Amazing house seaside, with a large swimming-pool, in a quiet bay with turquoise water!

There are less than 2 meters from the front door of the villa and the sea! A large pool of 7.5 x 4 meters has just been built, and is available. It is a villa composed of 3 independent apartments. The villa has been entirely renovated in 2016.

In total, the villa can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children, thanks to its:
- 5 real bedrooms (with double bed)
- 3 sofa beds (including 2 large ones ) in 2 separates living-rooms
- 3 bathrooms (including 2 Italian showers)
- 5 toilets (including 2 separate)

The villa has 3 large terraces, all with magnificent sea views.

Here are all the facilities of the villa:

Lage ok, sehr laut wegen dem Bar. Strand nicht sauber, sehr steinig. Straßen eng. Zufahrt zu dem Ort sehr eng und schlechte Straßen. Check in und out ohne Personal vor Ort. Schlüssel waren einfach in den Türen, was sehr komisch war und ohne vorherige Absprache. Villa benötigt aussen besonders mehr Putzbedarf, überall Spinnweben, Möbel abartig, alles schält ab und gehört längst zum Schrott. Geschirr dreckig, defekt und zu wenig. Obere Wohnung keinen Kühlschrank vorhanden, wenig Geschirr, Dusche defekt. Pool nicht beleuchtet, Wasser unsauber. Aussenanlage wenig beleuchtet, besonders fehlt es bei der Außentreppe zur oberer Wohnung das Licht. Tor zu dem Haus ist oft offen gewesen und die Anlage wurde ständig von vielen Menschen genutzt und die sind immer vorbei gelaufen und reingeschaut. Man hat sehr wenig Privatsphäre. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Séjour Magnifique dans une maison les pieds dans l’eau, d’une pureté incroyable.piscine très propre Arrivée facile , proche de l’aéroport avec sur place un bar très sympa, la boulangerie sur la plage , prise d’assaut le matin . Matériel dans la maison à revoir pour certaines choses . mais nous avons vécu à l’extérieur le plus souvent Un grand merci à Cyril

Beautiful location with stunning views from the pool to the sea.

Lovely accommodation with all the amenities. Close to water activities for hire such as paddle boards and pedalos with chutes. A great bar just beside us where we enjoyed a delicious family meal or stopped for cooling drinks. Ice cream shop and take away food nearby. A small but well stocked supermarket with fresh fruit and fresh bread. Lovely places to go for a swim all around if you explore a bit further. We had a lovely day out in Trogir. Marina is also close by. What a great holiday location. We were 3 generations from age 2 upwards and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please note there are 5 separate bedrooms, each accommodating up to 2 people. Then you have 3 sofas beds in living room areas between the main 2 storey house and the annex.

Schön mit Einschränkungen

Das Haupthaus war schön mit guter Ausstattung. Leider war die Ausstattung des Nebengebäudes nicht akzeptabel ( Dusche sehr eng, Boiler und Kühlschrank sehr laut und ein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus).So hatten 2 unserer Mitreisenden nicht den gleichen schönen Urlaub wie wir im Haupthaus.

Belle maison avec piscine face mer

Très bel emplacement pour cette villa avec piscine et grande terrasse face a la mer Sevid est un superbe endroit encore préservé Tout est à proximité un restaurant et le petit commerce pour course et bar plage à côté Location paddle jet ski en face 20 m de la plage vraiment très pratique. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec un groupe d’amis nous étions deux familles de 10 personnes avec adolescents. L’accueil par le propriétaire Cyril et Frederic le gestionnaire est parfait merci à vous deux Nous recommandons vraiment cette location pour passer les vacances à sevid 40 km de split et 10 km de marina Point amélioration : Équipement vaisselle trop juste Mobilier extérieur (un canapé en terrasse avec petite table basse serait appréciable pour les futurs locataires ) un ou deux paddle à disposition pour profiter de la mer avec la location de la maison.

War sehr schön

War ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub, das einzige was nicht so schön war, weil nur 1 Restaurant war in der Ortschaft und man muste immer mit dem Auto in die nächste Stadt, aber sonst hat alles super gepast nur vom feinsten.

Villa Azur

The property was amazing . There was a large group of 11 adults and 1 child and the way the property is sub divided into 3 parts, works really well because there is plenty of privacy in the living quarters. Plenty of plates , glasses and utensils on site so you can eailsy cook meals for a large group. A real added bonus is the beach bar , with entertainment on some nights. Only thing which might help is some mirrors in the bedrooms. All in all a fantastic villa , which i highly recommend

Best family holiday ever

Family of 13 two from Australia . Enjoyed the crystal clear sea, kids loved looking at urchins, seacucumbers, small fish. Pool and house excellent. Owner approachable answered questions and was very helpful. Mieke met us on arrival with some snacks and coffee much appreciate as we had a late flight in. Told us where shop was and the little area to buy fresh fruit, veg and bread daily. Bought locally caught fish for barbecue. In whole a fantastic place . Loved every minute. Would love to return. Great vacation at villa Azur

All of us enjoyed a great week in the lovely villa with a nice swimming pool. Especially the closeness to the clean beach was highly appreciated.

