Unique rental opportunity — a beautiful, brand new home with an enormous open floor plan perfect for bringing family or a group together. A large wrap around porch, huge yard and plenty of off-street parking allow guests to settle in for several days without having to drive from place to place. You won’t want to leave this comfortably furnished home, but if you do it’s just 3 short blocks to the Plaza. Take a short walk or hop on one of the house bikes and you’re in the center of town, where you can experience award winning restaurants, galleries, 30+ wine tasting options and plenty of great shopping.  Truly the best of both worlds — a modern farmhouse cozy setting just a few minutes from all the adventure of downtown Healdsburg. 

This brand new home has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining with a peninsula bar and adjacent dining area. You can exit the dining area through French doors to the wrap around porch. Sonos surround sound speakers throughout the common rooms of the home and outside porch allow you to broadcast your favorite music while cooking, dining or hanging out.

A huge living room, with 20ft vaulted ceilings is the perfect place to gather a group or just lounge around enjoying the fireplace or TV. If you're looking for a more intimate space, make your way up to the loft and enjoy the mountain views from the cozy velvet couch.

Both bedrooms upstairs are generously sized with vaulted ceilings and en suite bathrooms. The bedroom on the main level also offers plenty of space and includes seating and lots of storage. A full bathroom is located just across the hall from this bedroom.

While the indoors are beautifully decorated with many farmhouse details, the outdoors are also very inviting. Enjoy a glass of wine on the wrap around porch, or take a stroll downtown. There are two house cruiser bikes located in the garage with bike locks that are available to tenants. It's just a quick ride to the river, or seek out your favorite restaurant in town. There are so many options when you're located in the heart of town. We hope you have fun exploring!

Holy Healdsburg!!!

Not sure where to start. When I booked the property a year ago, there was literally one review. But the risk was so worth the reward. The listing is everything noted and more. The home is spacious and beautifully appointed...perfect for friend retreats, family gatherings, and couples getaways. And the Owner is incredibly responsive. Every morning and evening, we found our way to the front porch and yard to soak up the cool temperatures and the view. The yard is a veritable cornucopia with an apricot tree, peach tree, lime tree, olive trees, pomegranate tree, roses and spike lavender. It's quite magical. The home is three blocks from Healdsburg Square, amazing restaurants (some Michelin rated), darling boutiques, and numerous wine tasting rooms. I highly recommend checking out The Matheson, Valette, and Quail & Condor. Two grocery stores are within a short drive. If you need to do a major stock up, head to Costco in Santa Rosa. Next to Costco is a brand new Target, Trader Joe's and Marshalls. Quaint towns and countless wineries are within a 45 minute drive as is the Pacific. Be sure to check out Bodega Bay and Goat Rock Beach on those super hot days. In short, I can't wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Our privilege to be first

Cutting to the chase, if we could give this vacation rental a sixth star, we would be pleased to do so. * The home is extremely spacious and is well appointed. The bedrooms, each with their own baths, are comfortable and private. While Shannon has some additions in mind regarding decorating, what is already in place rates top marks. Our daughter, quite opinionated as she is, wished that she could transport the place as-is for her to live in. We agree. The photos, nice as they depict this place, really don't do it justice. *The location is perfect for a Healdsburg/wine country focus. Just a pleasant three-block walk thru a very safe area takes you to the plaza. There is minimal traffic noise and virtually none at night. The only real "noise" was the rather pleasant ringing of church bells two blocks away. The house is only two short blocks from the round-about which makes it most convenient to get right out into the vineyards and wineries. * The Owners could not be any nicer nor more responsive. We did encounter an unexpected problem in that the oven fan failed, making the oven inoperable. This happened a while before Christmas and was going to impact plans for a traditional Christmas feast. While we were expecting to have to adjust our plans to make do with the Weber grill, Shannon moved heaven and earth to get a replacement part shipped in and installed in time. Because the fan availability was somewhat uncertain, she also managed to have an entire replacement range headed to Healdsburg. Hence, she managed to make double sure that all turned out well for us. From our first contact, the owners have been a pleasure to deal with and have gone above and beyond all reasonable expectations---easily justifying a sixth star on that aspect alone. * Being their first guests, Shannon asked that we give them some feedback as to what might need to be added to enhance the experience. We put our minds to it, but could only come up with a few minor ideas, mostly small additions to outfitting the kitchen. We will look forward to staying here again in the future and look forward to seeing how this place blossoms under Shannon's continued care. This vacation rental is a real find and is a most welcome addition to the area. And no, we are not related to the owners. We really did have that wonderful an experience. Enjoy your stay.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We stayed at the beautiful farmhouse between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, with ample space to spread out and a great living and dining space for us to hang out together. We loved using the beautiful kitchen to cook, and also took advantage of the short walk to town for great dinner options as well. We love Marine Layer, Furthermore and Cartograph for in-town wine tasting. We also loved the Bacchus Landing, a short drive away, for other great tasting options and wood fire pizza. We had such an amazing time finding personal gift options in the amazing vintage stores. The house had everything we needed and made for the perfect holiday getaway for our family. Thank you Shannan!!

Beautiful Home. Unbeatable Location. Lovely Owner.

This home really has it all. Everyone enjoyed their own spacious bedrooms and lovely, private bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and a joy to work in. We could easily have two or three people working in there without bumping into each other. Loved the Sonos sound system both inside and out on the terrific wrap around porch. Easy pleasant walk to the plaza, and short walk to Safeway and the Dollar Tree! Shannan was so gracious and generous with us. We sure hope to return.

Surpassed Highest Expectations

Our stay in this wonderful Healdsburg home was nothing short of spectacular. The house has a FULLY equipped kitchen, great sound system, spacious living and dining areas as well as a generously sized bedroom suites on the first as well as second floor. The third bedroom on the second floor is also quite large. It was a delight to sit out on the wrap-around porch at the end of the day thinking about the day's adventures. There is an abundance of dining options, from casual pub food to fine dining, all within a very short walk. If dining at home is your preference (like it is ours), you have all that you need in the kitchen to make the meals of your choice. There are two great grocery stores either a short walk or a short drive away. The hosts are extraordinarily kind and thoughtful homeowners who clearly have an eye for detail. Their goal is to see to it that your stay is a positive and memorable experience. They are responsive to any questions you may have leading up to and during your stay. Just a very brief walk to everything you would need in terms of conveniences; Healdsburg plaza has everything to offer in terms of shopping, dining and tasting rooms. Walking, running, biking, hiking trails and paths are in abundance!

❤️ Love this place

We had the pleasure of spending the holidays here and it truly felt like our home away from home. You cannot ask for a better house or location. It has all the amenities that you could possibly need. It's spacious and comfortable in every way. The pictures are accurate, but it's even more beautiful in person. Huge bonus, you can walk to everything in town. We look forward to staying here again!

We live just outside of Santa Cruz and are extremely active in our small community. We're involved in just about every youth sports organization here. Our family spends time between the beach, Tahoe and now... the wine country. We absolutely love it!
