We are now accepting long term tenants for stays longer than 30 days. Due to the town of Windsor deregulating short-term rentals, the minimum lease is for 30 days or longer to have the home all to yourself. A long-term unfurnished lease is also available. Please ask for rate.

The location is ideal, located just 2 miles from Healdsburg and 2 miles from the Windsor train station. The home is perfectly situated in a friendly neighborhood right off the 101 highway for easy access to all areas in Sonoma County. You can count on lighted streets at night and a $5 Uber ride into town.

Convenience, cleanliness, and concierge service come with longer stays too. All furnishings, including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, paper products, and blow dryers, are included. Also included are handy kitchen appliances such as a crockpot, vintage juicer, tea kettle, coffee press, Keurig, coffee pot, teas, sugars, etc.

The backyard has couches, a table with available tablecloths, a gas fire pit, a beautiful garden, and string lights.
