Oceanview, open concept, 2 bed, 2 bath residential condo just steps away from the pool and sea. Available for weekly and monthly* rentals.

* Rentals of four or more weeks will receive 10% discount

Rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY (flexible in off peak periods) and limited by KCB law to FOUR persons, including infants. Other check in/out days could be arranged but could impact the rate. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is by 10 AM. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the condo and on the balcony, and is permitted only in designated areas on the Sea Isle grounds. We do not allow fish cleaning in the condo. No pets are allowed. Thank you for considering us, You won't be disappointed!

Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice and well appointed unit with some updates. It was perfect for our needs & we had a very relaxing week. We had an ocean & pool view from the side balcony of this unit that my daughter enjoyed in the evenings. The unit had many things we hadn't expected, like beach chairs, pool noodles & fans. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed; the only item we couldn't find was a cutting board, but it wasn't a big deal. The grounds were amazing! The private beach area was gorgeous (despite the seaweed). There were plenty of lounge chairs & umbrellas in the lawn overlooking the ocean. We used our own beach chairs on the beach. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily, with plenty of lounge chairs. There were two grills on property with grill tools available. *Important note: the washer/dryer is not in the unit, but there is one on property. It requires quarters. If the office is open, they have them available. The four of us really enjoyed the complex and our unit. It was a prime location for transporting my daughter to the drop-off location for her Pigeon Key summer camp. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to my messages. Only minor negatives: The water pressure in the ensuite bedroom was very weak, but we managed. Cleaning crew needs to vacuum a bit better around/behind furniture.We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Great condo in a beautiful community. Sweet private beach and great pool. We enjoyed a very short walk to Sunset Park each night. Condo was perfect for our family of four.

Quiet condo

Small, quiet complex in key colony. Powder sand on the beach, clean quiet pool. Nice grills to prepare lunch or dinner. Some fyi's - no elevators, pool closes at sunset. This complex rents by the week, not necessarily Saturday to Saturday. Owners of this property communicate well and quickly. They unit was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for a week with our 4-year old daughter and everything was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed and very conveniently located between the pool and ocean. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Keys!

Amazing Tropical Vacation!

You absolutely cannot beat this location! The beach and water are gorgeous, and the pool is protected from the wind by being located between the 1st and 2nd building. The residents were super friendly and there was plenty of things to do to keep us busy in the keys (though we still spent most of our time on property because it was so gorgeous)! We’d really like to come again!

Great Experience

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back if we visit the keys again. The building is located in between the pool and the ocean, so having quick access to either was nice. The condo was clean and had an ample kitchen for us to have breakfast and the occasional meal. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome reprieve from the July heat. There is a decent restaurant just a short drive down the road, and plenty of places on Marathon key to visit, grocery shop, and dine out. The central location in the keys was great for exploring the other islands. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect setting

It was located in a perfect area . A few steps to the ocean and really close to the pool . The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and everything you needed in the kitchen . The grills worked great and gave you a great few of the ocean. The owners were accommodating and they have a great condo . We met a lot of good people in the key colony. We are planning another trip down in the near future.

Awesome week at Key Colony

Good base to explore the Keys. Lots of attractions and points of interest close by. Safe, quiet environment and lots of friendly families staying in the complex.

Great place for a family getaway

We spent the week before Christmas here and had a great time. The location is quiet but very central to all the Keys, and made for a good home base for day trips in either direction, from Key West to Key Largo. We found the condo to be very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to both the beach and the pool, and there's a nice view of both from the little balcony off the master bedroom. A great spot to enjoy morning coffee or keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The gas grills and tiki hut were perfect for preparing and enjoying a nice dinner beside the water. It's a short 1 minute walk to Sunset Beach park in the evening to watch the sunset. Ed was very responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks for a great getaway!

We live in Ohio and started coming to Key Colony Beach in 2009. We rented for two weeks, then three weeks, three weeks again, then six weeks...then we bought!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Marathon is almost dead center in the beautiful Florida Keys, with Key Largo and Key West each about fifty miles in either direction. Marathon has plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Key Colony beach is a secluded island just off of Marathon. Our unit offers a private beach, which is hard to find along the Keys. KCB is peaceful, secluded, and secure. There are good restaurants in KCB if you don't want to leave the island.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our unit is in the building located right on the beach. If you exit the building in one direction, you step out onto the beach. If you exit the other way, you're at the pool. The Tiki Hut and two large grills are only steps away, too. You can eat at any of a large number of restaurants, you can grill at the Tiki Hut, or you can prepare your meals inside the condo.