Underbart läge!

Ett mycket fint hus, välstädat och fräscht. Läget är fantastiskt!! Liten butik, glassbar, liten bar, souvenirbutik och bageri på gångavstånd. Helt perfekt! Stranden har sjöborrar så badskor är ett måste, men då är det inga bekymmer. Huset är uppbyggt som två lägenheter och ett annex (som ej är lika renoverat som huvudbyggnaden men bra ändå). Ett lite större bord utomhus hade varit bra, svårt att rymmas tolv att äta samtidigt och lite trångt soldäck. Men summering! Underbart!!

Gesamteindruck unserer Villa ist durchaus positiv. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und die Villa ist direkt am Meer. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend und wird unter der Woche öfters gereinigt. Die Villa bietet alles was benötigt wird: Drei Küchen, drei Bäder und extra Toiletten, einen Grill, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine usw. Die Villa war in einem absolut sauberen und intakten Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich um alles wunderbar gekümmert. Bereits zur Ankunft haben sie uns extra verschiedene Getränke im Kühlschrank (zur Erstversorgung) kaltgestellt. Sie waren immer erreichbar und konnten uns jeden Wunsch erfüllen (zum Beispiel Kinderbett). Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Villa ist eigentlich nur für zehn Erwachsene Leute ausgelegt. Wir waren zu zwölft, so dass ein Pärchen auf der Schlafcouch (das ist ein härteres Sofa) schlafen musste. War so aber auch angegeben. Von daher alles korrekt. Insgesamt können also etwa acht Personen im Haupthaus schlafen und zwei müssen in einem extra Appartement unterkommen. Alles in allem kann die Villa durchaus weiter empfohlen!

Fin villa med bästa läget!

Fantastiskt fin villa med bästa läget och härlig pool. Vi hyrde hela huset och annexet för tre familjer med 6 vuxna och 9 barn vilket fungerade perfekt. Villan var tom bättre i verkligheten än på bilderna. Matbutik med bra utbud bara några hundra meter bort liksom enklare bageri/pizza kiosk, grönskasstånd och glasskiosk. Sevid är lugnt och än så länge inte så exploaterat. Det finns inga restauranger i övrigt. Fastighetskötarna var hjälpsamma med tips om utflykt och behjälpliga med bokning av transport etc.Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Stunning villa, fantastic location

We all really enjoyed our 3 week stay. The property is on a very quiet peninsula, with enough amenities to not need a car on a daily basis, though exploring the coastline and some of the bigger towns is recommended. One small supermarket, one fruit and vegetable stall, one bakery, one café which serves amazing grilled fish and an enterprising man who turns up with fresh fish on a daily basis at 7am is all you really need. The agent was charming and very responsive to our requests. We asked for some extra cleaning so we could really switch off, and the lady he arranged was brilliant, punctual, reliable and very efficient. We also asked for a few kitchen items which duly turned up the following day. Very attentive and helpful. The lay out is a little unusual, in that there are three kitchens, though it all worked fine for us. We were a family of 4, a family of 2 and a family of 3. We each had our own flat for privacy when we wanted it, but the focal point was the downstairs terrace with the big outdoor table where we could all eat together. The pool is lovely and deep, and very well maintained. However, the star of the show in our opinion is the beautiful clean and clear sea. One tip: bring some sea shoes (or you can buy some at the local supermarket) - there are lots of sea urchins (apparently they only thrive in clean water. Day trips to Split, Sibernik and Krka national park are recommended, as are occasional jaunts to the relative metropolis of Primosten and Marina. Recommended

Newly Remodeled, Clean, Comfortable, Amazing Property directly on the Adriatic

We had an amazing vacation in Sevid, Croatia at this villa. We stayed at this property with my brother's family (10 total) and it was perfect. The villa is brand new, totally remodeled, and very comfortable. We were the first renters and they did an excellent job preparing the villa for our stay. The location is excellent. The villa is directly on the water, the views are amazing, the pool is fantastic (especially for the kids who went back and forth from sea to pool), and we had our own dock. We even rented a boat for a day and the captain drove directly to our dock and picked us up. It was wonderful. For reference, there are two completely remodeled apartments that make up the main villa (Both apartments are 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, family room). There was also a side house that the our college aged nephew had to himself. It was a great setup for a large group or 2 families. Each family could have their own space. However, we cooked together in the downstairs kitchen and ate outside on the downstairs patio for all the meals. The town of Sevid is very quiet and quaint. There is a small grocery store and restaurant (Buffet Tony) within walking distance. There is a bakery and fruit stand directly on the water next to the villa that is open each morning. It is a tight road getting into Sevid, but all the Croatian villages are setup that way. The property manager was excellent and easy to communicate with, the owner had some fruit and drinks in the fridge when we arrived, which was very welcomed because our travel time was over 20 hours coming from California. We took day trips to Split, Krka National Park, and we rented a boat for a day to explore the area. We also just enjoyed the villa, swam in the sea, rented a little paddle boat with a slide, and snorkeled. We left the boat rental information for any future renters. We had an amazing time. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
