When we arrived the air hockey table wasnā€™t working and the foosball table had no balls. The hot water ran out quickly and the kitchen sink was leaking. However maintenance came and fixed all of our issues quickly! He even returned to fix the dishwasher door within minutes. We enjoyed our stay. It fit our crew well. I only wish there was one more bathroom. We werenā€™t able to watch our streaming channels on any of the TVs. Overall we were pleased. Especially with the maintenance guy! He was very helpful! Thanks!

We searched several Cabins that were per friendly this one for the price was a good deal and property was clean and easy check in and out process. Conveniently located to all PF has to offer. If you have more than 2/3 vehicles you may want to park the rest down at the bottom of the hill as there was a family staying in the cabin beside us and they had several cars asking us if they could use some of our space. (You share a drive) our family rated this a 5

This was a family vacation to make a trip to Dollywood. The cabin was very clean and supplied us with everything that we needed. The maintenance team was great and responded promptly with all of our concerns. We will definitely stay there again!!! Thank you

Excellent Location! Lots of Space!

Such a perfect location for our Dollywood weekend! Easy to get to and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Would definitely recommend it for big family or friend groups.

The house was very nice! It had plenty of space for all of my family. It was clean and had everything you need including things in the kitchen like pots and silverware. I would definitely book again!

The house was nice. The only thing about the house that wasn't right on the advertisement was that ; on the internet it showed that there was a door that went to the outside in the bunkroom and there wasn't. We did enjoy our stay and I slept well. I would recommend staying here.

Good location and nice cabin

Overall, this was a nice cabin. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. However, the beds do need to be replaced and work on the upstairs bathroom need to be completed. We would need to flush the toilet a couple of times. We had to call as a couple of the tv's did not work. They did come quickly and was able to get one of them to work. However, the other one was a no go for us. Thankfully it was a smart tv so my daughter was able to sign in on her Netflix account. The tv in the upstairs was not a smart tv so thankfully they were able to get it to work. If you plan to bring your dog, please know there really isn't any grass at the cabin (just moss). We had to walk our dog to the bottom of the hill for a small section of grass. It is uphill going back to the cabin. As I stated before, this is actually a nice cabin.

I found this place to be beautiful and clean on the inside. The shower in the bedroom with the queen beds is not reliable. But otherwise the property was great for adults, but because the outside is limited, need to know that the kids would be inside all the time. I would not recommend this with dogs, because of the lack of the yard. The steep slope makes it a little dangerous.

It was a beautiful cabin and perfect for our group of friends...would recommend upgrading the mattresses in the bunk room (felt like they were really cheap....wires and such poking through....were not comfortable at all) so we had to use the couch and double a couple beds up.

Dirty stuff looked like feces on upstairs bathroom shower curtain, missing relief pipe for water heater (unsafe) Overall a decent accommodation but they didnā€™t have trash bags or enough dish pods or detergent.

Would not rent again

We arrived and everything looked great. Then we noticed the kitchen counter is cracked, the carpet was stained in several places, the dishwasher upper rack was broken. Then we opened the hot tub and found it not clean; it smelled like a swamp and the water was discolored. We went without hot water twice because the water heater went out. Maintenance came out and git it back on, but he said the water heater had issues. As we were leaving, I saw trees growing from the gutters. It is obvious the property is not well maintained. As to communication, I reported all of this, and submitted a complaint form and never got any response. For what we paid, none of this should have happened.
