit, a communal pool and also a minimarket.

Around the villa: Parking in the residential area is usually very simple. You can park in front of your villa, as there is almost no traffic, and if you please, you can even park several cars.

You can go inside of the house from the back. If you want to have a look at the swimming pool, you’ll have to go inside the house first. On the first floor, you’ll find a door which gives access to the outside stairs and reaches the pool. Get ready, because you’re about to discover the most beautiful private pool with the most amazing views ever!

Close your eyes and imagine yourself under the Spanish sun. You’re having fun in your own private holiday villa, you’re around the pool and meanwhile you’re pouring yourself some drinks...YES, there’s also a pool bar! Take your cocktail receipts and let the party get started! But this is not all of it, because, in this area, you’ll also find a stone barbecue grill, where you’ll be able to enjoy delicious meals all together! On the terrace around the pool, there are ample sun beds and parasols. And the best of all is that you’ll share all this with only your family and friends.

2nd floor (entrance): You’ll find the main entrance at this floor. Once inside, there’s a living room with a seating and dining area, an open fireplace (which makes it even more cozy), and a satellite TV. But, as in Spain it’s sunny during the greater part of the year, you’ll probably want to spend more time outside. That's why the living room is attached to a big terrace with magnificent views. You’ll feel like in heaven! In this floor, there’s also a completely equipped kitchen, so you can cook tasty meals when you don’t feel like eating in a restaurant.

1st floor: On this spacious floor, there are 4 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a big double bed, a couch, its own bathroom and also direct access to the terrace. Next to this room, there’s another bathroom, and two other bedrooms with two individual beds in each one. They all have direct access to a terrace. Finally, the last room has a bunk bed. As you can see, 3 of 4 rooms have an amazing view on the sea and surroundings. As already mentioned before, there’s a door connecting to the outside stairs that lead to the pool area.

Ground floor: This floor is at the same level as the pool. Here, you’ll find an open kitchen with only a fridge and a microwave. You won’t be able to cook here, but you’ll be able to warm up your food and keep your drinks cold to enjoy a meal all together on the table standing next to it. The floor is open at the pool’s side, so you’ll also enjoy its amazing views. Isn’t it practical to have a kitchen near the pool? You won’t have to go up and down every time you want to enjoy a meal outside. It's the perfect way to enjoy the Spanish way of living!
The living room and each of the bedrooms have airconditioning. A service that is optional at a surplus.
Just as a remark: this level is not accessible from the inside of the villa.

The interior of the villa is modern and invites you to spend relaxed evenings with your friends and family. In fact, this villa has only been built in 2006. It’s a “sure-fire” way to enjoy an unforgettable holidayon the Costa Brava!
Things you can do during your holiday in Lloret de Mar

A holiday villa near the center of Lloret de Mar opens the gate to many interesting options. This seaside holiday resort is known for its energetic nightlife. But Lloret de Mar has also a total different side to discover. Did you know that many families, youngsters, culture, art and nature lovers came to Lloret de Mar before you and spent the holidays of their lives? So yes, Lloret de Mar is good for everybody's taste!

Imagine, in the morning you'll shop till you drop. For lunch you'll taste the traditional Catalan cuisine, followed by a lazy moment on the beach. And another day you'll discover the Triangle of Dali or get more to know about a larger city like Gerona (Catalan: Girona) or Barcelona.

Beaches:
Near your holiday home, you'll find the main beach of Lloret the Mar (aprox. 3 km), where there’s an extremely lively ambiance. Here, you'll be able to practice all kind of water sport activities (para-sailing, fly-fish, banana, diving, jet-ski, wake board, catamaran cruise, etc.), and during the summer season there's also entertainment for kids. If you want to be a bit more relaxed, go to the beach of Canyelles (within 3 km). On this nice pebble beach, you'll only meet families and people who prefer a sunny moment in a more quiet environment.

Other cities/villages:
You may be curious to discover many other places. Congratulations, because if you stay in Villa Whitney, you’ll be able to visit many small villages at the Costa Brava, like Blanes, Playa de Aro and Roses; as well as larger cities, for example Girona or Barcelona. They are the “must have been” places.

Cultural side of Lloret de Mar:
Lloret de Mar has lots of culture heritage to offer! Go to the historical center of Lloret de Mar and visit the Catalan Gothic church, or walk along the beach and discover the famous medieval castle of Sant Joan with its amazing views. If you like nature, you'll love the botanical garden Jardins de Santa Clotilde. In Lloret de Mar, you can organize your holiday the way you like. Grab your chance and visit its best spots!

Nightlife:
If you like to party, you're in the right place! As you'll probably know, Lloret de Mar is famous for its nightlife. You'll have a quiet and pleasant time with your beloved ones.

Shopping:
For sure you'll find some energy to shop! In Lloret de Mar’s centre, there are many small streets with shops where you can buy souvenirs. But you'll find also nice boutiques where you can buy clothing and shoes. If you're looking for a shopping mall, we recommend L'Espai Gironès in Girona. It's filled with international shops, so you’ll have plenty of choice to renew your closet. L'Espai Gironès is just the perfect place for an afternoon shopping!

Gastronomy:
We like to guide you to the ultimate holiday experiences and that includes also a taste of the typical Catalan cuisine. Our advice is to go to Lloret’s surroundings, where you'll find high quality restaurantsin the breathtaking countryside. You may want food that reminds you to your own country? If so, in the center and the more touristic resorts, you'll taste all kind of international cuisines.
