Great location

Lovely, well appointed property in the heart of Scottsdale. Owner, Toni was very responsive to our needs. Condo was clean and quiet. Nice pool area too if the weather allows.

Winter Weather Escape

We loved our stay for a month. This condo lived up to the photos shown & more. The property’s location was convenient to everything we needed & the grounds are beautiful & well maintained.The owner was very accessible for any questions or concerns. The unit itself is bright with comfortable furnishings & lovely views outside all windows.We look forward to staying there again next year!!

Great McCormick Ranch Condo!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It has been attractively remodeled, including new kitchen applicances, since our 1st visit. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We love the location with a nearby Starbucks and walking path along the lake at Mercado del Lago mall.

The Vintage condo

This property met all our needs as we were in the area to play golf and meet friends . The space was very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed . The condo is close to almost all amenities , groceries , restaurants ,and general shopping . We had a great time, thank you Toni.

Perfect condo

My husband and I stayed 4 months in this unit. The unit is perfect for anyone recovering from treatment at Mayo Clinic; it is a 20 min drive to Mayo, 10 min to grocery shopping, and restaurants. It would also be perfect for a vacation. The location is safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and we felt like a part of the community. The unit was extremely clean, very well stocked, comfortable beds, adequate linens, excellent washer and dryer, the owner responded promptly to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit is updated and as pictured, and the garage was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Vintage value

This was our 2nd year in this wonderful condo. The condo is This This condo is delightfully decorated and plenty roomy enough.. The development includes a nicely landscaped pool perfect for sunning. The location was perfect for all our needs. It is very easy to get out onto Shea to go either East or West. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The owners are most helpful and respond immediately. We can’t imagine a more cooperative couple.. This is a perfect getaway for 1 or 2 months or more.

Excellent Condo in Scottsdale in Great Location

This very nicely furnished condo in Scottsdale has a great layout and all the kitchen tools and equipment one could need. The location in the McCormick Ranch area is ideal, close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. The condo and the complex are well-maintained, with a pretty pool area. We especially liked how bright the condo was and that we looked out on a grassy area. Toni, the owner, was very responsive when we couldn't figure out the tv. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative.

We spent the month of Feb. 2019 at the Condo. It was as advertised, newly remodeled and redecorated. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a full month stay. The condo was roomy and each room was perfect for our needs. We loved having a garage from which we could enter the condo. The owners, Toni & Jeff were immediately responsive to the few questions we had. Jeff even came over to help with connecting the Roku Box which was already there. The condo was centrally located to every place we wanted to go and to Fry's grocery. It is nearby Hgh 101 and Scottsdale Rd. This is really a gem and we'd stay again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for the perfect place, this is it.

Great location and pristine condo!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Toni’s place at The Vintage. The location is great, the condo is pristine, and Toni is extremely accommodating!! We could not have found a better interim location waiting for our new house to be finished. I would highly recommend!!

Very clean, spacious, good value. Owners responsive.

Nice unit, good location for me. Convenient to theaters, shopping, food. Stay again no problem. If it had a nice big SMART tv and the pool were bigger/ deeper, it would be perfect.

Great place!

This is a great property in a fantastic location in Scottsdale. It is our annual home away from home at Christmas! Toni is so responsive and keeps the property nicely decorated. If you want a nice quiet place to enjoy but close to everything in Scottsdale, this is it!

Fantastic and very comfortable condo with all the luxuries of home. Great location in Scottsdale.

We undertook new adventures every day with so much to do in the area. The kitchen was well equipped and we barbecued on special occasions. The living room was very comfortable and enjoyed all the sports events on television. The bedrooms were luxurious with lots of space in the closets. The laundry facilities were top quality. Toni herself was very helpful and speedy when we needed something. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

stayed at Toni s place on january 2016 Scottsdale is one of my favorite places to get out of the cold. Located nicely between the 101 and Scottsdale Road made for quick travels to everything. Everything in the condo looked new to me. very close to the pool. well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Toni had great respect for our privacy (never saw her). Talked and text through the whole deal. Needed Gas for the grill, they got it right away. Went mountain hiking, to Barrett Jackson, MIM, Wild West Museum, Drove in the Tonto (saw wild horses), Up the Apache Trail, Ate a ton at the Cheesecake Factory, P F Changs, and Grimaldis at Kierland commons and the Scottsdale Quarter. Lots to do.

Great place!

This was a great condo! The location is perfect, the furnishings are really nice and we felt right at home. If I have to have one thing that could be improved it would be that the water pressure in the master shower is low. But that didn't stop us from enjoying the fireplace and kitchen amenities. This will be our go to spot each year when we travel to Scottsdale.

Great Holiday

This unit was wonderful for our trip to Scottsdale to celebrate Thanksgiving. It was located in a great area, close to all shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the gated community, too. I will hope this unit is available the next time I get to visit Scottsdale!

Beautiful Condo... I love this Place!!

I love this place!!! Stayed here this October when visiting my daughter and really hit the jackpot finding this little gem. It's a beautiful condo more stunning in person. The beds and linens were lush, well kept, clean, appeal was fresh & bright, quiet, gated, everything beyond my expectations. Even the bedrooms are situated apart for privacy. Location was perfectly central to everywhere. I intend to return and highly recommend this property it is five+ stars!!

Friends Get-away to Scottsdale

Just arrived home from staying in this Scottsdale condo that was perfect for our needs. An old friend and I decided to meet in Scottsdale to relax, catch-up and sight-see. We found this condo more than met our needs and was so much better than staying in a hotel. The unit was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable (I even checked for the mattress brand), the kitchen well stocked (even though we had all meals out except breakfast). Having a washer and dryer was great for me as I had been traveling for work the previous 2 weeks and was able to do laundry. We loved the location - it was central to everything we wanted to do - it provided close access to the highway - we went to Sedona one day; every type of shop one could need; lots of great restaurants and old Scottsdale. The condo is in a gated community of very nice homes and beautiful neighboring communities. The owner was lovely, very easy to work with, and easily accessible for questions. I can easily rate this condo as 5 stars. I shared with the owner that I would love to own a condo in this community. If I don't buy my own unit, I will definitely rent this unit again.

Spring Training March 2015

My husband and I have been coming to Scottsdale for 13 years for Spring Training - for the last 8 years we have stayed for the month of March. This condo was awesome - great location - wonderful beds, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. A total pleasure to stay there - would definitely stay again! We had some company and the unit was great for everyone - complex was quiet and safe! Good patio area that only got early AM sun - spent a lot of time out there.

Scottsdale Condo

We've always wanted to follow the sun in the winter. This year we made it and spent most of February in Scottsdale at the Vintage Condos. We enjoyed our stay, had family who visited us, and even traveled to Sedona and the Grand Canyon! It was a great location and had a pool almost at our doorstep. We also visited the beginning of spring training of three baseball teams. We would like to repeat our visit someday.

Scottsdale Condo

My husband and I enjoyed the condo and the owners were very responsive to our needs. Scottsdale has absolutely anything and everything you could want or need. We played tennis, hiked and enjoyed some very nice restaurants nearby and down in the old town area. Shopping would be an extreme sport if you want it. The only drawback was the pool. It was very mediocre.
