My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Susan’s comfortable condo. The location was very convenient with respect to stores and attractions. The complex itself was very well kept and quiet. Susan has arranged to have everything you need in the condo for a comfortable stay. Perfect condo

My husband and I rented for a month while visiting family and working remotely. This condo is very spacious and both of us were able to setup work space. Very clean, updated, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, fully equipped kitchen. We made use of the pool area, which is very nice, since beaches had red tide. Susan was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent here again.

My husband and I unanimously give this rental 5 Stars! Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities of home. I enjoyed cooking many meals in the well appointed kitchen. Beautiful pool just steps away. Great community and location. Venice Avenue just a short drive away has plenty of great restaurants and shops and leads right to the beautiful Venice Beach with spectacular sunsets! Susan made our first rental easy and worry free. Thank you.

Dream Vacation

Absolutely perfect. Susan was very pleasant and responded to all my emails very quickly. The condo was very clean and very quiet. It has a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We slept very comfortably in the master bedroom on the king size mattress. My sister and her husband joined us for a week and they loved it and were very comfortable in the second bedroom. We enjoyed relaxing in the lanai and on the patio chatting with the golfers The patio gets morning sun and afternoon shade....perfect. This is our 3rd time staying in this area and we love it. There is a large mall and a Walmart 10 minutes from the condo. A public golf course is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown Venice is nice to walk around with lots of souvenir shops and restaurants. For breakfast we liked eating at Venice Municipal Airport, Flapjacks, Marias (located in Englewood). For lunch and supper try Pop's Sunset Grill, Nokomis. The Left Coast Oyster Bar Seafood Company was our favourite. I would recommend Susan's condo for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation, with all the comforts of home. 5 stars!!!!!

Great VBRO experience!

Our recent stay in Venice condo met our expectations- and exceeded others. Very impressed with owner’s timely outreach, availability and guidance to make sure our arrival and entry to unit was seamless. The condo was more than adequately equipped with items and supplies that we did not know we even needed until we went looking, e.g. numerous hangers, empty drawers for clothes, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, wine opener. Our central location in Venice complemented well our desire to easily familiarize ourselves with the area and our house hunting efforts over a month long stay. We literally were 10 minutes from the beach, the major expressway I -75 and the newly developing areas along Rt. 41. It also offered a lovely retreat to just relax - especially w/screened porch overlooking golf green offering opportunities for fun people & Sandhill Crane watching! The surrounding Plantation Golf & Country Club neighborhood allowed for easy, safe walking and jogging routes where almost any one you encountered offered spontaneous smiles and welcoming greetings. Having never done VBRO previously, we are most likely to pursue again as this was a very positive experience. Thank you Susan - Cathy & Pat

Wonderful experience

My family was between selling and buying a house in the area snd need a place to stay for a month. I found this place and it was wonderful. It is well decorated and homey, super clean and quiet. Susan was great and kept in touch regularly to see how our stay was going. I would recommend this listing to others for sure.

Perfect Venice Getaway!

This condo exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Venice perfect! It is beautifully furnished, had comfortable bedding, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals! We especially loved the location-close enough to all Venice and surrounding communities have to offer! Susan was a joy to work with! She made sure everything was in order and was always available if we had questions! Looking forward to our next trip to Venice and will definitely rent this condo again!

Perfectly quiet golf course view condo

What a great stay! Very quiet location that overlooks the golf course. Pool was very heated and half the time it was just me and my wife there even though it was over Easter break. The condo was very clean and it perfect for us. It had everything we needed. Super comfy bed! We actually spent the most time in the patio overlooking the golf course. Great place for the morning coffee and evening drinks. I liked the fact it was less than 15 minutes to Manasota beach. I was at the beach by 7AM almost every day. Found over 500 sharks teeth during the stay. Plus, less than 15 to downtown Venice too. If you like a nice quiet place, don’t hesitate to book this listing. You won’t be disappointed.

The condo has a gorgeous view of the 10th fairway and it's a quick drive to Venice Island with 17 miles of beaches and free parking! Restaurants galore and shopping is a breeze i.e. Walmart, Target and Publix are within 5 minutes. There are many unique touches in this condo. And everyone enjoys the newer quality furnishings (especially the 3 recliners) for relaxing and watching the large flatscreen smart TV. This is an awesome place to kick back and enjoy the Florida sunshine!
