Working with Jeff and Kim was a pleasure from the beginning to our unfortunate end, due to the hurricane hitting the coast of Florida our trip was canceled. I hope to someday rent again from Jeff and Kim because they were so easy to work with and prompt responders to all our inquiries . We hope to travel to sunny Florida sometime soon and will definitely rent from Jeff, to maybe find our own home in Florida.

Love Venice

It was very conveniently located to reach stores , beaches and restaurants . Venice is a beautiful town . The pool was lovely and the neighborhood good for walks . I had the best of times .

Fantanstic view of the Golf Course. The condo was very roomy and in great shape. Pool was very large, able to swim laps. Located in quiet and peaceful area.

2021 Thanksgiving in Venice

Well stocked kitchen. Nicely decorated. Spacious. Storage room for bikes. Folding chairs provided. Close to community pool. Quiet.

What a Very Beautiful & Extremely Clean Property with Impeccable Customer Service from the Manager!

As I entered the property, I was impressed with how very beautiful and how extremely clean the property was. It was also furnished with luxurious furniture that was quite comfortable to lounge in after a busy day. Because the view from the lanai was absolutely breath-taking, I generally started my day and ended my evenings out on the comfy lanai to relax and just enjoy the view. All of the amenities throughout the property made it feel like it was "your home away from home." In regards to the impeccable customer service from the property manager, he genuinely communicated with me before, during, and after my stay while at his property. This made the check-in and check-out process seem flawless. He also made sure to promptly provide me with all the information that I needed throughout my stay as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to those of you, who are looking for a very beautiful and extremely clean property with impeccable customer service from the property manager! In fact, the listing of this property was definitely accurate. I am truly looking forward to reserving this property from him in the near future!

Good Location for driving up and down the west coast of Florida

Absolutely great!!!

Owners and staff were wonderful. All communications and directions were clear and timely. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was as nice as they could make it. Look forward to staying at their property again.

Excellent!

Absolutely wonderful! Condo is beautiful and has everything you need. We liked the patio very much, was watching sunset every evening. Plantation is well cared, quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the swimming pool cross of our building. Thank you very much to Jeff and his wife for sharing with us their an amazing property. Will come back again for sure!

Nice and clean condo

Condo was very clean and equipped with plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels, bags and and beach chairs. I would rent this place again.

First Visit to Venice Florida

Great 2 weeks in Venice. Plantation is a convenient place from which to make small day trips and explore the Venice area. Great view overlooking the golf course. Well stocked condo with everything you might need (we cooked a lot) and everything was in tip top shape for operations. Would stay there again.

Superior Renters and Accommodations

This was our first experience with a VRBO and if it’s any indication of the quality of accommodations and the great renters, we are hooked! There’s nothing to say about the accommodations except we LOVED it. It felt like being at home! We especially liked being able to use the nice heated pool right across the parking lot. We really appreciate the flexibility with the early arrival and late checkout. And thank goodness they found our storage key in the dryer and immediately mailed it to us....your staff was a lifesaver! We look forward to future stays with you and have already recommended you to others that are heading to Venice. Thanks again and it was a true pleasure dealing with you!

Perfect

This condo was perfect for us. It was a wonderful place to come back to to relax after long days helping out my mom in Venice. The location was close to all we needed, the kitchen well stocked, the screened balcony a lovely escape in the early mornings and evenings, and the beds were comfortable. Jeff was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Great Place to Stay

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and are always so pleased with it. The unit is well furnished and was immaculate when we arrived. The location and view are phenomenal and Jeff, the owner, is always responsive and great to deal with. We would highly recommend it.

Relaxing stay...

This property felt comfortable right away and as we stayed a month, that was important to us. The patio overlooks the golf course and has comfortable chairs and a table, you can definitely relax while sitting out there. The condo has new kitchen appliances, new cookware, plenty of dishes, towels etc. and a quality TV in the living room, also a TV in the master... basically everything you have at home is there. The unit felt roomy overall. The master has a walk in closet which is great. We were familiar with the Venice area already and knew a few people elsewhere, so of course we did lots of browsing around as well. The location of this condo couldn't have been better, just a short 1or 2 minute drive to the main street, Tamiami Trail, where there are numerous restaurants, bars & shopping. The complex also has a nice size community pool which was located very close to our unit. Check-in/Check-out was super easy. The owner, Jeff, checked in with us by text a couple of times during our stay, we didn't need anything or have any problems but we knew we could contact him if something came up. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Sunsets to Die for!

Peace and Quiet, convenient location and did I mention the beautiful sunsets?! Enjoyed watching the birds on the golf course and best of all slept soundly in the large king size bed! The condo left you wanting for nothing. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to come back again soon. Jeff is a gracious host...friendly, responsive and helpful.

They are always a phone call away if a guest needs anything while staying in one of our homes or just wanting advice on a restaurant or place to go. They are both realtors and are very familiar with Venice and the surrounding areas. So if you fall in love with the Florida Gulf Coast, like we did and decide you want to buy a place of your one, they can show you around.
