Spacious 2 Bdrm Condo, Oceanfront Complex, Heated Pool

Spacious two bedroom condo in Key Colony Beach ocean front complex with heated pool and private beach. Continental Inn Unit #41 offers colorful interior featuring tropical decor, a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Enjoy glorious sunrises from our private beach and sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. Complex provides beach lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts & BBQ grills.

Newly renovated bathroom has walk in shower. Four comfy queen sized beds with crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. Fresh linens, cotton bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh. We promise a great Keys experience!

You'll have full use of our beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. We even have a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge

If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Wheels-2-Go will deliver them to the Continental Inn. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from our condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. We have a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Wheels-2-Go will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

This was the cleanest property I have EVER stayed in, and we get VRBO places at least twice a year. I cannot emphasize the cleanliness enough. It is the most important consideration to me, and this place did it.I did feel like the listing was misleading about a couple things. There are not laundry machines in the unit, they are outside and around the building. With small children this is a hindrance. Also the balcony is very narrow and is above the laundry area. It wasn’t a problem, just not all that scenic or functional. The pool was absolutely fantastic. It was very clean and well-maintained. and the caretakers were extremely welcoming and nice! There is a really nice beach within walking distance. Another huge bonus was that there weren’t a lot of requirements before we left, and there was an ample stock of supplies like garbage bags, and paper towels.

Tastefully decorated condo with a private, small beach

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is beautifully decorated, immediately setting the tone for relaxation. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials and thoughtful starter items, reflecting the owner's keen attention to detail. The pool is conveniently located just outside the door downstairs, and while the private beach is small and can be windy, it is impeccably designed, clean, and truly picturesque. Sunset Park, just around the corner, along with the Key Colony Beach area, adds to the charm of the location.The only two minor inconveniences we encountered were:No elevator, so bringing luggage up one flight of stairs requires a bit of effort.No electric or traditional kettle, which meant boiling water in a large pan and carefully pouring it into tea mugs over the sink to avoid spills.Aside from these small considerations, this place is an absolute gem—spacious, comfortable, centrally located, peaceful, and undeniably lovely.

The apartment was good, but the property is showing it's age

The room was great for a family of four - loves that all 4 of us had a bed. No complaints there. However, the 'resort' property lacks a swimmable beach, it is really a sanded in raised level above the shoreline. Again, nothing wrong per se, just not very clear on the listing. Also, the pool is very much an 'old Florida' 1970s feel - in size and layout. The property is clean, landscaping and grounds are well maintened, but it is more of a classic road trip inn from the time when parents would throw the kids in the back of a station wagon.

Great condo

Kim was a great host! Was on site and had so many wonderful recommendations. The condo was better than described- fit our family of 5 more than comfortably. The private beach was the best- we had a blast snorkeling and just relaxing also a great place to see the sunrise. Condo is in a great location to make day trips to all the areas the Keys have to offer. I would highly recommend this spot and truly can’t wait to come back! Thank you Kim!!

Quiet and clean!

Lovely Condo with great ocean access

Rented 2 bedroom condo. No complaints. Beach is nice and sandy, tractor grooms each morning. Pool was clean and heated. Plenty of lounge chairs, could use more umbrellas. No ocean view balconies, but still nice. No elevator. Plenty of luggagage carts to transport your things. No ice machine on site. Beach towels provided, we had 4. Manager on site. Plenty of parking and handicap site up front. Would recommend and go again! Thanks Kim

Amazing stay - hard to leave

Will must definitely come back. Site was beautifully located. The community was absolutely beautiful and so friendly. So many little nuances that just made you feel at home. The location was beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. Loved the care and little things that were part of the stay. Laundry available, beach towels provided, a small library and games on site, fans, extra blankets and patio is each room. Will be back. Hate to brag and make it harder for me to get a reservation. Lol See you soon!!!

Nice condo in great location

We stayed in this condo for three nights. For 4 people it's a good size although the smaller bedroom is too small for 2 queen beds, with one bed pushed up to the closet, rendering it pretty useless. The beds were comfortable. The other bed was right against the curtain. The bathroom was excellent with a spacious walk in shower. Only one bathroom though, so with more than 4 people that would be a significant restriction. The kitchen was adequate but clearly needs an update. Plates, bowls and cutlery were fine but all tumblers were plastic, which we understand are needed if taken to the beach but would have been nice to have had both plastic and glass. There is little space in the kitchen to store food. The location is great with a nice beach and good pool. Lots of fish around the rocks fir snorkellers.

Great location and CLEAN!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and as shown. The heated pool was incredible and the beach area was very nice as well- we even enjoyed using the grill one night! Key West was a little over an hour away, but we enjoyed being in Marathon- if you can rent a pontoon and enjoy time at the sand bars! I’d definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it to friends and family as well.

Memorable mini-trip in paradise

We only had two nights in beautiful Key Colony Beach but it felt much longer - we all felt relaxed and very happy and grateful to have some time in paradise. Excellent communication with Kim from the start - she went above and beyond. Excellent property; very clean, well-appointed and perfect for our family of four. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great little inn

My friend and I stayed here for a few days to wind down after a trip to Key West. The apartment was cute and clean. Communication was great, including recommendations for the surrounding area. The Inn itself was continent, too. Having a beach and pool was great. We went in August so it was pretty empty. Would go again!

I love this property, the location was perfect, the little beach was perfect. This property was beautiful inside and out. Very clean, equipped with anything you need in the kitchen, enthought beach and regular towels for a family of 5 , enough space for 6 people. Wonderful pool. Great communication with the owner .
