The apartment is located inside the elegant complex of IL BORGO DI PORTO SAN PAOLO located in one of the most beautiful parts of Sardinia. This house, compared to the others of the Residence, occupies a privileged position because it is located at the entrance to the driveway, convenient to the road for carrying luggage and in a leading position that directs it towards the sun. It is surrounded by a large garden, bright and well furnished (THE GARDEN IS FENCED). The house also has a private parking space and is equipped with all comforts. The proximity to the town center allows guests to be able to reach all services on foot, without using a car.
Furthermore Porto San Paolo is only 10 km from Olbia (ferries and airport). Porto San Paolo is also known because it is the closest resort to the Tavolora / Capo Coda Cavallo protected marine area, a protected area rich in splendid seabed, rocky and sandy coves. From here all excursions to Tavolara, for snorkeling, diving and other water sports. You can also privately rent a dinghy in the numerous rental centers to discover hidden coves or immerse yourself in the blue waters of the ISLAND of MOLARA.

CLEANING THE REFRIGERATOR AND COOKING CORNER AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHARGE (please leave it clean so as not to have an additional charge of € 40).
BED LINEN, BATHROOM AND RENTAL KITCHEN (see the item RATES / notes).
The real estate unit has an area of approximately 90 square meters arranged as follows: double bedroom with large wardrobe, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and LED TV, Sky DECODER (to be used with YOUR CARD), kitchen equipped with all appliances (washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine).
The garden surrounding the house has an area of 400 square meters and is equipped with a lighting system, barbecue, table with six chairs and a rocking chair. The terrace at the entrance is equipped with a table and six teak chairs.

The weekly price includes: water, electricity, gas and arrival and departure cleaning, high chair and garden care.

ARRIVAL time 13.00 - DEPARTURE 9.00 unless otherwise agreed.
In the period from 15 September to 15 April it is possible to arrive on any day of the week.

A 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking, the final balance of the amount must be paid 15 days before the arrival date, both by bank transfer. A deposit of 200 euros is required on delivery of the keys.

A security deposit is foreseen (€ 200).
